A lovely, unspoiled place with lots of nature and animals. The beach is spectacular. Very easy to find, just like in the photos, and the restaurant downstairs was open and they took good care of us. Villa Mariposa is highly recommended!

It was a pleasure staying in this house my family really enjoyed it. Amazing view of the Pacific Ocean and mountains. Communication and respond time was exceptional from Martha and Karina for any issue or question we had! Gracias.

It was perfect for our 3-day getaway with our son. Super great pool and great beaches nearby.

Great property with a lovely view. The beach down the hill was lovely and my kids enjoyed the boogie boards. We appreciated very much the flexible checkout.

Still on a high from our stay! Martha's place was everything we needed. The house is amazing, with incredible views of the ocean and private pool. We took advantage of the outdoor dining, as well as other scenic spots for our morning coffee. The communication were great. Martha and Karina were prompt in answering any questions we had or setting up services as needed (airport pickup, car rental, etc). Highly recommend utilizing Conchita-- she cooked many meals for us and was always super sweet with our kids. When we left, she already felt like part of the family. Oreste, the grounds keeper, was out tending the pool every morning and very prompt to handle the generator whenever the power occasionally went out (due to ongoing roadwork nearby). We came during rainy season (late June) and had only one day of true rain. Redonda Bay is pristine and a true gem. On many days, we had the entire beach to ourselves! While we explored other nearby areas, none were as clean as RB.

We had an amazing week in Playa Redonda. Martha and Karina were able to recommend and arrange airport transport, scooter rental (delivered right to the home), and a wonderful masseuse. Plenty of nearby surf and fishing opportunity, or simply staying at the house with an incredible view!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved this house. The views are amazing, the accommodations are great, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, there were a few power outages that lasted several hours, which my kids did not enjoy. However, I understand that this was likely related to the road construction project, and I believe things will be running smoothly once the project is completed. Karina was very attentive and responsive to my messages, and she was always willing to help. The gentleman who works at the house was also very helpful and took care of any needs we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would be happy to stay here again.

My partner and I (in our early 30s) spent 3 nights at Martha’s, together with another couple, on a surfing holiday. It was such a beautiful home. It looks just like the photos. It has a lovely outdoor pizza oven/coal bbq that worked perfectly to cook fresh Snapper from the market at El Gigante. The swimming cove nearby has to be one of the most beautiful bays on the coast. Martha couldn’t have improved on a thing - she and Karina (who manages the home) catered for our every need and were very communicative.

My sons and I had the best time! We had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. If you want peace and paradise, this is it! Very responsive when we had questions or needed anything.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Mariposa. The place is just like the photos; it met our expectations. I left having fallen in love with the villa.

Hi Martha, it was a wonderful stay at your home. Your attention to detail and a well-equipped kitchen made the stay even more enjoyable. Thanks also for accommodating me regarding the power outage and the construction work… that was a bit of a challenge because I had to work. Otherwise, everything went well and smoothly. This house was a dream to stay at. The proximity to Redonda beach was a highlight. We only left the place one time in four days to check out Popoyo. The power did go out a few times, but they had a generator so at least we could keep the fridge running. My kids loved the pool, and we were lucky enough to see baby sea turtles released at the beach! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nicaragua!
