A very quiet place, very friendly host, clean house

Great place to stay! Hosts were very responsive and we loved Doña. Everything was very clean, the sunsets are beautiful, and close to town (but not so close that there's traffic). Overall one of my favorite Airbnb experiences!

Excellent place

We had a wonderful time! The home was perfect for our time in Costa Rica. The views were gorgeous and the beach was pristine and right outside. We were very grateful to have air conditioning!

Photos did t do it justice, close to local restaurants, steps to the beach! Felt like we had hit the jackpot with this house! More space than we needed and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook!

We had a wonderful stay. The beach is steps away from the back door. We ate breakfast every morning looking out at the ocean.

Nothing can beat this view. Amazing being able to sit outside and enjoy your coffee while hearing the crash of the waves. But also sitting just outside the house and watching the sunset every night. Fantastic experience - and a huge bonus is that I got engaged while staying here. That sunset is one I’ll never forget.

Cute little house right on the beach! Perfect location. Strong WiFi and great AC. Comfortable beds and had chairs available for the beach. The woman that lives next door in the little casita on their property is very nice. Carlos was helpful in bringing us a grill when we wanted to cook up some fish.

The house is right on the beach, the sunset view is fantastic! The equipment is good, the beds comfortable and the rooms large and airy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good place to stay in San Isidro, if you have a car. Secure and private parking. The parking unit has two levels and is well equipped for an independent stay.

The stay was excellent. The house is as described, and has all the necessary things. There's plenty of room to leave the vehicle safely, so there's nothing to worry about. In addition, the neighborhood is very safe and quiet, there is no noise around and you can go for a walk safely. And you have Walmart at your disposal, which is 4 minutes away (or even less)

Thanks to the hosts for hosting us, they were kind, and always responded quickly. Definitely a great option to stay in Perez Zeledón. In addition, it has the place, ample parking space and amenities in the house.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. It is very clean and has enough space. The location has easy access to the Club area and the beach. The location is safe and easy access. The only suggestion is that it was difficult to find and the how to get there information is not accurate. It is located inside the Las lapas residential area and it is not named anywhere in the app. Other than that the owner and staff are very responsive and attentive.

We loved staying at this property. It was just what we were looking for. Being able to get up and have the sound of the sea just a few steps away was wonderful. In addition to being very central to downtown Samara and Carrillo.

A beautiful place to go to rest and spend a quiet vacation. The house is very clean, private, with everything you need. As for the beach, it's wonderful, lots of marine life, corals, conches, crabs, a very nice beach! Anyway, it was an excellent decision, I recommend it 100% there is no doubt that we will return in the very near future!! Thank you

A spacious house ideal for a family or friends. I went only one night with my husband, but we enjoyed getting up in silence and walking in the morning along the beach to the Downtown Samara. The house is very clean and with everything you need to be comfortable, air conditioning, TV, comfortable bathrooms and a large kitchen. It is important to consider having a vehicle as it is not close to downtown Samara. It's a place to rest.

The apartments are just as shown in the photos, the place is quiet, when the doors are closed you can't hear the noise from outside. Carlos and Sharon answer all questions and concerns pretty quickly. The only inconvenience was that with the address given by Google Maps, it made us enter a residential area next door. It was also difficult for us to enter the rooms, but it was quickly resolved. They had already warned us in the message. Yes, it should be improved that the back doors do not close, it is a place that looks quite safe but it would be better to fix them, we also found it strange that there were like two rooms upstairs and both were locked, we thought we were going to be able to sleep each in a bed and it was not so.

Loved this place and the beaches (one just out your backdoor, and another great one 6 min drive away) had some of the clearest water I've ever seen in my life. Don't forget your snorkel gear 🤿 Highly recommend.

The house was fantastic—just as described! It had a great location and excellent amenities. My only suggestion is for the host to stay updated on the latest "Club" policies so any additional costs don’t catch guests off guard. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The pool looked smaller in the pictures but was very spacious. Would definitely recommend!

A nice home in an excellent location. We really enjoyed walking over to the beach from the back porch. The sunsets were amazing!

The place is perfect for groups. You have two identical houses with an amazing pool to share. My only regret is not staying longer. My biggest recommendation is to rent a golf cart to make it easier to access everything there. It's worth it. The hosts were super friendly and helped us with everything!

First time my wife and I stayed here. Our son lives very close. This area is very clean and safe. It is close to bus route and a small store is a few minutes away. Area is quiet at night , with few barking dogs. We would stay again.

this air bnb was amazing, especially for the price with 6 people it felt very worth it- with direct beach access. you do need to grocery shop in town and get a taxi but that was no problem. there are mini supers 10 ish min walk away from the place too, but they’re not suitable for whole grocery shopping. it was so nice, clean, the hosts answered all of my questions quickly and helpfully and were very kind with bus complications, ect. it was beautiful and definitely worth it. we highly recommend

The place was as described. Communication is very good and timely. Consistent, modern furnishings. Access to a small garden, seating area, barbecue and pool. However, two parties (two house halves) share this back area (garden, barbecue, pool), which was great for us because we were a large group and could use the space well. We could walk to the beach or use a parking space via an extra fee.

Carlos and Sharon were always very proactive and communicative, and it was always very easy to contact them. The property is in a very private and quiet location, which is a plus for me. Finally, the property was in excellent condition, clean and tidy at check-in time and getting to it was very easy.

The administrators were very friendly, efficient and flexible. The property is beautiful and has everything for a great walk to the beach and super comfortable.

This Airbnb is the best thing a group can have that want to go to the beach and not handle much outside of San Jose. For families or group of tourists it is ideal, you will feel at home with all the amenities, equipped kitchen, amenities such as air conditioners and TVs in several areas. The pool and bbq area is what we use the most, super rich the pool and the super comfortable outdoor furniture for a good time between friends. We celebrated a birthday there and it was the best decision we could have made. Both hosts and owners are super friendly. The destination is unparalleled, so close to metropolitan area and Playa Blanca and Mantas are a paradise!

I want to recommend this beautiful property. They are two houses that share the social area with a beautiful pool and ranch. Each house accommodates 8 people, they all sleep in bed, something that I found great because in most lodges offer sofa bed which are not very comfortable and someone always has to sacrifice their comfort when they are many people. We were a group of 11 people and we split between the two houses. The property is totally new, luxury kitchen, with everything you need for cooking. The beds are comfy, nice duvets and pillows, everything smelled to rich, the bathrooms are a dream, they look like magazine. The decoration of the house is that we loved everything. Three family members came to visit and we couldn't choose a better house than this, their hosts are always willing to help. Just 10min walking this playa mantas, which is a complete beauty. We can't wait to stay there again. A real Jewel in the se Punta Leona area.
