Everything was very nice, and the island was as always. The ONLY thing was that on the last day, there was no water in the apartment, and it was complete chaos.

We are very happy and we would definitely stay there again. Fernanda is always friendly and very clear in all her instructions. The apartment is comfortable and inside the condominium with a very good location, close to the clubhouse. The bus that goes to the beach arrives quickly, and if you prefer to walk, it's a 10-minute walk. I loved that there are staff at all times in the condominium to help you, and above all, they keep the pools and amenities in order, which makes your stay pleasant.

Excellent accommodation in Acapulco. The stay was very pleasant, the place was clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. The location is very good and everything was in excellent condition. Fernanda's service was excellent. She was always friendly and attentive to anything we needed. It was definitely a very good experience and we would stay here again. ¡Totally recommended!

Amazing place to stay in Playa. It's the perfect area to walk to everything but you have no noise problems because it's not in the center of the craziness. The apartment is large, and the natural lighting is amazing. AC works well. The Internet is fast and reliable. The apartment is clean. We stayed for a month and a half. The best part is the family downstairs who helped us with anything we needed! They are awesome. The only cons are that there are ants you can't get rid of & the water went out multiple times while we were there (sometimes unavoidable in Mexico). Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

We felt right at home; the details in the house are very nice! She was super attentive and accessible to the guest. The water was only out for a couple of hours, but she kept an eye on the building to make us feel safe.

I already knew the condo, and every time I go I confirm that it is a great place to rest. There is really no need to leave it to have all the facilities. The food in the restaurants is very good and the prices they charge are reasonable. It's a great place to vacation, highly recommended

The apartment is very well furnished and decorated. It has everything you need for cooking and a special mention to the towels that are super soft and light so nothing heavy to carry. Fernanda is super attentive. Very comfortable beds and pillows. A huge TV to relax at night. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable and as shown in the photos. We highly recommend it. You have to bring soap, because in the showers there is only shampoo and conditioner.

You get what you pay for, it's a good size and everything is very clean. Although at the moment there are areas that are under repair, the view is really beautiful, you can see the sea and the pool area. Fernanda was flexible with us, allowing us to add one more child to our stay, and she was always attentive to answering and helping us with everything. There are things to consider, however, they cannot be Fernanda's responsibility, but rather the administration's. •The carts to transport you to the different areas take a long time to pass. •The sea area in the beach club is neglected, they should give it better maintenance. • The soccer field has no light, so you can't play once the sun goes down and you're not allowed to play in any other area. • You are given a card as a form of payment, however, if you order food from the restaurant to the apartment, you cannot pay with it. In general, except for the above, I would definitely return to Fernanda's apartment.

The pools are huge and in excellent condition, and the beach is also very nice. Although the apartment is in a tower away from the beach, there are golf carts to get around and in 5 minutes you are there and you can have your cooler on the beach and consume your own food and drinks!

this place is a gem after traveling. two amazingly sized bedrooms with their own private bathroom. I third bathroom for common use. the decor is fresh and clean. there was a washer and dryer to clean clothes after traveling. the place is a very short walk to the beach, make sure to check the laundry room for chairs and an umbrella. there is a great coffee shop a couple of blocks away and you can walk into the party district without being in it.

This place is a gem, it has everything no complaints, you don't have to go out to anything… and if you require something, there is an Oxxo, a plaza and a super market very close by. I would definitely go back to this place, it is guarantee of everything, place, area, view, security, amenities, real is a 10/10 every time I return to Acapulco diamante, it would certainly be in this depto. It's all worth it.

The super well, we left with my little daughter (4) and her grandparents and we all had an amazing time. The jewel is all the amenities, there are many swimming pools, play areas for kids and the beach touched us very quiet. Obviously Acapulco is still in the process of getting up because of last year's hurricane but, outside of a couple of missing panels and only serving an elevator, we had no problems. My daughter really enjoyed the trip. We would come back happily!

The incredible apartment, just as seen in the photos. The residential has all the amenities open and the restaurant there saves you. No need to leave. For the children it was amazing the stay. We loved the apartment ya q has all the amenities, like hot water, all the cooking utensils, the place is spacious and each bedroom with its full bathroom plus a half bathroom in the corridor and something I loved is q they have several chairs, table and a beach umbrella that are available and the beach is a block away that you have to chebrodear but it is literally close and also very few streets from 5th avenue. And they are very accessible with entry or departure times if you so require

The apartment is beautiful. You can see that it was completely remodeled, leaving it impeccable and with all the comforts to spend a few incredible days. Fer's communication was always constant, friendly and very clear. The air conditioner in the living room cools so well that at night we never turned on the air conditioners in the bedrooms and we slept wonderfully. I went with small children and older adults, and absolutely everyone was happy. There are so many things to do. Note: on the last day, we had complications with the people from La Isla, who were not connected to the apartment, and they were very, very rude. However, Fer rose to the occasion and was in constant communication to help us. I applaud the willingness and desire to make this destination a success. We will 100% return, and I 100% recommend this apartment. We are all Acapulco!!

The apartment is amazing, just like the photos, clean, has the necessary things for your stay, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all have a bathroom and TV, the shower in the main room did not reach hot water, instead the other two did. The only drawback we found was the facilities in general, since most continue to be repaired, the apartment is on the 8th floor and the elevator several times was out of service to take into account if they go with an older adult, however all the staff are willing to help you with whatever you need, they are all very friendly. Fernanda was attentive all the time and was always very attentive, we would definitely come back!

Everything was excellent. At first it was a little difficult to communicate by cell phone, but then everything flowed very well. The condominium is in excellent condition, it is obvious that by the hurricane there are areas that are affected. But the pool and amenities work well. The Club restaurant I feel like you can do a little more. We had breakfast one day no more because the cafe was the machine but supermarket (Nescafe) and it's not the same. And what we ate was not bad but during the Tianguis they were able to offer a little bit better. Since it was the only food we made up to date. But the attention of the staff who work in the condominiums was excellent. Very kind and polite people, they always greeted. Despite what happened and they are going through. Thank you

We loved everything about our stay at Fernanda's. She is very quick to respond and Abraham and Iris were extremely helpful. It is a beautiful, airy, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment. Located in a quiet area, which we liked, and very close to the Beach. Loved every minute of our stay.
