The property is located in one of the best areas of Acapulco, known for its convenient location, services, security, and activities for all ages. The airport is approximately five minutes away by car. The complex has 24-hour security to help ensure a safe stay.

Guest Access

Guests can use the complex’s amenities at no additional cost, including all five swimming pools.

The complex also has a restaurant offering affordable meals throughout the day. If you prefer to cook, the apartment includes everything needed for meal preparation, and a supermarket is located very close to the residential complex.

Parking is available for two vehicles.

Spa services and massages are available for an additional fee, with affordable prices.

Important Information

• Wristbands provided at check-in must be returned at check-out. A replacement fee of MXN $500 applies for each missing wristband.
• If the consumption card is lost, report it immediately to prevent unauthorized use. A replacement fee of MXN $500 applies.
• Refunds of deposits or remaining balances on consumption cards are available only between 9:15 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
• If an apartment key is lost, the guest is responsible for any locksmith expenses, subject to locksmith availability. A fee of MXN $500 applies for each lost key.
• Late check-out incurs a fee of MXN $300 for every additional 30 minutes after the scheduled check-out time.
• Upon arrival, the resort requires a cash deposit of MXN $5,000 from each guest to cover potential damage to common areas. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay.
• Because the residential complex is secure and exclusive, guests receive wristbands upon arrival to access the amenities.
• Guests also receive a rechargeable consumption card for convenient purchases during their stay.
