Excellent place I loved it

A beautiful location perched on cliff tops surrounded by ocean. A constant warm breeze kept all the bugs away. There were the occasional entertaining monkeys and beautiful birds that would perch on the trees that surrounded the house. The house was bright and roomy. With stunning views, the home offered a peaceful oasis. The pool was the highlight for us. We loved the clean pool everyday that overlooked the water. Martha was helpful and connected us to Katrina who was responsive to our questions and organized our transportation traveling from Liberia Costa Rica and then to Managua airport. We enjoyed a home cooked Nicaraguan meal organized by our hosts during our stay. Would highly recommend this home. 🇳🇮💙

A lovely, unspoiled place with lots of nature and animals. The beach is spectacular. Very easy to find, just like in the photos, and the restaurant downstairs was open and they took good care of us. Villa Mariposa is highly recommended!

Still on a high from our stay! Martha's place was everything we needed. The house is amazing, with incredible views of the ocean and private pool. We took advantage of the outdoor dining, as well as other scenic spots for our morning coffee. The communication were great. Martha and Karina were prompt in answering any questions we had or setting up services as needed (airport pickup, car rental, etc). Highly recommend utilizing Conchita-- she cooked many meals for us and was always super sweet with our kids. When we left, she already felt like part of the family. Oreste, the grounds keeper, was out tending the pool every morning and very prompt to handle the generator whenever the power occasionally went out (due to ongoing roadwork nearby). We came during rainy season (late June) and had only one day of true rain. Redonda Bay is pristine and a true gem. On many days, we had the entire beach to ourselves! While we explored other nearby areas, none were as clean as RB.

We had an amazing week in Playa Redonda. Martha and Karina were able to recommend and arrange airport transport, scooter rental (delivered right to the home), and a wonderful masseuse. Plenty of nearby surf and fishing opportunity, or simply staying at the house with an incredible view!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved this house. The views are amazing, the accommodations are great, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, there were a few power outages that lasted several hours, which my kids did not enjoy. However, I understand that this was likely related to the road construction project, and I believe things will be running smoothly once the project is completed. Karina was very attentive and responsive to my messages, and she was always willing to help. The gentleman who works at the house was also very helpful and took care of any needs we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would be happy to stay here again.

My partner and I (in our early 30s) spent 3 nights at Martha’s, together with another couple, on a surfing holiday. It was such a beautiful home. It looks just like the photos. It has a lovely outdoor pizza oven/coal bbq that worked perfectly to cook fresh Snapper from the market at El Gigante. The swimming cove nearby has to be one of the most beautiful bays on the coast. Martha couldn’t have improved on a thing - she and Karina (who manages the home) catered for our every need and were very communicative.

My sons and I had the best time! We had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. If you want peace and paradise, this is it! Very responsive when we had questions or needed anything.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Mariposa. The place is just like the photos; it met our expectations. I left having fallen in love with the villa.

This house was a dream to stay at. The proximity to Redonda beach was a highlight. We only left the place one time in four days to check out Popoyo. The power did go out a few times, but they had a generator so at least we could keep the fridge running. My kids loved the pool, and we were lucky enough to see baby sea turtles released at the beach! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nicaragua!

Very good. Only the living room doesn't have air conditioning; it's just in the bedrooms, but everything was super nice. We loved it 🫶🏼

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend taking them up on the offer of the personal chef! Conchita's meals were amazing and made dinners for our trip so easy. Our family of 5 with 2 teenage boys even had some leftovers, which we happily ate for breakfast and/or lunch the next day. Karina and Horestes were very responsive and friendly. Overall our stay was very nice and we would recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet getaway with an amazing view.

Beautiful views from the pool! Great beach for swimming with kids! Saw lots of turtles! Clean. Lots of monkeys! Beautiful house! Unfortunately for our one month stay we didn’t have power many of the days, all day it was out. This was because of road construction so probably not the norm, definitely made it hard/couldn’t do online work and online school…but pretty good place for this to happen! Beach days all month!

The house has great views and is very comfortable! We had problems with the electricity and Marta fixed it very quickly and they were always very attentive. We will definitely be back. Very friendly with everything and the house is a paradise :)

I had a great experience staying with Martha. She was a very attentive, kind host and was always attentive to making sure everything was in order during my stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Communication was fast and clear, which made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend staying with her and would gladly return in the future.

We had a really nice stay! The views were epic, and great location close to the beach, place was very clean, and was a good set up for our group.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. on one side of the hill, you had breathtaking views. on the other, you had breathtaking views. This was the perfect location for an amazing getaway.

