The 2 apartments we rented were well maintained and the whole apartment complex looks modern and clean. The location is not beach front, but it has the benefit of being well located in an area where you can find restaurants and all kinds of fun. The pool is not huge, but there was never a crowd swimming there, so it felt very private and with nice vegetations around that made it feel natural. Yogev and Walter were great hosts and helped with everything that we needed. Having a laundry service was very convenient and reasonably priced, we also had towels replaced a few times and one cleaning during our stay, so we always had what we needed. I would definitely come back with my family.

had an excellent time renting two units from Yogev. the place was as described, clean and secure. ideal location just a few minutes from 5th Ave and the beach. great coffee and a 711 right around the corner. locked gate is staffed around the clock. would not hesitate to stay here again!

Clean and spacious. We had small kids, so the penthouse was a little "dangerous" with exposed stairs and a reachable breakable decor, but nothing that parents couldn't' handle. The location is great, short walk away from main turistic attractions. The front security was always nice and personable. Check-in instructions were clear and had no issues coming in or out. Would stay again!

Loved this place. Apartments were clean and location was my favorite. Within walking distance of everything. I had a small issue with one of the apartments. And host was quickly responsive and moved us to another unit. Would definitely come back.

Yogev and Alex were amazing hosts and we loved their place. Right next to 5th Ave. Definitely recommend.

Jonathan was an amazing concierge! He checked us in quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. He even suggested some great taco places! The place was just like its pictures, clean and tidy. Would definitely go back again.

Great location! Both the apartment and penthouse were very nice and there was plenty of room for our group of 8 to hang in the penthouse living area and rooftop. Everything was very clean and stocked with plenty of filtered water. The location was right near the main drag but far enough away that it wasn't loud. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing location right by 5th Avenue bars and restaurants, while being a couple blocks away to avoid noise. It's a nice brisk walk to multiple nearby beaches. The unit itself was clean and easily accessible, and the front gate with a guard made it feel more safe. Only downside is that the pool was a little murky, but I know that's out of control of the hosts.
