I want to give a big shout out to our host Hugo he was such an amazing person. He met us at the house to help us get settled and to make sure everything was in order for use. He made us feel like home and made the experience for us 10x better. I recommend booking with them if you want to have an experience to remember.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Ted and Clemens’ place! We visited for a bachelorette trip, and they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. We rented two villas, and the easy access between them was perfect, plus having two pools felt like such a luxury. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made getting ready so much easier for our group, which we really appreciated. Anytime we had questions or needed anything, the team was incredibly responsive and quick to help. They also shared great local recommendations and even helped arrange a reliable driver for us during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tulum. Highly recommend!

We really appreciated Clem and the concierge team for our villas. They were very responsive and knowledgeable about things in the area. They were very helpful with coordinating transportation and other supported services we used (e.g., salsa lesson, masseuses, photographer, chef, tours). Everyone they recommended was amazing!

Wow 🤩 I must say, that our stay was nothing short of amazing all thanks to Clem and her wonderful team. Everything was handled with care during our stay. She was attentive and such a great help with setting up all of our arrangements. The house was clean and spacious. We had a small maintenance issue and the team had it fixed immediately. The local stores were a short walk away from the house and other great places were within a short drive. We would def stay here again. Thanks!

Good communication, the villa was in good condition, in general everything was very comfortable, maybe the only thing I suggest is that the pool is warmer, there are few hours that the sun shines towards the pool and for this reason entering without sun is cold.

Very good place to stay with big kids and car

The Airbnb is nice! The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom, plus 2 additional bathrooms for the common areas, and two pools is enough to want to book. Additionally the Airbnb is in a secure, gated community, in a good location (10 min walk to town and a 20 min drive to the beach). But the icing on the cake is how accommodating the host/cohosts are. They made sure all our transportation needs were taken care of. Always responsive, and even greeted us upon arrival to ensure a smooth and easy check in. If you have a large group and don’t wanna stay on a resort/hotel. This is definitely the Airbnb you need to book. You’ll have the best home in Tulum!

The units were perfect for our group and our stay. Very convenient location to stores, restaurant and tourist activities. The units were clean adn very well appointed. Clem was so responsive and sent us suggested activites on the day it rained. I would have loved to stay another few days. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulum.

Had a phenomenal stay at Ted's place for my sister's bachelorette. It accommodated all of the girls nicely and was very clean and cozy.
