The Space
Located within the private gated community of Redonda Bay, Casa Amici sits atop a cliff surrounded by a charming garden. Upon entering through the front double doors, you step into a spacious home with high ceilings. Your gaze is naturally drawn toward the infinity pool and the breathtaking ocean view beyond.
The main level includes:
- A foyer
- An open living area combining the dining room and living room
- A large kitchen equipped with high-end appliances
Upstairs features two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The third sleeping area is on the main floor and serves as a TV/den space. It contains a sofa that converts into a double bed and has its own full bathroom.
Please note, this property is not suitable for small children. Although the deck and backyard have railings, these areas are not designed as play spaces.
Location
Redonda Beach is just a five-minute walk downhill from the villa. This beautiful cove offers calm waters suitable for swimming, unlike most nearby beaches which are popular surfing spots.

My husband and I went for a week and the view incredible, we sometimes avoid renting airbnb but that one took our breath away. Totally worth it. The people , and 10/10 the beach always quiet. Go early morning around 5-6 am its nice and calm The reason of my 4/5 instead of 5/5. 1. the back and forth to the beach and the car its long and you feel you are hiking (im not a big hiking person but I have to stop 1-2 time to take my breath back ahah) 2. Not Hijab friendly.I thought I would have 100% privacy but the neighbours could have a view on the pool and the dining place outside so I enjoyed hiding quick and always looking around making sure nobody sees me and I was not enjoying my time outside without my hijab so I was really really disappointing on that, because we thought when they said " private" we have fully privacy because of my hijab.

A beautiful location perched on cliff tops surrounded by ocean. A constant warm breeze kept all the bugs away. There were the occasional entertaining monkeys and beautiful birds that would perch on the trees that surrounded the house. The house was bright and roomy. With stunning views, the home offered a peaceful oasis. The pool was the highlight for us. We loved the clean pool everyday that overlooked the water. Martha was helpful and connected us to Katrina who was responsive to our questions and organized our transportation traveling from Liberia Costa Rica and then to Managua airport. We enjoyed a home cooked Nicaraguan meal organized by our hosts during our stay. Would highly recommend this home. 🇳🇮💙

The place is very nice, very clean, in a quiet area, and pleasant for resting. The only thing I suggest is that instead of the sofa bed, they should put a bed, since you can't really rest on a sofa bed. They have it as a third bed, and it's not really suitable for getting a good night's sleep. From there everything is perfect.

Still on a high from our stay! Martha's place was everything we needed. The house is amazing, with incredible views of the ocean and private pool. We took advantage of the outdoor dining, as well as other scenic spots for our morning coffee. The communication were great. Martha and Karina were prompt in answering any questions we had or setting up services as needed (airport pickup, car rental, etc). Highly recommend utilizing Conchita-- she cooked many meals for us and was always super sweet with our kids. When we left, she already felt like part of the family. Oreste, the grounds keeper, was out tending the pool every morning and very prompt to handle the generator whenever the power occasionally went out (due to ongoing roadwork nearby). We came during rainy season (late June) and had only one day of true rain. Redonda Bay is pristine and a true gem. On many days, we had the entire beach to ourselves! While we explored other nearby areas, none were as clean as RB.

We had an amazing week in Playa Redonda. Martha and Karina were able to recommend and arrange airport transport, scooter rental (delivered right to the home), and a wonderful masseuse. Plenty of nearby surf and fishing opportunity, or simply staying at the house with an incredible view!
