Enjoy a well equipped home in a very secure area of Perez Zeledon, near the Ruta Interamericana. It's a great place to spend time in the area, ensuring a good quality stay, very friendly local cohosts will attend in the key exchange, while experienced hosts will be a message away to take care of any guest needs. The house has good fans in all areas which is important, good parking spots, a nice balcony with rocking chairs and a view of mountains to relax and enjoy! The space The house is within a property with other 2 apartments, only the main gate and parking area are shared with other tenants. House is completely private for our guest enjoyment. Other things to note The house is on a property with two other apartments. The house is private. The parking space and entrance are common areas with two other apartments.

La estadía fue excelente. La casa es tal y como la describen, y cuenta con todas las cosas necesarias. Hay buen espacio para dejar el vehículo y de forma segura, no hay de que preocuparse. Además el barrio es muy seguro y tranquilo, no hay ruido alrededor y puedes salir a caminar de forma segura. Y tienes a disposición el Walmart, que queda a 4 minutos (O incluso menos)

Gracias a los hosts por hospedarnos, fueron amables, y respondieron siempre rápido. Definitivamente una excelente opción para quedarse en Perez Zeledón. Además, tiene el lugar, amplio espacio de parqueo y comodidades en la casa.

Although we had some issues, I am sure the owners will take measures to be sure the next guests will not have the same problems as we did. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

First time my wife and I stayed here. Our son lives very close. This area is very clean and safe. It is close to bus route and a small store is a few minutes away. Area is quiet at night , with few barking dogs. We would stay again.

Carlos y Sharon siempre fueron muy proactivos y comunicativos y siempre fue muy sencillo contactarme con ellos. La propiedad se encuentra en un lugar muy privado y silencioso lo cual para mí es un plus. Finalmente, la propiedad de encontraba en óptimas condiciones, limpia y ordenada a la hora de llegada y llegar a ella fue muy sencillo.
