We had an amazing stay! A group of 7 of us came to celebrate my birthday, and this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as described! We chose welcome margaritas, guacamole, and salsa which were great! The home was spotless, and we had absolutely no issues with the Wi-Fi, A/C, plumbing, or any of the amenities. Everything worked perfectly! Check-in and check-out were also incredibly easy, and we felt safe! The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our group, and we also loved that there was a game in the living room. The location was perfect. There were several walkable spots whenever we wanted to grab something quick, but it was still only a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else we needed. Overall, I would 100% book with this host again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Our stay at this villa in Tulum was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by nature and tranquility. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable few days. The pool and jacuzzi were definitely our favorite spots. The jungle atmosphere makes the experience unique, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the daily grind. My friends and I really enjoyed every moment. We all left very happy with this experience. It's definitely a place I recommend 100% and would gladly return to. Thank you for making our stay in Tulum such a special memory!

Villa Bolon was perfect for our sisters’ trip with five people. The complimentary concierge service was so helpful and responsive when it came to recommendations for food, planning excursions, and our transportation. We were given clear instructions for checking in, and the house was very clean and private. Everything you need is right across the street or less than a ten minute walk away, whether it be a grocery store, restaurants, or items you forgot to pack. We would love to stay again for our next visit to Tulum!

I traveled with my grandparents, who are 92 and 80 years old. It's perfect for older people; it has a room on the ground floor. They loved the house! The hot tub, everything, thank you so much!

Mauricio and his team were very communicative and helpful! We had an air conditioning issue with our original house but they moved us across the street to a different home right away and helped move all our stuff! Both places were spacious and clean! It was the perfect place for my bachelorette!

This place was just like the pictures. There were 10 of us, and we all fit comfortably. It was clean, tidy, in a great location, and we felt safe with security out front. There were some great places to eat across the street. The host was very responsive, coordinated all our transportation, and scheduled housekeeping every other day. Overall, we had a great stay, and we would definitely book this place again!

The place was amazing - good sized bedrooms, bathrooms, lots of space - there were 11 of us and not once did it feel crowded. The pool is wonderful but as it is in the jungle, bug spray is needed. Place was very clean as staff came to tidy up which was a nice touch. In the vicinity is a 7/11, some cafes, restaurants, park and some local markets and shops with a larger grocery store not too far away by car. All in all, it was lovely and will be back

The stay was fabulous. Communication was quick and easy. We needed to check in early and messaged as we were leaving airport. They were able to accommodate and the directions were easy to navigate. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Liked the variety of pillows. House cleaning came everyday and it was very nice to have that. Had trouble with fridge when we arrived but they came over immediately to fix. The home was in a safe and guarded neighborhood and close to everything. We visited cenotes 10 min away and ate downtown and visited the nightlife, also 10 min away. Grocery store and pharmacy right next door. Showers had hot water, just wait for 5 min and good water pressure. The hot tub worked but it isn’t a normal filtration system so we needed it to be cleaned and refilled. It’s more like a bathtub with a heater and jets. Not much variety of tours offered, however, we drove to most cenotes and booked a catamaran on Viator. I would certainly stay here again! Thanks you!

stayed for a 12 person bachelorette and we were so impressed. Looks just like the photos, super helpful concierge and they remembered rides/chef request from months previously. So easy to book cars (for 12 people to beach clubs it’d be $200 USD round trip), 5 min safe walk to convenience stores, taco shop, and a cute breakfast spot. Accommodations looked just like the photos! They weren’t lying about the bug bites outside, bring spray!!!

I truly have nothing but positive words to say about Villa Bolon from Mauricio. Everything was beyond perfect from the concierge team, to the villa, and everything in between. I stayed there for my sister's bachelorette party with 8 girls and we all fit in the villa with plenty of room. Also, safety was a big priority for us, and this villa made us feel so safe at all times. On the first day, I couldn't get the AC to work and Mauricio showed up within 5 minutes to help me fix it. His responsiveness was truly something that I will never forget, and made me and the girls feel safe and confident in our airbnb choice the entire stay. I couldn't recommend them more!

I hosted 14 girls for a bachelorette trip and we booked Villa Waxak & Villa Bolon which were right next to each other so it was so convenient to keep everyone at the same place. Everyone had their own bed. We would have gatherings & dinners at one Villa & the concierge team made everything so smooth! We booked the chef to come to the villa for our dinners and wow! everything was so good & we loved the chef service team. We also booked a lot of rides to & back from our day time and night time activities. the transportation team was always on time & I am so thankful the concierge team made it possible for me to arrange all these rides (it's not easy with 14 people). The Vilas are exactly as shown in the pictures and they were so beautiful and clean. We didn't have any troubles with water or A/C. When someone in our group had a mishap with the safe deposit box (our fault), concierge team came to the house to open it for us & quickly resolve any issues (caused by us, not the house).

