We had a wonderful stay at this place. Very comfortable condo- lots of space and well stocked. Beautiful view. Pools were a little too cold to swim but we mostly swam at the beach so that was ok. The restaurant in the building was a great benefit. Close to a large supermarket as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The ocean view from the apartment is spectacular, the location is good and the spaces are very comfortable, in addition to the close attention from Salvador and his team.

The photos do not do this place justice! So absolutely stunning- the views, the patios, the kitchen, the bedroom details, all perfect. The rooftop pool is amazing, the kitchen is so well set up, and we could have spent months here! We felt so safe, and in such a good location. Close enough to the north end, but not directly in the chaos of it all. Easy driving to the south end, and all the amazing restaurants & beach clubs along the way. I felt like we won the jackpot! We will most definitely be staying here again & will recommend this place to everyone visiting Isla Mujeres!

I stayed in Salvador's place with my parents (in their 70's/80's), husband and 4 year old daughter. We very much enjoyed the location as we were close to a lot of things (walking distance to good restaurants, 15 minutes to the north beaches, and about the same to the south. It was really quiet for sleeping, there is a nice walking path across the street as well. Communication was good as well!

Location scenery was breathtaking. Every room in the condo was beautiful. Convenient bar/restaurant on the main floor was great when we had to stay in for a rainy day! The home was very organized and clean. Had games for the kids, the kitchen has everything you needed and more. Neighbors were never an issue. Everyone is very respectful! There’s an underground parking for your golf cart if you choose to rent. The complex is a 5 minute drive from the center. Would highly recommend.

We love that apartment complex, we love the location and the views from there. And that is far away from the noise of the downtown. I wish they provide more towels for a stay of a full week, you have one towel for the entire stay that’s it and no access to a washer and dryer. The master AC makes a lot of noise the others rooms are fantastic and quiet. But the apartment is beautiful and the view’s fantastic.

We would stay here again. The building is old but the penthouse is large and has amazing views from every room & the large rooftop deck. Bottled water in a dispenser. A lot of light bulbs were not working. There is a bedroom and bath on the lowest floor and the other 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathes are on the upper floor and there is a rooftop deck. The stairs have tight spirals and there is no handrail. There is a separate air conditioner in each bedroom. Cleaning service is provided at no extra charge, just leave a tip when the lady cleans. Request cleaning days when checking in. There is no washer & dryer in the unit. You have to use a small laundromat that is in a room next to the parking lot (not open 24 hrs). Tokens are sold at the small convenience store that is near the front gate. The onsite restaurant is good. Also, try the restaurant named 19.5. It is walkable. The Jungle Boat Tour with snorkeling is a must. Uber works well

Photos did not do justice to how beautiful this place was. So spacious for our family of 5. The beds were so comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay again if/when we ever return to Isla again for a visit.

very nice home, away from the north part of the island

We want to spend some days in the beautiful beach of Isla Mujeres and Salvadors place was the perfect place for our family. Everything is near the condo, the view is so beautiful and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant located in the same building. We can't wait to visit Salvadors place again. Very recommended 👌

The host was great, always quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment was nice, great views and a nice pool. A short walk to some restaurants and a 10 minute taxi downtown.

Our family loved staying at this beautiful, quiet apartment with impeccable views of the ocean. Salvador, the host, was exceptionally easy to communicate with, and very flexible with checking in as well as checking out. The rooftop pool was a hit with the kids and the apartment was clean and nice inside. The neighborhood was quiet and not very far away from downtown. We would definitely stay again!

Beutiful 3 bed, 3 bath accommodations! Kitchen was well stocked. We did have to go buy garabage bags (not sure if that is normal or not), but was not a big deal. We had two golf carts and only one parking wpot we could find. Was not a big deal until the last night, would have reahed out if it was a problem earlier in the stay. Elevator from parking area easily accesible. Overall a great experience.

It was a very nice place to live together

condo was just as pictured. was located middle of isla Mujeres so with golf cart we rent super easy to get anywhere quick. place very spacious. theres a nice grocery store close we hit up alot. place was very quiet. views also very nice from all rooms. the irish pub located in complex very good and handy to walk right downstairs to it. only thing we did have was one room ac wasnt working well...i did notified host had someone there right away and gave us a cleaning service 1 day which was super nice on our 10day stay. would rent again.

Highly recommend Salvador’s place. Lots of room and very clean with everything you need at hand. He is extremely responsive if you have any questions! We will be back!

