Please note there is no elevator in the building. Access to the penthouse requires climbing stairs, and parking is underground.

For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity is not included and is charged at 3.5 Mexican pesos per kilowatt.

Guest Access

Both units are exclusively yours during your stay. The complex is monitored with CCTV in common areas and has 24-hour security.

Parking includes two free underground spots with a maximum height clearance of 2.20 meters. If your vehicle exceeds this height, you have two alternatives:

• Street parking nearby with a charge of 12 pesos per hour (parking meters operate from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; parking is free from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.)
• Public parking at 200 pesos per day or 15 pesos per hour (or fraction thereof)

Situated in downtown Playa del Carmen, the property is conveniently close to the beach and the vibrant 5th Avenue, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities.
