Great location and everything you need to stay in a quiet area right outside Tamarindo. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa with tons of space for 10 people. A block away from Playa Langosta which is much more quiet than Tamarindo Beach. We even got lucky and saw monkey in the backyard!

Absolutely loved our stay! We were three families with four young children (all under 8) and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for us. The space was great, we never felt cramped, and everyone had room to spread out and relax. The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids! We spent countless hours splashing and playing, it was the perfect way to cool off after a day in the sun. The location in Playa Langosta was ideal. We loved being close enough to Tamarindo for easy access to restaurants and activities, but also appreciated the quieter, more relaxed atmosphere of Langosta. The quick walk to the beach for stunning sunsets and morning runs was a highlight of our trip. Having a grocery store right on the block was incredibly convenient, and we enjoyed a delicious and easy dinner from the little pizza place one night. Overall, it met our expectations. Make sure to plan ahead to get groceries on the way to the house, the cupboards are pretty empty and buy extra toilet roll and pape

Nicole, Aly, and Mikel were wonderful to work with. There were 15 of us on a family girl's trip and the two villas were perfect for us. Lot's of room to spread out and yet we could all hang together when we wanted to. The location was great - private and yet within walking distance of Tamarindo. We did get a golf cart which was perfect for the more senior among us. The beds were super comfortable and although some things could use a bit of a freshen up (many of the beach chairs are rusty and not very usable) Mikel was very quick to fix things when we had any problems. Aly's suggestions were spot on and she made the excursions we chose easy to navigate for such a large crowd. Overall we had a great time.

Our recent stay at Casa Puesta del Sol Villa was an absolute dream come true. Tucked away in this vibrant beach town, the villa offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The villa itself was cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a memorable stay.There was a temporary issue with the water supply. Thankfully, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive. They promptly addressed the problem and ensured that it was resolved quickly, allowing our family to continue enjoying our vacation without any inconvenience. Thank you .

Nikki and her Consierge, Aly were incredibly responsive and helpful. The villas are big and spacious and the outdoor area is beautiful. Highly recommend getting a golf cart rental to easily get to and from downtown. There are some restaurants very close by.

Great stay, great host!

The Casa Puesta Del Sol Villa 2 was a lovely home!! The 3 large bedrooms/bathrooms were beautiful and comfortable with a lot of space for 8 people. The villa was very clean and had all the necessary amenities! The location was perfect! Close to excellent restaurants and the little market at the end of the street. We enjoyed the pool and backyard patio! Many afternoons and felt lucky to see a huge group of the Howler monkeys ( we observed 2 moms with babies on their backs!!!)several times in the tree tops right above the patio. It was such a delight to see and hear them for long periods of time! Aly the concierge was an excellent resource. She scheduled our golf carts, excursions and transportation to and from the airport. She responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had with great patience and kindness! Nicole was also very nice and responded quickly to any questions and concerns! We all had the best time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Great. Very responsive host and property manager. They were very good about addressing a water issue that arose during our stay. Place is very nice with ensuites in each bedroom. Excellent for our needs with adult children travelling with partners.ally, the concierge, was excellent and super responsive.

We were there a month and what a wonderful base of fun. First the location. Close enough to the fun of Tamarindo, one block to a GREAT sunset beach. Second the host had a few local people helping us out the whole way. Aly was amazing helping our boys to have emersion Spanish language, an occasional at home cook, setting up transportation services, rental cars, golf carts whatever we needed. And when there were the occasional emergency needs at the house, Mikel was on it. It was a very modern decor, and a super easy, super comfortable place to stay for a month.

We had an excellent time at the house. Slept 10 people comfortably. Place is just like described, very convenient location, couple minute walk to the beach, with Tamarindo being about 15-20 min walk.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 2! The location is great. You have multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance and the beach is close by, too. It is just far enough from the town center that it is calm and peaceful, but it is close enough to the town center that you can still walk to get there (10-15 min). The property manager Mikel was also very responsive and he went out of his way to help us when one person in our group injured himself (not at the property) and needed transportation the closest hospital. The concierge Aly was also amazing. Very responsive and ready to answer any questions and book activities last minute. Thank you all for a great stay!

Great location. Easy access to all things in Tamarindo. We rented a golf cart, but a 10-15 minute walk gets you into town. House was very nice and well maintained. We had 6 adults and 3 children (3 generations of our family) and the house was very comfortable. The pool was nice to have. Mikel (property manager) met us for check in and was responsive to several questions during our stay. Aly (concierge) was amazing. She answered every inquiry in a timely manner and, always offered pricing information, and often made suggestions that worked out well. She helped make our stay at Villa 2 even better.

Our stay was wonderful. We had 16 adults and loved the ability to have separate Villas and still interact with each other. Nicole was great working with our flight schedules and any questions we had. Aly was a phenomenal concierge and helped coordinate multiple excellent adventures during our stay. The villas are a short walk to restaurants, beach, small grocery and basically anything you would need. We saw monkeys in the back yard nearly every morning. Everyone commented on how wonderful the nearby beaches were for walks, boogie boarding and soaking in the sun. The pools were a great way to cool down and relax. There was plenty of room for outdoor gatherings and poolside get togethers. One night we even found a way to seat 16 people around one table for dinner. 14 people had never been to Costa Rica and loved the “Pura Vida” vibe we experienced from everyone. I would highly recommend this property and will likely be back.

Nicole is an exceptional host who accommodated both Villas for a large family trip. The Villas we're clean and well-equipped for a large group. The location is within walking distance from the beach and downtown entertainment. I’ll definitely book again!