A Magnificent experience, The whole Apart was Incredibly comfortable and well set, all bedrooms had nice views and very comfortable beds, the bathrooms really nice and everything worked perfectly, the kitchen is Incredible and has everything 3 swimming pools and great undreground parking, seriously we all recommend this Apart a lot like the best we saw in Isla Luis

I finally returned to Isla Mujeres after many years. The condo was located mid island which made it easy to navigate north or south. We were a ladies trip and we just loved Salvador& Tamara’s well appointed and safe condo! The attention to detail was evident throughout, and the condo was beautifully decorated in soothing ocean colors. We found the beds extremely comfortable too. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. Don’t miss the glorious sunrises from the balcony and sunsets from the rooftop! Any questions we had were answered promptly by these gracious hosts. An amazing place, all the rooms are big and very comfortable, the ocean views are amazing from the rooms, living room and dining room and even from the kitchen you can see the sea. The beds are luxurious and super comfortable, the building is very modern and has an elevator and underground parking, has 2 pools below and 1 large in the infinity style rooftop facing the sea. The kitchen is huge and very complete and has a large oven, coffee maker, microwave, blender and everything one might need. The living room is super comfortable and the dining room is very spacious. The dining room has 3 bathrooms and has a super spacious balcony. The rooftop is also amazing and has a 360 degree view where we could enjoy the sunset and an amazing view of the island. The building has a pub-like restaurant downstairs where we were able to have a few drinks and live with other tourists without needing to leave. It really is an amazing property and I highly recommend it

Salvador is a terrific host and his condo is pristine. We really enjoyed the beautiful penthouse and the location was superb. Super close to the airport and just a bus ride away from all the restaurants. He is excellent in his communication and does his very best to help his guest. Highly recommend this place!

This Penthouse is absolutely beautiful. It is even better than the photos. It was wonderful to have our own private terrace. We enjoyed coffee up there every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. The views from the master bedroom were probably the best in Cancun. We would definitely stay there again. The condos were clean and the pool was excellent. We enjoyed the food at the pool bar as well. We took a few trips via taxi but found the bus easy to use as well as cost effective. I rate this place a 5 and look forward to our net trip.

If I was to ever come back to Cancun I would stay here again. Great views from condo and terrace on top. We were able to take amazing sunset pictures from up there. House keeping was awesome and if we needed any maintenance done while we were there….. we didn’t have to wait long. This has nothing to do with the condo but I wouldn’t rent a car again because the shakedowns from the police are real and they target rentals. We were pulled over saying we were speeding when in fact we weren’t and they demanded we give them 200.00 to get our licenses back and with no record of the ticket…. Very corrupted.

We had a great time at Salvador's place in Cancun. The location is unbeatable and the views are simply amazing. This is the penthouse. The elevator only reaches your door with a special code. We would call this place a "diamond in the rough" because while the inside is super clean and definitely as advertised on airbnb, the exterior of the property needs a lot of work. But that did not affect our stay. Plus it was a gated community with a ton of very visible security guards. A few notes that could be helpful: Check in was very easy at the office. And yes they do require a $500 deposit to be refunded within 1-15 days after your stay. In looking at my credit card, the charge was on there but only ever stayed in "pending". Laundry is on site. 4 washers and 4 dryers. 2 of each were "out of service" so there was a long line. And the machines are very dated. I would not put anything in them that you value. You get tokens from the little store for about $2 each. I token per wash and 1 token per dry. While there is a tiny store on site, you can hop on one of the R1 or R2 buses (for 12 pesos per person) and get to any location along the hotel zone. We found a Soriana's in the Kalkulcan (spelling) shopping center a few miles from the unit that had everything we needed. You can pick up one of these buses just outside the security gate. Also in this shopping center is a bank with ATM's where you can get either dollars or pesos withdrawn. Covid testing centers: Also if you hop the bus, a few miles down near the "CANCUN" sign there is a covid testing center. And again just past that shopping center I previously mentioned (and near the fire station) is another testing center. $30 for antigen tests. $90 for PCR. The unit was very clean. They had maid service every day. She quite literally cleaned everything for 3 hours every day. Fresh towels and linens (including beach towels). Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was really wonderful! It was not busy the days we were there. I can imagine that during peak season it would be quite busy at the beach and pool. The pool does not receive full sun all day but it was still very nice. There is a restaurant on site which my in-laws said was very good. We were able to book wave runners and parasailing on the beach just in front of the condos. $80 per wave runner and $70 per person for parasailing. We were only about 15-20 minutes from the airport. I think it was a $30 taxi ride. The office made sure there was a taxi waiting for us as our flight was very early in the morning. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return. :):)

