3BR Condo in Puerto Vallarta

This is my 3rd time renting from Mark and it never disappoints. The condo is the best unit that have found. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, yet very private for the quite moments needed to relax. What I love about Mark's unit is everything has been labeled throughout the unit from light switches to how to close the sliding blinds, how to operate the TV - everything is detailed out. Mark's units is spectacular and very well maintained. The building is very well maintained and extremely safe.

Marks place was a great stay! Apartment was very spacious and the patio offered great views. Super convenient location and mark was very responsive. Would stay here again.

This was a great stay for us. Close enough to everything we wanted to do and yet felt private and gave us an escape from the lively town. The rooftop pool has amazing views and was very tranquil. The entire building team was friendly and access was very easy. The home was stocked with everything we would need, everything was easy to find.

Four of us stayed and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and quiet at night which we appreciated. We spent hours at the infinity pool watching whale activity. Next time I'll bring binoculars! Our stay was perfect.

Great place to stay in Vallarta. Very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars, but at the same time very peaceful and quiet. It has a great terrace with nice views where you can just relax. The apartment is well designed with very nice furniture and an open concept that makes it feel roomy. I would stay here any time again.

Mark’s place was great! It had beautiful views, modern design and furnishings, friendly staff, quiet, and in a wonderful location. I highly recommend staying there. I know I will look to do so again for my next visit to PV!

Great Location

Mark is the best host and very responsive. His place or should I say "Our" place is top notch and the best location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants with the best little market around the corner to pickup forgotten items. This my 2nd time renting his condo and it does not disappoint at all. The rooftop is the best and the staff are awesome. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this penthouse as the spot to be to relax.

Our jaws dropped when we walked inside. Everything met our expectations and beyond! The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Mark was very detailed in his instructions, and we had no troubles at all. This is just far enough from the nightlife and clubs to enjoy peace, but close enough to walk to everything we desired.