Our entire stay at the villa was just incredible. The villa itself felt so private and safe, and was spotless and had everything we needed. The team was SO helpful to us in planning activities, making reservations, booking transportation, chef services, etc. This was really a full service experience and it made our trip SO much better. I would definitely try to book here again the next time we come to Tulum — it was incredible!

From decorating balloons, private chef, transportation couldn’t have asked for a better time! A lot of the girls had never been to Mexico so the security was perfect and felt extremely safe! Absolutely LOVED and enjoyed our stay. Came here with a large group of girls for a bachelorette and the concierge team was able to provide us with everything we needed, from making reservations to private chef meals to groceries. The villa was BEAUTIFUL. Cleaners came every morning and made sure we had clean towels for both bathing and the pool. This place was worth every penny!

Absolutely gorgeous place! The home was larger than photos show. It was stunning! Beautiful touches throughout the entire place, the rooms were large and spacious, the towels were large and comfy, the host were great at communicating and were very helpful. We opted for a large guacamole and charcuterie to be there at arrival and it was huge and worth the price + delicious. Host and concierge were great- just an overall amazing experience. Oh also- location is very good! Restaurant and small store in walking distance and a short drive or cab to the main town (maybe 5 min or so)

I hosted a girls trip for my birthday at this villa and our stay was AMAZING! The villa is gorgeous and looks exactly like the pictures. There were 7 girls on the trip and we all felt very comfortable and felt that we all had our own space. The villa is in a gated community and is located right at the entrance of the gate near security. We felt very safe during the whole stay. Planning this trip went very smoothly w/ the Concierge team. We used the private chef services and it was well worth it. We had breakfast and the taco bar for dinner. The chefs were amazing and treated us like Queens during the experience. I also ordered a cake with the team and it was delicious and looked exactly like the inspo picture I provided. The cleaning service crew was there every morning at 10am and the place was always spotless. There is a breakfast cafe right across the street that we walked to for breakfast and it is YUMMY. There is also a small market right next to it. I had a great birthday trip!

The house was exactly as pictured, on arrival we were greeted by Lishon, he was the greatest, when we arrived we were a bit hungry from the flight.. he even walked with us to a restaurant to ensure we found food, the house is ridiculously insane just beautiful and clean! We also hired a chef and the food was tasty OMG! Once I return to Tulum, I will definitely be booking again! Thanks Guys for everything! From the Bahamas 🇧🇸 Crew!!!!!!!!!!

We were a group of 13 women in Tulum for a bachelorette party and Mauricio’s place was everything we could have ever dreamed of and more! House was clean and looked exactly like the photos, beds were very comfortable, and communal space was open, airy and perfect for our big group. The backyard outdoor area was smaller than originally imagined, but they did a great job maximizing the space and it had everything we needed. The sun is in and out given the jungle and trees so having access to the large community pool was a huge plus too. House is situated near the entrance of the community, but we felt safe with security always at the gate. Concierge was great in helping us book transportation, and Mauricio and his team remained very communicative throughout our stay. I would 100% recommend Mauricio’s place to everyone and anyone and will definitely be staying there again the next time we’re in Tulum!

Beautiful place and perfect for big groups! The host was very helpful with arranging transportation, chef services and reservations. It’s also walking distance to some cute cafes which was super convenient. Cleaners come daily and bring fresh towels and tidy up. It’s also in a gated community with extra security so I felt very safe.

The villa and concierge service was amazing. We had a fantastic time and the team did a fabulous job pre-planning and post-planning with us!

We had an amazing time! We had a group of 10 consisting of 6 adults and 4 children. The concierge team was very responsive of all of our needs. Chef Jesi and Paulina were incredible. The food prepared by them was extremely reasonably priced and we had large portions for days. The food was extremely tasty. Please please also visit the food nearby. We had lunch at a place Kilombo and the empanadas were amazing. The rooms were immaculate and the kitchen was enormous in the villa. Everything was as beautiful as the photos. We had a few issues but they were handled promptly. We also used private transportation suggested by the team and they were very trustworthy and got us to our destinations safely.

I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Tulum all around a great time and experience

I recently stayed at Villa Bolon for my bachelorette party with 6 friends. The villa is amazing. Even more beautiful than the photos. The concierge team was excellent, so helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the hot water one night and the team was there in a matter of minutes to fix the problem. The area is great and felt very safe. Cute restaurants and cafes nearby also! Would love to come back.