The house is spacious and beautiful as pictured. It’s just a few minutes from the beach and has beautiful views. It was really fun to watch the howler monkeys in the trees outside our windows several of the days during our stay. We counted 15 at one point! Nikki, the owner, was very responsive and helpful in communications. Aly, the concierge, is great to work with! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us set up transportation, a golf cart, and several adventures. We enjoyed some wonderful family time and would be happy to stay here again!

Nicole provided very specific information before arriving. We never met the house manager, but everything was in order when we arrived. The space was great for two families. Kitchen very well-equipped, very comfortable beds, beautiful pool patio. Langosta beach, a market and a great restaurant all within three minute’s walk. We also enjoyed spending time at Tamarindo beach, a five minute drive away. We really enjoyed the house and location!

This house was great! We stayed here for our sons wedding. Great location, beds were super comfortable, close to beach, well stocked kitchen. The concierge Aly was absolutely AMAZING and planned all of our excursions. Anything we needed she was very responsive. The cook Patricia made delicious meals! Highly recommend this house

Beautiful house, fully equipped for a dream stay

Don't slip on booking this place. It is located close to everything and the house looks just as pictured. Very spacious for large families and beds were comfortable. Aly, the concierge was amazing. All we had to do was tell her what we wanted and she made it happen. Will definitely stay here each year we visit the area.

Our group had an amazing time! The house was exactly what we were hoping for. Whenever we had something come up Nikki would respond immediately. Her and her husband were very helpful. The house is close to everything (rent a golf cart) and when we wanted to visit beaches that were further Aly arranged transportation for us. Aly was so amazing with helping me plan everything for this trip. She was even involved with helping my boyfriend finish the final touches of our engagement on my birthday! Nikki and her husband even came over to bring champagne once they heard the news. It was a very sweet gesture. Overall this trip was amazing and the house was perfect!

We loved staying in Brian and Nicole’s beautiful home. It was clean, extremely well equipped with plenty of space for my family (4 couples) to spread out and relax, enjoying the pool, sunshine and howler monkeys!! Brian was extremely prompt in responding to the couple of queries that we had and sorted the minor issues out almost immediately. I would highly recommend staying in their villa. Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 2 was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't be more thankful for the use of the home. The home is conveniently located just about a mile outside Tamarindo and about 40 miles from Liberia Airport. We had a rental car so getting back and forth to town was easy. We found the home to be exactly as described with no issues. The pool was nice to cool off in and the monkeys in the trees let you know they were there! Aly is the concierge working with the property and she could not have been more helpful. Please, please, please ask for Aly's help. I have been to Costa Rica multiple times in the past, but Aly made this trip so easy with her recommendations. "Everyone needs an Aly in Costa Rica." This was my first time using Airbnb nd I have to say I was most impressed. After pricing hotels in the area, I decided to take a look at the Airbnb properties. Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 2 caught my eye and I am so thankful it was available and reasonably priced. The home's local Property Manager Mikel answered all our questions and even stayed until midnight awaiting our arrival because of the lateness of the flight. The home's owner Nicole contacted me immediately upon booking and answered all my questions and eliminated all concerns. Wonderful people to deal with all around! Everything in the home was clean and in proper working order. We had absolutely no issues and were delighted with this home. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area. Casa Del Sol was an amazing location for our post Christmas vacation. Aly the concierge was fantastic, she made sure we had whatever we needed when we needed it. From scheduling all of our excursions, to golf cart rental to restaurant recommendations and even arranging our covid tests the day before we left. The location was great. Very quiet area with a grocery store at the end of the road. A short walk to the beach but we recommend golf carts for getting around the area. Overall just a great experience!

Great spot! Close enough to town, but also far enough away to not be in the center of the noises and crowds. The house is furnished nicely and is perfect for larger families or groups since each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Puesta del Sol was fantastic. We were 5 adults and one kid, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each person or couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen and living room easily accommodated us. You could probably put up twice that number of people without the place feeling crowded. We also fit two cars in the garage with no trouble. Everything was extremely clean, inside and out, and we never lacked anything: there are tons of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, beach towels, even ziplock bags. The WiFi and internet worked flawlessly, and check in was easy as well. The house is a super short walk to the beach---we went every day, sometimes multiple times---and the pool and backyard were great to hang out in as well. One day some monkeys even spent the afternoon lounging in a tree over the yard, which was awesome. Overall, I highly recommend it. It's a great house for a gathering of family or friends, and I'd definitely stay there again.

Great host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or issue. This place is a good choice if everyone in your group wants their own space. The thing that would make it much better, in my opinion, is if there was a way to go between the two sides without having to go out the front door, and unlock the other side.

Nicole and Brian are the friendly, helpful owners of this spotless contemporary villa in safe, quiet Playa Langosta, with four spacious en suite bathrooms. A separate in-law apartment makes inter-generational living a breeze. A 5 minute walk on a nice path takes you to the spectacular Playa Langosta, and a 5 min golf cart ride gets you to Tamarindo center. Kitchen is well-equipped and the house is supported by a lovely local group of folks who keep it maintained. The decor is lovely with thoughtful touches like tropical silk floral arrangements and beach towels galore. Highly recommend this slice of paradise, especially for families with teens and girls’ getaways!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Costa Rica. Casa Puesta Del Sol is beautiful and in the best location! Not only did we LOVE the house with all the amenities...we also loved the host (Nicole), property manager (Mikel) and concierge (Kim)!! They were so helpful!! Kim the concierge was just the best! She helped book all of our fun excursions and made reservations at some of the most delicious restaurants! We really appreciated everything all of them did for our group! If you ever get the opportunity to visit Costa Rica, Casa Puesta Del Sol is your spot!!!

Our trip was amazing! It was a girls trip and all eight of us fit comfortably in the home. The backyard is mostly private, but the neighbors can look out into the pool from their house. Everything was in great condition. Only downfall is that one of the bedroom's air conditioner stopped working a few days into our vacay. Otherwise, no complaints!
