The 2 apartments we rented were well maintained and the whole apartment complex looks modern and clean. The location is not beach front, but it has the benefit of being well located in an area where you can find restaurants and all kinds of fun. The pool is not huge, but there was never a crowd swimming there, so it felt very private and with nice vegetations around that made it feel natural. Yogev and Walter were great hosts and helped with everything that we needed. Having a laundry service was very convenient and reasonably priced, we also had towels replaced a few times and one cleaning during our stay, so we always had what we needed. I would definitely come back with my family.

had an excellent time renting two units from Yogev. the place was as described, clean and secure. ideal location just a few minutes from 5th Ave and the beach. great coffee and a 711 right around the corner. locked gate is staffed around the clock. would not hesitate to stay here again!

Clean and spacious. We had small kids, so the penthouse was a little "dangerous" with exposed stairs and a reachable breakable decor, but nothing that parents couldn't' handle. The location is great, short walk away from main turistic attractions. The front security was always nice and personable. Check-in instructions were clear and had no issues coming in or out. Would stay again!

Loved this place. Apartments were clean and location was my favorite. Within walking distance of everything. I had a small issue with one of the apartments. And host was quickly responsive and moved us to another unit. Would definitely come back.

Yogev and Alex were amazing hosts and we loved their place. Right next to 5th Ave. Definitely recommend.

Jonathan was an amazing concierge! He checked us in quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. He even suggested some great taco places! The place was just like its pictures, clean and tidy. Would definitely go back again.

Great location! Both the apartment and penthouse were very nice and there was plenty of room for our group of 8 to hang in the penthouse living area and rooftop. Everything was very clean and stocked with plenty of filtered water. The location was right near the main drag but far enough away that it wasn't loud. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing location right by 5th Avenue bars and restaurants, while being a couple blocks away to avoid noise. It's a nice brisk walk to multiple nearby beaches. The unit itself was clean and easily accessible, and the front gate with a guard made it feel more safe. Only downside is that the pool was a little murky, but I know that's out of control of the hosts.

Very good location and excellent service

Came here for my bachelorette and it exceeded our expectations! Clean, PRIME location, felt safe, and enough space for 15 girls in both the penthouse and apartment. Late at night we walked around and it felt safe. Yogev was always quick to respond and catered to our needs - even the smallest favor him and his team were helpful and so incredibly nice!! We never used to a taxi to go anywhere locally as everything was within walking distances - beach, restaurants, clubs, coffee shops, etc. Truly had the best time and beds were comfortable and the patio deck in the penthouse was stunning! Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone with a big party or family. Could not have asked for anything better! Thank you Yogev!!

Excellent!

The apartments are well located, super near to the 5th Avenue. Yogev was always very clear and responsive. The only thing is that the place doesn’t count with any washing/dryer machine. However, the staff offers the washing service, and they bring them back clean and dry. Bathroom needs a bit of renovation.

I absolutely recommend this place. It is well run, well equipped, comfortable and very central. All amenities are in walking distance. Yogev is a great, attentive host. The condo exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic location..just a few blocks from Quinta Avenida and Walmarte and Mega. Owner was very quick to respond and take care of any small issues that came up. Would stay here again!

Everything is great

Overall great experience! The host was so attentive from start to end. Check In/Out was made easy. The condo was spacious, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. We were a few minutes away from La Quinta (walking), which was very convenient too. I will definitely look into staying here the next time I visit.

The location is excellent if you want to be close to Quinta Avenida but in a quiet and safe environment. Yogev was very attentive and was always attentive to our needs. The apartment is very, very spacious, much more than what you can see in the photos, and you are literally 10 steps from the pool. It will definitely be our next Airbnb when we return to Playa del Carmen. Excellent for families 😀

Great host! Great place!

The two apartments are very comfortable to travel as a group. One is on the ground floor and the PH on the third floor. The cleanliness is very good and there is a guard at the entrance all the time.

Our host, Yogev, helped us in every way. The apartment is located very well within Metropolitan Carmen.

This was a great place to stay and it was right in the middle of Playa Del Carmen! We were walking distance to everything we could possibly need. It was great having a grocery store a block away. My family, along with my sisters family, rented two condos with Yogev. Both were great for a large group- very spacious and super clean. They were quick to respond to our questions and any needs we had. I’d surely stay there again.

