You cannot beat the location! It is very walkable to the beach and to lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do. The amenities are very nice and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The host was responsive to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here to enjoy Play Del Carmen!

Everything's good, our host Marcello's 10/10 service we couldn't use the jacuzzi due to a leak, but being my birthday they made up for it with a detail. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment, super close to the beach and 5th avenue.

The photos match the place, the facilities are nice and comfortable, all the amenities they offer are available, everything is clean and functional, the host is always attentive and responds quickly, in addition to being very friendly, patient and resolution. Give good suggestions and their instructions are clear. The ufff! location is also one 💯block from the literal sea and there are shops and restaurants around super delicious. Safe area, there are always patrols around and police on foot that are sheltering in the surroundings. The price is according to the features of the place and the location is totally worth it, you will not regret choosing this accommodation. If I stay with Alejandra again (Marcelo was the person who helped us from beginning to end! super friendly always :D)

We had a great stay at Ale's place. Perfect location, many things to do nearby. The host was quick to respond and the check-in process was very smooth.

You can't get any better than this when it comes to location! you're walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. the building is quiet, the reception is kind and the amenities are well-kept. The condo is clean and has all that you need to have a good trip! highly recommend for visitors to Playa.

Marcelo was an excellent host, he supported us at all times, from the friendly welcome to our departure. He makes your stay comfortable. The apartment met our expectations and even though we never repeat the place, it is undoubtedly an excellent place to stay.

The apartment is very well located two blocks from the beach, it is quite spacious, clean, quiet and safe. It is in an area of very nice restaurants and bars. The host was always very kind and provided us with everything we needed for an excellent stay.

Perfecto location. Right in the heart of 5th&38th. 7/11 at doorstep, few blocks down from all of the food places - VAGABUNDA, chez, famous breakfast place. It’s about 12-15 min walk to Coco bongo, 5 mins to the REEF ROOFTOP, 7 mins to Coralina, Martina and mamitas beach is right behind - cannot go wrong. Communication was on point!!!! Rolls were clean. Front desk peeps were very awesome as well

This place is awesome! Great location, beautiful apartment so close to the beach and good restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking gear except for spices. However, I wouldn’t recommend trying to use the hot tub on the balcony as it doesn’t get hot and our water was shut off because we used so much water to fill it. We got the water turned back on but I would recommend others avoid use. I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo for groups. It comes with 1 parking spot in a gated garage. Marcelo was super fast getting back to me and had great recommendations!

The place was immaculate, I stayed with 10 friends and we all had an unimaginable trip in the apartment. The location also contained wonderful things like a TV, jacuzzi, beach accessories, and an electric stove! Without realizing it, these things are what make the place worth it for it's great price.

I highly recommend the place. In terms of location it is very good since it is close to the beach and very close to the 5th avenue, nearby there are restaurants, seven eleven, pharmacies and also close to the beach. Communication is very attentive, they even supported us with a tour agency contact who gave us better prices. We were 8 friends, and we enjoyed many of the roofgarden.
