Very nice House. The view is spectacular, it’s a little rustic for my liking, I feel like I’m staying At a cottage, but everybody’s different, you might like that. Furniture is a little dated, for a that’s relatively new The bathrooms are very old looking, a couple of sinks don’t drain properly , the fridge leaks on the floor, I told the owner, but nothing was done about it! A couple of the beaches the owner told us to go to, you needed to make advanced reservations the day prior , you cannot use the amenities only the restaurant, in general things in Nicaragua are very difficult, everything seems to be a hassle.

We weren't sure exactly where to stay when coming to Nicaragua for the first time, but couldn't have picked a better place. This house is spacious, with more bedrooms than we could fill, and comfortable. The yard is well tended to and has a striking view. The House Manager is so kind and responsive, everything we needed was right there. Any issues are easily overlooked as this house had every element necessary for a comfortable stay. We made this house our home for two weeks and my family didn't want to leave.