From the birthday balloons, the chef services, transportation, the masseuse and local restaurants suggestions, you all provided top notch recommendations. Any issue we had was addressed promptly. The villa is in a safe gated area and there's stores and restaurants across the street. I can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay here! We celebrated my sister’s bachelorette with 10 ladies and the villa certainly exceeded our expectations! It was SOOO much more beautiful in real life! Great walkable location for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Our concierge (Florencia, Paulina and Ludwig) from start to finish were knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. They helped us book our round trip transportation for the many places we went with our group. The communication was always consistent and clear. Once we arrived at the villa, Ludwig was super attentive and responsive. He was so welcoming and polite. He was there to check us in and flexible with meeting our needs throughout our stay. He is a kind and warm spirited person and I appreciated his efforts with any questions, maintenance needs we had as well as transportation scheduling. We also had the chef service for dinner and enjoyed the variety of the spread! Our experience was wonderful and we’d love to stay here again!!!

I absolutely loved Villa Bollon! I stayed for a few days for my sister's bachelorette party and it was stunning. The villa itself is gorgeous, it is in a great location very close to the hotel/beach zone to go out to eat and party, close to lots of cenotes, etc. The team was extremely helpful when planning the trip in advance, as well as, when we were at the villa with any additional transportation needed, etc. I can not recommend this place enough.

We LOVED this house. We were here as a group of 11 for my sisters bachelorette party. The surrounding area was a pleasant surprise. There were breakfast cafes, coffee shops, a market and a place we tried for pizza (Tótem) that were all great and made it super easy to get things we needed. The house was beautiful and truly looks exactly like the pictures. The AC worked really well too. The host was very responsive and helped us book shuttles from the airport and around Tulum our full time there (to dinner, a boat, beach clubs, etc.)

The place was beautiful! We had cleaners come in everyday as well. Whenever the pool needed cleaning or we needed a last minute transportation the concierge service was quick and easy to communicate with. The location was great as well. There is a lot of restaurants and cafés right across from the Airbnb. I would recommend checking those out before booking restaurants on the strip. Our stay was great and I would recommend this Airbnb!

Great beautiful house and amazing location. Service was great too and host was responsive. The beds were really spacious and there was enough room for all of us. Only one electrical outlet wasn’t working and just lots of mosquitos in the pool area. The breakfast we got with the private chef was only okay.

We had a great stay at Villa Bolon. The house was as advertised very clean and the concierge service was amazing. They assisted us throughout the trip and made sure it was a success. The gated community in which the house is located felt very safe, but a draw back of the location today is that there were limited bars and restaurants nearby. There was within walking distance a small grocery story and a great place for breakfast, but if you are looking for bars and restaurants then you had to hire a driver. Generally speaking the cost of transportation in Tulum is surprisingly expensive given the short distances being traveled. Prior to arriving we assumed that we would be able to bike around Tulum, but the roads are narrow and busy I wouldn't recommend a biking as a method of transportation here. That said I think Villa Bolon is a excellent property and we would not hesitate to visit again and the service provided by the team was exceptional.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful stay at the villa and there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. Before we arrived, the concierge was helpful with getting these setup and in place for when we arrived. The villa was spotless upon our arrival. We had a hiccup with the chef on the first night, but they helped us find a great solution that we were happy with. The villa has a couple of convenience store and a cafe within walking distance so that was great. We rented bikes and rode to the nearest grocery store. The house and pool were cleaned daily. My friends and I all agree that we would stay here again if we are in Tulum. Thank you Mauricio and team for being communicative and so helpful in making my 35th birthday trip successful!

We had a wonderful stay and could not get over how beautiful the space was. The concierge service was top tier and was there for every single thing we needed, particularly when our travel plans got mixed up. Our only regret is not spending more time at the villa! We will be back.

The place was amazing. The pictures do it no justice. Anything we needed they were able to get. We were celebrating two birthdays and the experience was amazing. From scheduling transportation to reliving liquor when we ran out.

We had an incredible time at Mauricio’s Airbnb. We had 10 guests and each pair had their own bathroom. There was a lot of space for the group to spread up. We booed a lot of our meals through the concierge and it did not disappoint! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The cleaning team came daily. I really appreciated that this is one of the few places in Tulum that had a gate and a guard for entry. One thing to beware were the mosquitos were no joke.

Wonderful Airbnb for a 13 person bachelorette group. There are a few cafes and a convenience store directly across the street which made things SO easy. The concierge was so helpful booking drivers and a chef (though I’m not sure the chef was with it for price…) Housekeeping came everyday and did a great job. Best Airbnb experience so far! Stayed here with a group of 12 for a friends Bachelorette and the concierge team just made everything seamless. Everything was taken care of prior to our arrival in Tulum. From picking us up from the airport, reserving home cooked meals, round trip transportation to local restaurants, booking excursion, reserving dinner, they even helped set up a balloon arch and decorations prior to our arrival. Everyone on the team was just a message away and there were no hesitation to get us what we needed when asked. Location - 10-15min from the hotel zone which made going out very easy. Coffee shop and cafe right across the street. Safety - We felt 100% safe and appreciated all of the security around the villa.

