The condo it self is excellent, the bed is very comfortable and it has a washer and a dryer which was nice. The gym is decent. The security is extremely vigilant so ordering Ubers and food delivery at times was challenging. The area is not overly exciting but there is a convenience store nearby which was nice. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it.

Unfortunately, there was construction going on upstairs, so my stay wasn’t as quiet as others have experienced. The host said he wasn’t aware of it in advance. I thought the apartment was spacious for the price and the bed was comfortable. But I found it cumbersome to reenter the grounds after going somewhere because it often took a long time to get past the gated security checkpoint. There was a different person manning it each time (who of course wouldn’t recognize you), and sometimes there would be a long line. I understand the need for security in San Jose, but this process just didn’t suit me because I come and go often. The pool is actually located alongside another building, the clubhouse, not in the apartment building, and is a bit far. I also wished it had been heated like in some other buildings I have stayed in nearby.

La verdad es uno de los apartamentos preferidos . No a defraudado. Mantiene siempre limpio , organizado. Además de ser seguro , tranquilo . Me agrada muucho .

We had a great stay better than staying at a hotel. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. Very nice place gated security there's a small mini market going up the hill outside the building. The towels smelled great which was great I find that to be an issue at other airbnbs stays. A/C in room a plus

It is surrounded by mountains and the local surroundings are so peaceful and this condominium is just at the end of the street and it’s kind of private. The amenities in this condominium are amazing and also the rooftop views are just crazy. I really enjoyed the place and would love to come back sometime in the future.

Fabricio is the professional when it comes to Airbnb. Although there are other Airbnb units in his building I always go with Fabricio because I know I can trust on the quality, cleanliness, amenities and comfort. He takes his guest experience very seriously and he makes sure you’ve everything from tea, coffee to plenty of towels, washer and dryer and most important of all squeaky clean. Apartamento limpio y igual como en las fotos . Ya antes lo había utilizado y no defrauda . Me gusta mucho , el lugar , la vista , La Paz de la zona . La recomiendo .
