I feel at home. The apartment exceeded my expectations. Clean, cozy, with a lot of attention to detail inside and a well‑stocked kitchen. It is in an area near the airport and at the same time at an intermediate point to points of interest, including restaurants. It will be at the top of my list for my next trips.

A well-deserved 5 stars. The security staff are the best people. The apartment is very well equipped, in a good location, and very quiet. The artwork on the wallpaper and the towels are lovely. A great touch is that the parking space is on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good apartment, I stayed a week for work and it was very comfortable.

Everything is very good and the teas that he leaves are a plus of variety, only the chamomile tea was missing to have all of them 🤣

The condo it self is excellent, the bed is very comfortable and it has a washer and a dryer which was nice. The gym is decent. The security is extremely vigilant so ordering Ubers and food delivery at times was challenging. The area is not overly exciting but there is a convenience store nearby which was nice. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it.

The truth is, it's one of the preferred apartments. You won't be disappointed. Always kept clean and organized. Besides being safe, it's quiet. I like it a lot.

We had a great stay better than staying at a hotel. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Very nice place gated security there's a small mini market going up the hill outside the building. The towels smelled great which was great I find that to be an issue at other airbnbs stays. A/C in room a plus

It is surrounded by mountains and the local surroundings are so peaceful and this condominium is just at the end of the street and it’s kind of private. The amenities in this condominium are amazing and also the rooftop views are just crazy. I really enjoyed the place and would love to come back sometime in the future.

Fabricio is the professional when it comes to Airbnb. Although there are other Airbnb units in his building I always go with Fabricio because I know I can trust on the quality, cleanliness, amenities and comfort. Really nice location and apartment building. Safe, cozy, clean, queit. Has everything you would need. Parking spot included. Small supermarket and restaurants just outside the complex. Gym and pool. Couldn't really ask for much more. Definitely would recommend. Fabricio was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

My stay in the apartment was for work , the truth is very quiet the condominium, very nice and equipped . In my rest times I manage to rest very well . The only drawback is q sometimes you hear a noise that comes from the pile room, but I think it must be that it is generated when the apartment above has in use the washing center.

As I always feel at home, everything is very clean, very safe and Fabricio is always very friendly when something is needed.

An incredibly beautiful modern apartment complex. Well worth the price. Fabricio was very responsive in his communication. Had a couple issue with some insects (to be expected in a tropical climate), but Fabricio responded right away and provided bug spray. I still can’t believe all that was included for the price. If I were to visit San Jose in the future, I would definitely come back.

Apartment has everything needed for a trip . Fabricio is a very responsive host and makes sure you have a great trip. Very proactive.

We only stayed here for one night but from what we saw and experienced, this place was perfect! Close enough to the airport, yet far enough from the busy downtown. It had a few places to eat right outside the complex, as well as a mini mart. Everyone working at this complex was extremely nice and friendly. They made us feel welcomed.

Thanks for the hospitality and great stay in this condo. Offered rapid entry and perfect security for our last night in San Jose. The food court is amazing choices.

It is a comfortable, spacious, safe apartment with a home atmosphere that is located in few places. Truly cozy and excellent for telecommuting because of the quiet of the place.

It's a marvelous apartment with all its amenities and a very beautiful Rooftop of the complex. It has a gorgeous view of the city from the Rooftop. The swimming pool is always clean and spacious. Great variety of restaurants, from diferent parts of the world, that are across the driveway. I highly recommend it👌

A really spacious and well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed and was in the perfect location for attending a conference at the hotel next door. The beautiful pool area and the river walk around the building with some good birdlife were also a highlight. The staff at the building were very friendly and helpful!

This is a great place. Taking into consideration, mother nature and the rainy season, could cause issues. Fabrizio was responsive and supportive, with the electricity outage and water issue. Having a car is best, due to the location. Uber also works well. Yes, I would stay there again, Taking into consideration the weather.

Super cute place! Not far from the centro, very clean, nice and there is a access to other floors in the building that have pool table and botanic garden.

Nice place. Not much to do in the area. Also, a bit noisy from traffic on the highway. Price was okay, service fee a bit high. So make sure you check these fees before you book.

Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony overlooking the dog park in this beautifully designed modern apartment. The apartment and complex were both well-designed and equipped with everything you need, including a washer, dryer, and even a steamer! Loved the pool (though I didn't use it), gym, and rooftop terraces. Highly recommended!

Host was very responsive, building has tons of amenities and apartment is compact but comfortable with everything that you might need. Bed is quite comfortable too! I would stay here again.

The stay was with my mom (elderly person) and we enjoyed it quite a lot, the place was quite accessible and very safe, the reception staff was very friendly, Fabricio supported me at all times with all the questions or support he requested by responding quickly and supporting me to solve what he could support me in, definitely a great experience, I hope to return soon.
