This is my 3rd time renting from Mark and it never disappoints. The condo is the best unit that have found. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, yet very private for the quite moments needed to relax. What I love about Mark's unit is everything has been labeled throughout the unit from light switches to how to close the sliding blinds, how to operate the TV - everything is detailed out. Mark's units is spectacular and very well maintained. The building is very well maintained and extremely safe.

Marks place was a great stay! Apartment was very spacious and the patio offered great views. Super convenient location and mark was very responsive. Would stay here again.

This was a great stay for us. Close enough to everything we wanted to do and yet felt private and gave us an escape from the lively town. The rooftop pool has amazing views and was very tranquil. The entire building team was friendly and access was very easy. The home was stocked with everything we would need, everything was easy to find.

Four of us stayed and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and quiet at night which we appreciated. We spent hours at the infinity pool watching whale activity. Next time I'll bring binoculars! Our stay was perfect.

Great place to stay in Vallarta. Very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars, but at the same time very peaceful and quiet. It has a great terrace with nice views where you can just relax. The apartment is well designed with very nice furniture and an open concept that makes it feel roomy. I would stay here any time again.

Mark’s place was great! It had beautiful views, modern design and furnishings, friendly staff, quiet, and in a wonderful location. I highly recommend staying there. I know I will look to do so again for my next visit to PV!

Great Location

Mark is the best host and very responsive. His place or should I say "Our" place is top notch and the best location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants with the best little market around the corner to pickup forgotten items. This my 2nd time renting his condo and it does not disappoint at all. The rooftop is the best and the staff are awesome. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this penthouse as the spot to be to relax.

Our jaws dropped when we walked inside. Everything met our expectations and beyond! The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Mark was very detailed in his instructions, and we had no troubles at all. This is just far enough from the nightlife and clubs to enjoy peace, but close enough to walk to everything we desired. The photos posted don't do this place justice. Thank you, Mark!

It was my first time in PV Mark’s place was fantastic! It was central to the LGBT area part of town.

Mark was an incredible host, and very helpful for any requests we had. The home we stayed in was spotless upon check-in, and the views from the roof couldn't be beat. It worked perfectly for our group, and would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

Fantastic apartment, beautiful view, amenities were all great, and location was perfect

We had 5 adults in the space but it never felt crowded! Enough space for all of us to mingle and/or have private space if needed. The condo was furnished beautifully, very relaxing and extremely comfortable. The pool/jacuzzi area does not disappoint and the pictures are what you get...amazing views for days! The location was perfect, just far enough away to feel private and quiet but walk down the stairs to the main boulevard and you are less than a block from all the action! There is the PERFECT market/deli less than a block away (Amapas) that literally had everything you would need, ie drinks, toiletries and food including premade and grocery items such as eggs, meat, cheese, vegetables, etc. They make burritos, etc right there and FRESH pico and guacamole ready made! The gentleman who hosts the space is incredible responsive and helpful with tips on restaurants, places to visit, etc. This place is a gem in the Romantic Zone, highly recommend!!

Great place in a great location

Mark was a great host. It was the first time staying at an Airbnb instead of a hotel for most of my group and we loved it. The condo was in a great location close to everything we loved visiting and it was beautifully maintained. It was perfect for our trip. Mark was a pleasure communicating with. Highly recommend to others thinking of a PV vacation!

We had a great time staying at Marks place. The building amenities are awesome - really great pool area and a very serviceable gym. The condo is exactly as described. Very walkable to restaurants and very close to Playa Los Muertos (gay beach area). We would definitely stay here again.

Mark was very proactive and responsive once reservation was accepted. His 3BR penthouse was well appointed and as displayed in the listing and photos. Very nice pool and lounge area with a well equipped gym. Location is nearby Playa de los Muertos and within easy reach of Malecon. The AC units in each bedroom provide excellent comfort after returning from your outdoor adventures. A spectacular spot in Zona Romantica.

I really enjoyed staying at Mark's place, and this was, in fact, my second time here. Mark's concierge makes the check-in and check-out process seamless as possible. Mark, as well as the concierges, are extremely responsive to any questions whether simply for recommendations or any issues that may arise. Also, Mark's place is in an amazing location. It's central to many of the hot spots in Puerto Vallarta, so it's only a quick walk to almost anywhere you'd want to go. The view from the unit's patio is phenomenal as are the amenities available (pool/gym). I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to visit Puerto Vallarta.

