A highly recommended place in Nosara to go with family or friends. The facilities are amazing, but what we appreciate the most was the service we received. Both Kendra and the girl who works with her were extremely kind and were always attentive to us. We had a small problem and the response from both was immediate, responsible and with incredible ethics. You can tell when a host really cares about their guests having a good experience. đ

I canât say enough good about our stay at Kendraâs place. The views from the balcony are stunning, and only get better throughout the day into sunset. The beds were sooooo comfortable and everything was exactly as depicted in the photos. You are in the rainforest, and some of the home is open so beware you might find some sticky geckos on the ceiling or other little friends but they really werenât a bother for us đ Kendra was so helpful both before and during our trip, even texting us to let us know about the arribada (sea turtle nesting) and hook us up with someone who could take us to see them the next day. Her recommendations were all fantastic, and she was so responsive when we had questions throughout our trip. We canât wait to come back for another visit to Nosara (canât say enough about the town, shopping, beaches, and yoga!) and for a stay at Kendraâs place. 5/5 stars âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸

Kendraâs house is a lovely private spot tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with great sea and sunset views. It has a beautiful pool area and plenty of space - all the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and thereâs plenty of indoor and outdoor communal space.

This Airbnb felt like our private mini boutique hotel. The pool area is magnificent and very well equipped. The sunset ocean view is spectacular. The beds are very comfortable. One of the charms of this place is the openness which means you have to be prepared for all the animals. Birds flew in the kitchen and lots of critters around at night. That took us a bit of getting used to, but we came to embrace all of the beautiful jungle animals and deal with the ones that ended up in our rooms:) We only gave 4 stars because we lost the water on our last night there and it wasn't resolved before we left. This was out of the host's control. It was an unfortunate way to leave, but these things happen. Overall, Kendra was responsive and was committed to ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Her staff is extraordinary. Very kind and attentive to anything you need. This house is perfect for groups or families. Very safe neighbourhood.

We so appreciate Paulaâs feedback. It is fair for a group like hers who are exacting. Paula and her group arrived in the âshoulderâ season when the entire town is readjusting from the reality of the major challenges of heavy rains. They rented a house that half the price and we extended the option to upgrade. Paulaâs group were unaccustomed to the reality of the destination they chose to visit. We absolutely did experience a problem with the water the last night associated with the access from the local utility. We brought additional water and understand it was an inconvenience but not one we can necessarily overcome even with back/up tanks . We have other available properties in Papagayo at the Waldorf, etc and encourage anyone who wants a guaranteed US/CADexperinece to review those spaces. Nosara is luxurious and magical but it is remote. Best tailored for athletes and those who want a more âauthenticâ exerinece

What a special place! The architecture is just stunning. The view of the ocean and mountains is lovely! The top floor is such a nice space with all the doors open. We had a group of monkeys hang out in a tree for a long time close to the house. Loved the location, but you will need a golf cart or something to get around. Would absolutely stay here again! The pool was amazing and a great design. The beds are super comfy! Great time all around. Couldn't be happier!

Nosara and Kendra's home were both amazing. Kendra was so responsive and helpful in planning our trip! The pictures don't do this house justice! The views are incredible, the house is clean, beds are cozy, pool is the perfect temperature and the neighborhood is gorgeous. I hope to return in the future. Don't think twice about booking this beautiful home. Pura Vida

Kendraâs place is great. Amazing ocean views, pool, and a wonderful house in the middle of the beautiful Costa Rican jungle. Nosara and the surrounding areas are amazing!

This was our second stay at Kendra's house, and we loved it as much as our first visit. The house is truly spectacular, and the view is breathtaking, especially at sunset! The house is as pictured with all the amenities as described. We have stayed in many Airbnb's around the world, and this is still one of our favorite and most memorable.

This is my second time to stay at Kendraâs beautiful house. The house is amazing! My favorite thing about the house is how itâs nestled up in the hills with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean and the mountain side, yet still only being a five minute drive to the beach. Kendra is an amazing host that is very responsive. She has a wonderful staff that will be there to assist with any question or need as soon as it comes up. I canât suggest staying at one of Kendraâs properties enough. You wonât be disappointed!

Stunning home in Las Huacas. We had a great experience and appreciated having a sanctuary within a sanctuary. Gorgeous sunset view, beautiful landscape and lots of wildlife. And truly beautiful home, with a great pool to escape the heat and relax.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! Perfect location, views for days, and everything was very clean and well appointed. Ydelsis and Diego were very kind and helpful, and communication with Kendra was top notch. We did have a little issue with water, but it was addressed appropriately. I would definitely recommend the Atrium House for your next trip to Nosara!

Worst Airbnb I have ever encountered. There was a camera in the pool area which Airbnb was notified of and said was not allowed. One bedroom door was kicked in, another you couldnât open, two rooms had cigarette smoke smell, furniture was old and stained, mold and mildew stains on walls, the house was used and abused and pictures a very misleading. Do yourself a favor and do not book this house. It should be removed from Airbnb until it is updated and properly cleaned. Iâm still waiting on Airbnb to address these issues.

Of the hundreds of guests weâve hosted this was singularly the worst. This guest was looking to stay at a luxury property for next to free from the beginning of the experinece. When we would not allow him to abuse our staff and space and he tried an unsuccessful campaign to extort a refund through Airbnb. We take our guest feedback very seriously assuming that I comes from an honest place. This was not an honest guest but basically a couch surfer looking to freeload off the Airbnb platform. I will not give his unfounded criticisms the dignity of a response they donât deserve.