Only negative, was we returned back to the Airbnb one day to find the front door was left opened by one of the cleaners. Not the owners fault, however, was disappointing. By far the BEST airbnb i have ever stayed at!! The house is bigger and more beautiful than photos even do justice and the backyard is so incredible with the pool and hot tub. This is a gated community that is directly across the street from a very private community you feel very safe walking around for shopping, incredible food, yoga, etc. We were a 3 min walk from the best breakfast spot! The concierge service is INSANE. So response to anything we needed - tequila, cabs for the beach strip, extra water, etc. I’ve never experienced anything like this service before - everyone was incredible and any time of day i had a response in less than a few minutes! Booked this for my sister’s bach party and i will definitely be staying here again in the future!! Definitely book this place, it truly made the trip!

Villa Bolon was incredible - a jungle oasis. We went for a bachelorette with 12 women and everyone couldn’t have been happier. It was gorgeous, clean, and the concierge was there to support us the whole time for whatever we needed (not to mention the housekeeping was critical with that many ladies!). It was an easy van ride to the hotel zone / beach area, and we felt so safe in the gated community. The landscaping makes you feel like you’re surrounded by nature. 10/10 recommend!

This house was perfect for a large group! Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the common spaces are huge, and the cleaning service / concierge is a game changer for airbnbs. It was our first time in Tulum, and you always feel a little apprehensive traveling to an unfamiliar place, but from the moment we booked this reservation, to the moment we arrived, and the morning we checked out - the host made us feel very comfortable and at ease with everything! The host was extremely accommodating with every request we had. Any time we reached out with questions, or concerns, we’d receive a response in a very timely manner. Once we arrived to the home we were extremely relieved and excited that that the home looked exactly like the photos represented on Air BNB. Someone greeted as us soon as we arrived to go over all the things we needed to know about the home. The security at the front gate was thorough, and gave us peace of mind knowing they did not allow just anyone off the street to enter. The cleanliness of the home was spectacular, and a maid service & pool service was there every day to clean the home and the pool/jacuzzi. We definitely will be returning!!

Calixto was our concierge and he was beyond FANTASTIC, he went above and beyond to for us, arranged a private transport everyday, brought us alcohol when we needed it, came by the house to check on us if we messaged him - the property is lovely. Great for big groups. Highly recommend hiring the private chef through the concierge service. The one comment i have is the hot tub took a long time to get warm but otherwise everything was perfect! Will deff recommend this place to my friends

Beautiful, comfortable home!

Mauricio has a beautiful place that is even nicer than the pictures! He had concierge services so there was always someone who could help us at any time of the day/night. They would work closely with us for booking taxis, day excursions, chef services, and anything else we needed. Super friendly staff!! Overall excellent place that I would highly recommend if you have a group. There is plenty of space. There are also some coffee shops and restaurants walking distance.

Really beautiful home, perfect for my bachelorette! Felt really safe as well and someone was always available to assist and help out if I needed anything. They even set me up with a driver who took care of us all weekend. Highly recommend. This place is a dream.

House was amazing! Lots of space. Having the concierge support me throughout the process and entire trip was extremely helpful. There was constant communication and flexibility. Loved it!

The house was absolutely beautiful! Right in the heart of Aldea Zama, about halfway between Tulum downtown and the beach. Plenty of new restaurants in the immediate area, with only a small amount of time to the rest of Tulum. The pool and hot tub were a great hangout spot for our group of 9, and everyone had their own (comfortable) beds. A big recommendation to anyone looking for a group stay in Tulum.

We absolutely adored our stay. The house is STUNNING and was beyond comfortable for our group of 12. The backyard pool and hot tub space is a dreamy oasis and kitchen was the best equipped id ever seen in an airbnb. Our concierge Calixto was total perfection. He assisted us with everything we could have needed including all our transportation needs. And the daily cleanings were a cherry on top. It was so nice coming home to a sparkling house every afternoon. The Fresh Market nearby is the perfect, walkable little grocery spot to stock up on the basics. And cafe rossino is a GREAT spot for breakfast. My one recommendation for future guests would be to get cash at the airport or before you come. We had a very hard time finding atms throughout our stay. **of course not in any way our host’s fault! Just a tip that might help people who stay in the future! But seriously, this home is a GEM. Book it.