I travel to PVR annually and this is the Best Condo I have every rented. I love the location and less than a block away to the beach and close to any restaurant. The rooftop views are excellent and friendly owners in the building - they don't make you feel unwanted! Security was great and the building is quite. This is officially my home away from home annually. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

Our group absolutely loved Mark’s Airbnb! The Airbnb itself is clean, has great air conditioning, and a lot of kitchen amenities. Check in and check out was super easy. Loved having the concierge and always felt safe. The location is also perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We would recommend and stay here again!

We loved this place! It’s in a central location yet really quiet and peaceful. The building is well kept and beautiful with a great pool and a surprisingly well equipped gym. The apartment has everything you could want and was a great space to unwind. We highly recommend.

If you are looking for the ultimate place to stay in PV, look no further than Mark’s Condo. The space is large, luxurious and clean. It’s 1-2 blocks from gorgeous beaches, the local pier, and Mantamar Club. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a market in immediate proximity to the building, and the pool and hot tub are to die for. The building and employees who manage it/work security are friendly, kind, and professional. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Mark for making our first Pride experience in PV unforgettable.

The Condo is immaculate and conveniently located in the romantic zone. The view is spectacular and the rooftop infinity pool is simply breathtaking. I recommend staying at this condo without reservation.

We loved staying at Mark's D'Terrace Penthouse Suite in the Zona Romántica section of Puerta Vallarta. It is super convenient and walkable to all of the wonderful beaches, restaurants, and clubs in the bustling section of the touristy area, but set peacefully away on a small side-street near the Hotel Tropicana on Amapas. The amenities in D'Terrace are fantastic - it is definitely one of the best infinity pools in the city with a hot and cold sauna and incredible views, and the gym has excellent equipment (also a fantastic view). The building requires wrist-bands for security which we appreciated, and we honestly had no issue with them (was actually surprised to see complaints about this from some guests). The management company contacts are very accommodating - our plane was delayed and customs at PVR was terrible (two hour wait to get through), so we appreciated that Pablo waited for us, and even got us some snacks and drinks since we were starving and so late for check-in.

Great space. Very well located. Plenty of space for 6. Balcony is big and view is gorgeous.

Most beautiful apartment in Puerto Vallarta! I stayed here in October 18-28, 2023. This is an absolutely gorgeous place! Every inch of apartment is decorated beautifully, and everything is in working, new shape. Wow! I came here with three friends and we each had a bedroom. We stayed 10 days and paid $4051 total. As if the apartment is not enough, there’s a pool on the roof that is stunning. It’s a big pool, and I swam laps every day. I’ll go back for the pool. We thought that the location was perfect. Two blocks walk into town. Plenty of taxis waiting across the street at Hotel Tropicana. Everyone at the property was helpful to us, and very friendly. I wasn’t fond of needing to wear a wristband for 10 days, but I appreciate the need for security. This apartment is very expensive so I can’t give it a high score on value. We absolutely loved this apartment and hope to return soon.

Unfortunately we arrived here the day after hurricane Lydia put Puerto Vallarta into darkness so our stay was cut short and the conditions were less than ideal but none of this was the host’s fault. Under normal circumstances this condo would be a great choice for a stay in PV—clean, spacious, beautiful rooftop pool and couldn’t ask for a better location. The only thing that could have been done better was for the condo to have emergency supplies (flashlights, candles, battery pack, water, etc) This was an exceptional event for PV but given the location and unpredictable weather these days, it’s a must going forward. The wristband system, while probably fine under most circumstances, was frustrating during this stay. I had to remove mine at night as we slept in incredibly humid conditions with no AC and it was causing a rash on my wrist. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unwilling to accommodate even under these challenging circumstances for everyone in PV.

The penthouse condo was spectacular, in an amazing location with breathtaking views. The condo is in superb condition and the pool on the roof top was simply amazing. Great location, excellent and responsive host.

We were welcomed at the lobby by friendly staff and then walked over to our penthouse unit. A smooth experience overall and clean space with delightful views, specially from the rooftop pool and lounge area. Towels were provided for the pool and a decent speed wifi allowed us to get a little work done as well. The location is extremely practical to the blue chairs on the beach as it is a very short stroll away. Finally, someone was there to ensure the checkout was smooth. The only small downfall was the bracelet that has to be kept on for the duration of the stay. We would definitely visit again. Thank you for the experience!

Condo was great and really clean. Walkable to many restaurants and Starbucks. Beach was also a block or two away and the view of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic.

Highly recommend staying here. Well located in the heart of the Romantic Zone making restaurants and activities easily accessible. Although centralized, it excels at being a private and secure building.

