You cannot beat the location! It is very walkable to the beach and to lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do. The amenities are very nice and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The host was responsive to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend a stay here to enjoy Play Del Carmen!

Everything's good, our host Marcello's 10/10 service we couldn't use the jacuzzi due to a leak, but being my birthday they made up for it with a detail. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in the heart of playa del carmen. They were very easy to communicate with and the safety of this place was great. Awesome location and service, will definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very nice, in a central area with winged restaurants, also two minutes from the beach on foot and half a street from Fifth Av. communication was excellent, we were greeted upon very cordial arrival. The safety of the place is perfect. The pool is always warm and very enjoyable. The only problem we had is that the water machine couldn't work no matter how much they supported us to see what it had (very good communication) Unfortunately, the linens were stained with blood. As the only recommendation for the cleaner to pay more attention.
