The location is perfect for a big family and friends ideally located next to the Malecon and great restaurants. we love this place will most likely be returning soon. :)

This is the second time we stay at Casa Carmen. Highly recommend it for big families / groups. It’s a large house, with private rooms for each guest, and an open concept with a pool on the first floor. Each room has its own AC and the common areas is al fresco. I will always come here when visiting PV.

The perfect house and location, the theme was the communication by the Rosita hotel, I understand that it was in the high season. The first day it was agreed that they would support us with a cook, but on the second day we were told that it had never been agreed, I understand that it is a hotel; and we paid daily cleaning; they did not want to go if we didn't all leave the house, we agreed on a schedule, two of the 4 days I had to dial them to clean, since we left the house at the agreed time. Upon leaving first we were told that the controls and keys were left in the drawer and since we had left marked and told us that we had to return to deliver everything at the reception of the Rosita hotel. It was just bad communication and bad service from the hotel but the house and the location was perfect.

Really incredible estate in the middle of it all. So spacious and comfortable for us all. Big groups look no further

My guests and I were very pleased with the staff and the chef. The location was perfect. I would stay there again. I had 10 people and it was just perfect. Kudos to the staff and the chefs. Thank you for making my birthday celebration a wonderful event.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Carmen! Such a beautiful casita and loved the privacy! Great location that is in walking distance to so many great spots!

This was great for our 14 person multigenerational family trip. Easy to get to many places from the house and the house itself was awesome to hang out in. We all loved loved loved this house!