Our visit was outstanding. As good as the place looked on Airbnb, it was even better. The place itself is very nice and well appointed. Everything worked great. The rooftop pool and fitness center are just one level up - you can get there in seconds - and are really nice. The neighborhood was great and we liked being a block or two off the busiest parts yet still close to the beach. And not only was Mark super responsive, there was a local concierge who was super helpful. All in all, great experience.

Mark was a fantastic host, giving us tons of suggestions for places to go in the area. The place feels super safe as only the registered guests are permitted and there is someone watching the gate at all times. The rooftop area alone is worth the cost of the stay; amazing views, peaceful, a great spot to hang during the day before going out on the town. The condo is gorgeous and spacious for 6 people. Will definitely look to stay here the next time we visit.

Mark’s place is incredible! From the location to the fully stocked condo, it was the perfect start to our summer. The condo is very clean with clear instructions, the pool has the most incredible view and is so mellow, and the location is the best- we walked all over the place. We will definitely be returning!

Our family of 6 (5 adults and a toddler) had wonderful 4 nights at Mark’s apartment. The condo is well equipped with everything that a family would need, just as advertised. Check-in is seamless and fast (thank you Ariana). The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. The amenities, especially the roof top pool, are perfect. The location couldn’t be better- steps away from the beach and wonderful restaurants. Most importantly though, Mark, the host, was great-incredibly responsive and always willing to help. Mark was amazing, and the most accommodating for our groups 1st stay in Puerto Vallarta! The views from the attached balcony were stunning, and the home was very clean. Checking in and having full time security on the property gave piece of mind, even though the neighborhood felt very safe! We will definitely be back to enjoy the generous rooftop pool, and the quick walk to the beach and all the fun downtown PV had to offer?

My family and I had a relaxing week here, the place is as advertised! We sought a place that combined privacy with walkability close to restaurants and activity. Also, we wanted a vacation home big enough for us to spread out (we are four people, my kids each had their own room which was wonderful). Mark’s home is a perfect size and layout for our needs, also very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the nice decorations and art, which are added touches that make the experience here all the better. Finally, the staff and security of the building are great and very reassuring. And Mark is a very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Great location, super clean, very comfortable. Can’t say enough. Very secure if you worry about that. Host was very proactive. Perfect for two couples and a couple kids. One master suit has an incredible view and both are extremely nice. Anyone in the third bedroom will of course need to borrow a shower. I highly recommend this space, especially if your group fits it.

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 5 adults to enjoy an amazing vacation. The place itself is well spread out with lots of space for everyone. Open air dining was great. The rooftop pool, hot tub, cold tub, and lounge was unbelievable Can’t beat those sunsets !!! Minutes walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and clubs. Excellent all around

This is an amazing penthouse suite. It has everything that you could possibly want. The penthouse is roughly 200 yards from the beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.You are in the heart of Zona Romantica Puerto Vallarta. The gym upstairs is fully equipped. The pool area is just perfect. Quiet and peaceful. We had an amazing time staying at this condo in Puerto Vallarta! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to all of the great restaurants and shops in the Romantic Zone. The condo itself was beautiful, with a modern and stylish design. But the real standout feature was the roof top infinity pool! It was the perfect place to relax and take in the gorgeous views of the ocean. We spent hours lounging by the pool and watching the sunset. The host was also fantastic - very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable vacation in Puerto Vallarta. Five stars all around!

Absolutely loved this place! The building is quiet and located centrally to PV. Mark made everything super easy and was very hospitable. We fell in love with the pool and balcony views and the condo was very modern and clean. We’ll definitely be returning here the next time we travel down to PV! Also, the small supermarket next to the condo only accepts but has everything you may want to cook at the condo.

Mark’s place is definitely a must to stay in PV! The location was so centered and it was so easy to get around. I definitely appreciate the privacy of the entire property as well! This way the pool/hot tub area was always so quiet and not crowded at all. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The unit is on the last floor before the rooftop and the stairs to go up is just around the corner so super convenient access. The size of this 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths was just amazing! The queen-size bedroom however is a bit small, can still fit 2 people in terms of sleeping, but not a lot of room for your things. Although there are plenty of space in the other two rooms so not at all a big deal. Check in/out was so smooth! Our concierge, Gustavo, was super responsive and definitely made sure our requests were taken care of. The property will give you a bracelet to wear the entire time you are there. We weren’t given this specific instruction, but make sure you keep them on and only have the concierge or the security guards take them off when you leave or you might have to pay for them. Mark was also very responsive prior to our arrival and was very accommodating since we had to make so many changes like the total guests, arrival date/time, etc. All were taken care of and less stress for me, so thank you! Highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to PV! :)