We like a lot the place is big enough for a big family and with enough privacy since it has 3 private rooms and bathrooms, the balcony is perfect but it needs some extra chairs. We love the location is close to everything, there is a great coffee shop just across the street and you are in the middle of everything but without the noise, perfect place we enjoyed it a lot!! The place is very nice, with a pool and terrace. Walk to the fifth and many restaurants. The host was always super attentive to us. I highly recommend it, I would have liked to stay longer!

Yogev’s place is just as described in the pictures. This is a great place for big groups! It was perfect for our stay of 4 adults & 3 children. The apartment complex is quiet overall both during the day & night. His place is located near various grocery places about a 5min walk & about an 8min walk to 5ta Avenida. If you also want to have your laundry done, there are two laundry mats nearby and are very reasonable. Yogev was very responsive to all my questions pre-reservation and during our stay. He greeted us at checkin and provided an overview of the place. He also provided me with a pack-n-play, which was a big plus to our stay. I would defiantly stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to enjoy time in Playa!

Best place to stay for big families. The apartment has 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an awesome wifi network. The location is close to everything, there are two big supermarkets two blocks away and taco restaurants around the corner. 5th ave and beach are 5 minutes away walking. The condo is very quiet and safe. We will definitely go back.

Excellent place!! Just like the pictures, it is very big, clean and has everything that you could need for your trip. The Location is perfect very close to shops and a big variety of restaurants and bars. The beach is also blocks away. Communication with Yogev was great, and check in/out was exceptionally very easy and fast. Very recommended!!

Our stay at Yogev’s place was great. Everything was easy and straight forward - both the check-in process and communication in general. Yogev replies quickly and answered any questions we had. The space itself is fantastic. It’s spacious and clean. As well, the location is in a great area of Playa del Carmen. It’s near many restaurants and shops, with busy 5th ave only a few blocks away. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment is located a few blocks from 5th Avenue. The area is quiet and safe. The apartment is beautiful, it has air conditioners in the 3 rooms and also in the living room. Everything was as noted. It has hot water. Very good place for groups or families.

Great apartment for family of 6 and 2 toddlers. Fits even more people. Yogev was kind enough to have a high chair and pack n play available for one of the babies. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very comfortable for a large family. All appliances, electronics A/C and warm water worked perfectly. Just a short walk a couple of blocks from 5ta ave, very good location. The neighbors were very friendly too. We took 2 cars and were lucky enough to rent an available additional space at the building. There's safes to keep your important belongings. The apartment is really as pictured. Everything in place. Yogev was very attentive to everything and responded very quickly. Overall a great stay!

Apartment was very spacious for our family. The host was very nice he was able to help us with any problems we had. The area was very close to food and other great places.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need… safe toilet paper, broom, mop and all kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Each room has its private bathroom. one of the bathrooms has 2 doors to avoid having to enter the room. 24 hour security and the guards are very friendly. Yogev, the host, is super accessible, we communicate by phone, text or whatsap and he answers very quickly. I would stay again. ha! I discovered the last day that I had the fifth avenue one block away 🙄 we used to go by car 7 to minutes to 5th Avenue close to port to Cozumel…. I didn’t know 5th is very long and the other end is close to the apartment . Good food in restaurant across the street.

this a very conveniently located place a great pool. close to everything you can walk to great communication from the gist.

Very good stay, we were on a family trip, we were 9 and we were all very comfortable in the rooms. It is in a good place, we were walking to Fifth Avenue, there is a supermarket two blocks away, and good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner very close by. The apartment has a parking for only one car, we rented two cars but the one at the entrance rented us a space there for $50 pesos a day, very friendly security.

Yogev is an outstanding host. He was always there addressing every need we had. Singlehandedly solving every issue or request as it came in.

A couple days before arrival we had to switch apartments for to an electrical issue but everything turned out great and we really liked this apartment. Nice and big, AC was sufficient, pool was really great, and the communication with Yogev was fantastic. No washer and dryer but they use a service that does it for you for free, pretty great. Highly recommend

Yogev was an excellent host, and was always available to respond to any need we got. We were 4 people and we got the place very comfortable and clean, with great location (walkable to all the interesting places in downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle), and it was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Yogev and this apartment for anyone who wants to visit Playa del Carmen in a comfortable and accessible way.