Lovely, peaceful stay. This home has such beautiful character and such a unique location perched on a cliff. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved the views and spent hours gazing out, we saw dolphins and humpbacks our first day there! The property manager reached out via text a few days in advance and was fantastic and easy to deal with. We inquired about massages and were delighted with the recommendation; Ada came to the house and you’d be missing out if you didn’t have a fantastic massage on the outdoor patio with the breezes and birds… highly recommended! Also the restaurant Junto’s delivered to us one day which was such a nice treat, and nice not to have to go to town. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very nice house and in good condition to rest

We stayed for 3 nights, and everything was amazing. The view is spectacular. The house is huge with absolutely beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed the pool, and outside deck with a picnic table and charcoal grill. You must drive to get there as the house is kind of in the mountain. An SUV or Pickup truck is recommended because of the unpaved roads. 100% recommend if you like nature and wildlife.

We had an amazing short stay and would absolutely come back. The property is tucked away in a very private area and looks exactly like the photos. Beach access is just a short walk away, and having a nearby restaurant was a great bonus. The views were beautiful, and everything made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Villa. Views are world-class, and the pool is surreal. Beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Host is highly responsive. Property is as advertised. Would definitely look to stay here next time we're in the area.

Everything was great!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this house for the end of the year and it was certainly the best option! Excellent communication with the hosts, the house is very clean, tidy, well equipped and a beautiful view! It's close to the beach, which is also very nice and private. We will definitely be back!

The villa was perfect, the pacific view pool was amazing, warm and private, the beach walk was closer then expected, 4 minutes walk on a private safe well maintained path, beach was almost private too with acces to confortable transat chair. Snorkeling just the left side of the bay was amazing with lot of exotic fish species, even turtle nest on the beach. We felt safe, confortable & lucky to spend 10 days in a secret paradise. Thank you Martha, Karina and Anthonio for thoses amazing vacation at Casa Amici👌We'll come back!

As a first trip to Nicaragua, this was an exceptional place to stay. Karina was incredibly helpful and answered every question we had, and Orestes kept everything spotless and was always so kind. The house is an easy walk to a beautiful beach and a great restaurant. For exploring beyond that, you’ll definitely want your own transportation, I highly recommend renting a scooter to see the nearby villages. The villa itself is gorgeous and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind. I’d recommend it to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to Nicaragua.

It was a beautiful view and very peaceful! My boyfriend and I spent half of our trip here in Nicaragua. It is very remote and would recommend renting a vehicle (the host recommended a reliable/ affordable car service)if you’d like to visit other beaches/landmarks. Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. It’s right next to a resort(5 min walk) where there is a bar/restaurant right on the beach. The food there was great especially breakfast! Our last day we saw 3 monkeys in the trees above the house. The Gardner comes every morning to clean the pool/yard and you can ask Karina the local host for anything you might need. Overall a beautiful welcoming stay for our first time In Nicaragua.

An amazing place, beautiful view, Karina was very helpful and communicative, always available, the photos don't do justice to how the house looks in person, excellent stay.

Our time at Casa Amici was absolutely magical. From the minute we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. It was the perfect secluded getaway for my partner and I. Martha’s home is stunning. We were lucky enough to see whales breaching from the pool, enjoyed sunrises & sunsets from the patio. Orestes, the groundskeeper, went above and beyond always kind, attentive, and so friendly. He even did little grocery runs for us and helped start the outdoor grill/pizza oven. Karina, the concierge, was wonderful easy to reach, full of great recommendations, and helped arranged a scooter rental. Everything we could have needed was either already in the house or just an ask away. This was the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and warm Nicaraguan hospitality. Can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

Loved our family stay. Spacious home with breathtaking views. Can hear the ocean waves all day and night which was super relaxing. Entire home is very well equipped. Aqua beach is the best in Nica. If exclusivity and tranquility is what you’re after look no further :)

Outstanding views! The home was comfortable, spacious, and the views were exceptional. The location is great, it’s a peaceful setting where you can sit and watch the birds and monkeys for hours and close enough to good restaurants and markets. I highly recommend this home!

Excellent place, the photos don't do it justice, as the slopes are much better in reality. The house is impeccable, fully equipped and the service is excellent.

The photos in the app do not do justice to the nice of the place, it was the perfect stay for this vacation. the host was aware of the check in and out, always with quick response and, the concierge, a 100 out of 100 attention, for their attentions we could be part of a turtle release on the beach.