Mark and Enrique's place is EXCEPTIONAL. Check in was very smooth, even with a last minute change in plans. Communication with Mark was very easy. He responded to my messages almost immediately. Him and Enrique provided a full guide of many restaurants and stores nearby for the new to PV traveler. There is a store almost right next door that has pretty much all you need. (It's pesos only FYI) The building is beautiful and the building amenities were just wonderful. The staff and security were also very friendly. The location can't be beat. We never needed to take a taxi (excluding our trip from and to the airport) .. and we didn't just go to the beach. The unit also has a washer and dryer which was extremely convenient to have. My friends and I loved our stay and we would absolutely book this place again when we come back.

Perfect location - the home and building were complete with all the amenities; rooftop pool (best sunset views) and gym were clutch - check-in was smooth and host was there for our every need....will book again for sure!

Mark is a very nice and attentive agent. We love your Air BNB apartment. We've stayed in many and out of all of them, this has been the best. Everything was clean and so sparkling. The layout of the apartment was awesome. It had all of the amenities we needed. The pool and Jacuzzi were great. The location for our event was great.

This is a fantastic stay! Cute Airbnb, well decorated, clean, and close to beaches, clubs, and restaurants. One thing worth noting is that the building has a strict no guest policy, which was a bit of a bummer because we wanted to invite some other friends over to enjoy the rooftop pool. But as long as you're ok with no guests this is a fantastic place and I'd highly recommend staying here

This was an amazing, beautiful, upscale condo that delivers everything promised. It’s a beautiful, modern interior with a beautiful terrace and view, as well as easy access to the gorgeous rooftop area and infinity pool, with even more spectacular views. The hosts know what their guests need, including easy, comprehensive checkin and check out, all the amenities required, instructions on how to use the condo and it’s various equipment. And the location is perfect to walk easily everywhere in the Zona Romantica. This wasn’t just a place to stay, it was an experience that added to the pleasure of the entire trip. Highly recommended and will definitely return.

Very clean, nice and convenient. Very safe with a security guard at the location as well. Easily walkable to all of the nearby bars and attractions. Would highly recommend!

This is an incredible penthouse unit that's within quick walking distance of beachside dining and clubs. This penthouse feels brand new, modern, clean, and well decorated. The view is phenomenal, offering both a full city view, as well as the bay. Just one flight of stairs up is the infinite pool, providing the best place to catch a sunset in the city. Before I arrived, the Concierge was in contact with me and was waiting for me the moment I jumped out of the cab. They were also always available for any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. Needles to say, I fully intend on returning to this listing when I visit PV again.

This unit is beautiful with an amazing location - close to bars, the beach, stores and all the fun! The check-in/out processes were so easy! The concierge was super nice and helpful, and Mark was very fast and responsive. We had so much fun! Oh and the pool/jacuzzi area is so pleasant and beautiful… really worth it! Thank you!

This penthouse condo is a fantastic place to stay in PV. It’s proximity to everything you need from shops, grocery, bars, restaurants, clubs, to the beach is so convenient we walked everywhere. Highly recommend for groups of 4-6 people. Great communication from the host and the concierge service for everything you need.

We really enjoyed staying at Mark's condo - for the price we had a great location and an amazing pool topside of the building. We were a party of 4 and had plenty of comfortable space for sleeping and bathrooms for everyone. We didn't think we were going to use the washer & dryer but after a day of hot, humid weather and being in the ocean or pool, we loved being able to wash our towels and clothes. The only down-side is that the building management is very strict on having guests - we were allowed 2 people into the condo, because it's a total of 6 per condo. But those guests couldn't join us at the pool unless we were able to add them to our condo. Just be aware that they are strict with it so if you have a group of more than 6 - our friends stayed in a different house, but next time we will see about having them get a condo in the building so we can be together more often. We also had a small grocery store just around the corner which was great - and we were within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and shopping.

My kids and I loved our stay at Mark’s condo. It’s in a really neat and mostly quiet location but close to the action of Old Town. Getting there was easy peezy. The concierge was great. We felt super safe. The rooftop pool was awesome. We enjoyed having access to the gym as well. Everyone else staying there was respectful and quiet at all the right times. Would definitely stay there again!

