The location is perfect for a big family and friends ideally located next to the Malecon and great restaurants. we love this place will most likely be returning soon. :)

Excellent Stay, beautiful house. Great place for large groups

This is the second time we stay at Casa Carmen. Highly recommend it for big families / groups. It’s a large house, with private rooms for each guest, and an open concept with a pool on the first floor. Each room has its own AC and the common areas is al fresco. I will always come here when visiting PV.

Really incredible estate in the middle of it all. So spacious and comfortable for us all. Big groups look no further

My guests and I were very pleased with the staff and the chef. The location was perfect. I would stay there again. I had 10 people and it was just perfect. Kudos to the staff and the chefs. Thank you for making my birthday celebration a wonderful event.

This was great for our 14 person multigenerational family trip. Easy to get to many places from the house and the house itself was awesome to hang out in. We all loved loved loved this house!

Casa Carmen was an excellent gateway for our group. The large common spaces as well as the pool were great spaces for our group to hang out and socialize. It was super walkable to most of PV. Around the corner is Pepe’s tacos which is amazing! Would highly recommend a stay if you are with a large group and want to stay together.

We had a great experience. It was super hot, the AC units in the rooms were amazing. The pool was refreshing and it was quick getting around to take in the sites. Our group had a blast!

The house was perfect for our group of 23 people. The house had AC and full bathrooms in each room. It is close to the Malecon and beach. We were also able to check in earlier without paying! I would recommend staying at casa Carmen!

I stayed Casa Carmen with some friends for a bachelorette party. It's a beautiful house that was clean and had plenty of space of 10 of us. The staff at Hotel Rosita were responsive, and check-in was quick and easy.

Great house and location Lots of things to do around the area

Great place to stay. Accommodated my entire party for my daughters 21st birthday. Plenty of room and the staff at the main hotel was responsive, with the exception of some communication issues regarding a missing A/C remote. A/C is in all the bedrooms and no A/C was present in the kitchen, dinning room, and common areas.

A group of 7 went to this Airbnb. The place was amazing. A room for each person, pool, great living area and everything was very clean. This is a great spot for friends and family. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for big family

Great house for a family or friends reunion. The location is wonderful and the staff is great. I will always recommend this Casa to everyone I know. Thanks for the great week long experience.

We had a group of 12 stay here over Memorial Day weekend. The rooms were all great with a private bathroom in each room. All rooms equipped with AC units and fans. One of the days our AC unit was leaking and someone came out right away and had it fixed within an hour. Maid service came every morning and they were fantastic. They cleaned all common areas and rooms. It’s about a 15 min walk to romantic zone and a 5 min cab or Uber ride. Would stay here again.

Lovely house in a great location!

Casa Carmen is in a prime location in downtown/ boardwalk region. The staff was very welcoming and helped our every needs. Definitely recommend with large parties. Also, if you’re into old time Mexican aesthetics like myself, casa Carmen is your spot. (Instagram worthy)

This is a beautiful place. It reminds me of “Encanto” the movie. Amazing layout and a place that deserves at least 3 nights to fully experience it.

5 stars. This place is perfect for a larger group. The pool was awesome. Each room has its own bathroom and AC!!! Perfect location in puerto Vallarta, walking distance to everything. Not much else to say but it was perfect.

Great location and value

AMAZING! This is perfect for a big group who want to have a private space to party and hang out. The location is right on the beach and along the Main Street to shop and pick up food. They have a beautiful pool right in the center of the space and a rooftop area to hang out which is perfect for covid because everything is outdoors except your personal room. Highly recommend!
