The Space

Villa Tica is located approximately a 10-minute walk from Tulum Town Center, in a green area near the famous ruins in the jungle. The beach is also nearby.

The villa is part of the MUN Tulum condominium, the only project in the green jungle area of Tulum. The condominium offers 24-hour security and a variety of shared amenities, including a gym, cinema, Jacuzzi, bar, and yoga area.

The villa features three bedrooms with king-size beds. One king-size bed can be separated into two individual beds upon request.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom:

• Three bedrooms and three bathrooms are located upstairs.
• An additional full bathroom is located on the ground floor beside the dining room.

High-speed fiber-optic internet is available throughout the property. All three bedrooms and the living room include smart televisions.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire three-bedroom house, including the private garden, swimming pool, and wooden terrace.

Important Information

Water shortages and power outages are not uncommon in Tulum at this time. Every effort is made to keep guests comfortable when these situations occur, but guests should be aware of the possibility in advance.