The penthouse condo on Calle Cafeto hosted by Mark in Puerto Vallarta was beautiful! The condo was perfectly suited for our group of 5 people, but could also have comfortably fit a close friend group of 6 or roomy group of 4. Towels, towels, & more towels. Mark has you covered with towels & kitchen essentials. Whether it’s high quality plastic cups & pitchers for drinks by the pool or everything you need to actually cook & make breakfast and coffee, Mark has you covered. So thankful for all those added extras that make a trip enjoyable & stress free. In regard to amentities the in unit washer/dryer unit was perfect, the coffee machine in the kitchen came in handy. We spent an entire day lounging by the stunning infinity pool and it’s actually better in person than in the photos on the listing. Located super close to the heart of Zona Romantica, the gay boys are definitely utilizing the condo’s rather well equipped mini gym to get a good muscle pump before hitting the pools so if you are in the master bedroom & wondering what all those thumping sounds are, that’s the weights hitting the ground (lol), but it’s not intolerable. The gym is super convenient with a stunning view & clean. The gym also has a Bose’s bluetooth speaker that is super handy for a fun group of fit friends & it’s freezing so perfect to stay fit but stay cool despite the heat in Vallarta! In terms of location, we found this place super centrally located between some of the resorts that were further south on the PV coast and then the nightlife that was just a 6 minute drive or a 12 minute walk north of the condo. Would I stay again? 1000% yes! It’s rather hot in July - September, but we didn’t mind because we wanted to get out. Next time I’ll be back in tourist season for slightly cooler temperatures! When I do…. my friends & I will be trying to book Mark’s place. * the only thing I didn’t enjoy was wearing these tourist bracelets the entire time that the condo association mandates guests to wear that essentially scream tourist with a day pass to an amusement park.

Mark's place is the definition of perfection. Beautiful, modern. tasteful, well-appointed, and in the best location in PV. You can walk to most destinations in the city, including restaurants and points of interest. The pool and rooftop are phenomenal. We hope to return!

Our stay at Mark's condo was fantastic. We have stayed at the D'Terrace building once before and could not be happier. Mark was super responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay. The location to the beach, restaurants, and night life is hard to beat. Make sure to go to the bodega just down the street for some homemade salsas and guacamole. I would stay at Mark's condo in the future when we visit PV.

This penthouse apartment is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect for the beaches and the bars / restaurants in Zona Romantica. It is also steps away from the rooftop pool with the best views of PV I have seen. I highly recommend booking!

Mark and I were in constant contact and Mark was very responsive to my questions and made sure my arrival was flawless.  Check-in and check-out was very smooth.  This Penthouse will amaze you!  We stayed in the 3br/3ba penthouse suite and had an amazing stay with beautiful and expansive views and amenities!    The location is PERFECT and for simple supplies with a good selection of food and beverages, there is a market just a few hundred feet away.   The condo is close to great beaches, restaurants and bars and everything was within walking distance.  The rooftop infinity pool/Jacuzzi/seating area is amazing and the pool area was never crowded during our stay.  Penthouse 4 is a very welcoming and quiet condo with beautiful furnishings and artwork.  We especially enjoyed having morning coffee on the lanai while planning the day's (and night's) activities. We were very happy that we chose this condo and we look forward to returning!

If you're on the fence about booking this penthouse in Puerto Vallarta: Do it. You will not regret it. Mark’s space was perfect for my small group. The building was fabulous with an amazing rooftop pool and courteous staff. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the location is fantastic, right next to the beach, pier, and countless bars and restaurants. There’s nothing more to want for a Romantic District getaway. This is it, enjoy!

Marks place is great!

Mark's place was perfect. Great Location, sparkling clean, great amenities beautiful decor, great pool with an awesome view!

This place was everything I expected and more. The rooftop pool is the best one in town. The units are built well with excellent AC, large bathrooms, and plenty of space. If you’re in search of the perfect place to stay, look no further.

Thanks for a great place to stay in PVR. The check in was simple and the location was perfect for our needs. It is within walking distance to both the beach and town. I’m not sure if this was because of COVID, but we did not have maid service. This however was not an issue for us. Our only issue was the hot water was spotty. There were multiple times where we only had cold water. The condo manager was quick to respond and reported the issue immediately.

This place is incredible. The location is perfect, it is a very short walk away from Los Muertos beach. Additionally, the location gives you a great view. The condo is beautiful and luxurious. We found it spotless and equipped with everything we may need during our stay. Both our host, Mark, and the concierge service were very attentive to our needs, and very communicative. I would not think it twice on booking this property again. Thanks Mark!