This will be long so highlight - Definitely book this place. The pictures don’t do it enough justice it is breathtaking. Seriously just do it!! You’ll be glad you did! The good: Everything in the place is beautiful. There is a dispenser with water provided, a giant fridge, beach towels, direct beach access, and seriously the place is just amazing!!! If you want a massage, as for Janet with Celia Spa. She is incredible and if you register her at the front desk she can come give you a massage at the penthouse. Her number is +52 998 229 8509 in case Airbnb hides it. It’s (529982298509). ninenineeighttwotwonineeightfivezeronine Things to know: Passing on the knowledge for others lol. The knob in the master shower, you need to press on the pill like object on the Knob and turn it left to get hot water. Two days of lukewarm showers before figuring it out! 😂😂 The hair dryer is in the closet behind the master bedroom door. Found this on my last day 😂 The trash can in the kitchen is to the right of the sink inside a cupboard. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom is not working. Salvador plans to fix it. The bus stops in front of the place and is the most efficient way to get around. Uber cannot pick up from the hotel. The WiFi is room specific. So make sure you connect to the one for your room. An extra trash can under the sink in the master bedroom would be helpful! The not so good: There is a 500 dollar refundable deposit at check in I was not happy about the jacuzzi not working but I took amazing baths in it so it’s fine. Lastly, this has nothing to do with Salvador. Just a heads up for others, the BSEA office charged my friend 65 dollars for a Covid test and the lab they used sent the result to the wrong email and then dropped off a physical copy when she was already on the plane. She had to take a new test at the airport. The BSEA people were helpful. They helped us get a refund. So it’s not Salvador or BSEA’s fault but in case you want to use them, maybe do I early enough to get the test before going to the airport. Or take the bus to hotel zone and there are mobile testing stands there that cost 30 or 90 depending on the test you want. Pretty sure the 65 we paid was for their 90 dollar version. Hope this was helpful to someone. Truly the best place and all the tours pick up from there.

This home is as amazing as it looks !! we wanted a quiet place away from the crowds and this was perfect. The local bus will pick you up right outside the gate for one American dollar and it will take you up and down the hotel zone .It was so easy to use . We will be using this home everytime we come back to cancun ❤ You are safe inside a gated area. There is a little laundromat at the bottom of the apartments , you get your coin for the washer and dryer machines for a dollar each at the little market right inside the gated area. There is a hot tub inside the main bedroom and on the roof . You also can use the condos pool and hot tub that connects with the airbnb. They have a resteraunt and even a place that you can sign up for activities. There are plenty of covid testing sites along the Hotel zone that are quick and handy for 30$ The condo will do the quick antagin test for 60$ . Our taxie ride back to the airport cost us only 25 american dollars from the Condo parking lot. The market was at the end of the hotel zone , just a easy bus ride away . Best place in cancun for a zen environment but just a short distance to party as much as you like .

The apartment was beautiful, the view was great but I have to say that the owner should slowly start renovating a lot of things because a lot of things look worn out but on the whole everything was great☺️

We stayed at the place with 2 kids for a week, the place is amazing, views are spectacular, great location, very friendly people around. Pool and beach are not crowded, good food in the near pool restaurant. Apartment has very comfortable beds and showers. Beautiful huge balcony on the top floor of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was beyond beautiful!!! The security was a little strict. We had issues getting our chef and drivers in but that made me feel safe. Just make sure to have the names of guest listed upfront to avoid delays. Other than that this place is amazing! Better and bigger than I expected. I didn’t want to leave. I could have stayed in the condo the whole trip. I will definitely book again if I’m back in Cancun.

a beautiful penthouse. world class view. So much light. the apartment had amazing energy. a beautiful roof top patio with 360 deg water views. I would definitely book again and would recommend it. the Wifi is weak and should be updated but I have found that is an issue on a national level, so it is not a problem unique to this apartment. We especially loved lovely housekeeper, Irma who looked after us during our stay. overall a great experience

This must be the best penthouse in the hotel zone of Cancun. The views of the ocean from the master suite were absolutely stunning, truly unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I was pleased to find features and details which added to the luxury experience—6 shower heads in the master bath, a huge jacuzzi tub inside the master suite, a king size bed that felt like a cloud. The rooftop gave great views as well. The common areas were set up perfectly for our group of 5 to hang out and socialize with much space. There were just a few areas for improvement but nothing that significantly detracted from the experience. It would be a dream to stay here again!

The Cancun Plaza staff were amazing. The pictures don't do this place justice, the view is BREATHTAKING from the master bedroom! Each room has it's own special view, really. The interior design is gorgeous, I've never stayed in such a beautiful place on the beach! The lighting and set up has such a cozy and romantic ambiance! Even better, the view from the rooftop -Jacuzzi and bar are stunning, You can see the lagoon as well as the strip, perfectly! All of the amenities are there as promised and functioning. Wifi worked great for us. The price is very fair for this level of accommodation. The towels and linens are changed daily, don't forget to tip! The grounds are well kept, the hotel is safe, the pent house is luxurious. The beach is clean and most beautiful. Beach goers, the bar on site is perfect. They open at 7, they close at 9 - bring cash! Same for the market downstairs, which is great so nearby! The lobby is 24 hours and Tamy is responsive to anything and everything you need. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the airport and close enough to the strip so that you can take a taxi with a reasonable fair ANYWHERE. Tours are also offered on site and the staff is great! I highly recommend a stay here, it's a once in a lifetime experience! We will be back for our next visit. Thank you so much Salvatore!!!
