Large and well-kept place to stay, large windows with plenty of natural light. The patio with garden furniture in the back, with great views of the forest where there are monkeys, birds, and other animals! The pool area and the garden are absolutely magical! Highly recommend!

Kim's place is beautiful and location is very convenient. Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park is close to it. Also, Johan was very attentive and helpful with everything we need. He helped me to surprise my husband with a 50 year balloon decoration for his birthday. We had an awesome time in Kim's place.

Great environment, facilities and hospitality. Behind the houses, an explosion of wildlife. My children, in love with the pool. Thank you so much Johan for a wonderful stay.

Awesome, second time I stayed here

The location of this apartment was spot on. Even with multiple apartments on site it was always quiet in the evenings. We made some lovely friends just chatting around the pool watching the wildlife. The apartment was clean in general but could do with an overall make over. it was just a bit tired and in need of love. Dusty high fans for example. Johan the complex manager was constantly working hard and was so lovely and helpful. He recommended things for us and was a pleasure to talk to. The pool was just wonderful and never too busy. The gardens are well kept and very pretty. The beds were comfy and sitting watching the spider monkeys, sloth, Macaws, toucan, agouti and many many other animals just from the garden was great! Go and watch the sunset down at Quepos with the locals....stunning.

Lovely place to stay near Manuel Antonio! We saw so many animals in the gardens around the villas and apartment block that share the pool.

Everything was perfect — the house, the furnishings, the pool, and the entire property were beautiful, right in the middle of the jungle. We were able to spot monkeys, parrots, and hummingbirds. A dream. And our host Johan was very accommodating and gave us helpful tips. We’d love to come back. Thank you so much!

Everything in the cottage was right, worked, was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect: beautiful garden, lovely pool, between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. We were warmly and personally welcomed by Johan, with whom we had already been in contact in advance. Good beds, nice, well-equipped kitchen. In the afternoon and evening, we enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool, while the monkeys were seen in the trees and the yellow-winged macaws flew over in groups. Paradise-like beauty. We enjoyed it!

The place is definitely recommended! A nice apartment in the style of a small house. Superbly equipped and from previous users there were even spices, oil and vinegar, which thus did not have to be procured. The quick jump into the pool was great and could be used flexibly, as there was always enough space. We had several power outages during our stay, but it was back after a relatively short time. Unfortunately, on the last day the Internet was completely gone and the regular reception was very poor there. But that didn't stop the whole thing either. If you want to see macaws, various monkeys and even frogs right outside the front door, this is the place!

The place is the same as the photo, communication with the host was smooth and cordial, highly recommended.

Excellent place, I would go back without hesitation, my daughter was delighted with the place and the truth is it is a very quiet place, just to rest and quite easy to go to the national park even by public bus

Everything great and clean

Arrived in dark and Johan sent us a great video to help us find the villa: We really enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous villa in serene location. Lovely pool which was warm and clean and open till 10. Always empty. Great to have washing machine as activities were muddy. BBQ worked well and used every night. Loved having outside space in the jungle. Could see monkeys and macaws in trees around our villa. Would definitely recommend.

Despite the late time of arrival, we were welcomed and shown around. The cottage matches the description. But we especially enjoyed the outdoor area: wonderful place to bbq, swim and relax together. And the cleaners/gardener…. Very friendly! Recommended.

The place is spectacular. For me, very good value for money. The pool area is great. Super well kept and clean. All the staff are extremely friendly. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. We saw many animals, macaws, monkeys, butterflies. The setting is very central but very quiet. I recommend it 100%. The kitchen was very well equipped.

We spent 3 nights with our children, we really enjoyed the villa and the pool. Johan was very helpful from the time we arrived until we left. The place is spectacular and we didn't want to leave, we will definitely be back.

We loved the place!

Our bungalow was adorable and clean! The pool was awesome, the water was warm and it was refreshing on a hot day. Being surrounded by nature allowed us to see a sloth and tons of macaws during our stay! We were just a short 5-10 minute drive away from all of the restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend!

The place is beautiful, very nice atmosphere , very well decorated. Kim always responded attentively. The best: WHERE UBICADO.L IS 10 minutes from Manuel antonio, and surrounded by PURA VIDA . In the complex we have nesting macaws, Tucanes and the monkeys!! But you can't ask for it. It has a grill and a beautiful pool Gracias KIM for all your attention.

Beautiful peaceful atmosphere. The concierges are very present and available as needed. The space is very comfortable. The only negative point is the furniture and the accommodation itself which seems slightly outdated by time. So no, we really enjoyed our stay in the jungle.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’endroit est magnifique, et les lieux sont très confortables. Nous avons eu la chance de voir de superbes perroquets qui venaient tous les jours. De plus, il y avait un barbecue à disposition, ce qui nous a permis de préparer nos repas sur place. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation.

Excelente lugar muy cómodo!!!

Our stay was full of unexpected surprises but the property manager (Johan) was so helpful in making our stay the best it could be under the circumstances. From arriving to the place with no electricity, to water leaks in the middle of the night, Johan went above and beyond to get things corrected. I blame none of these things on the property or the management. Some things just can’t be controlled. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing villa, the pool area was really well maintained, peaceful and we were able to see more animals than we saw at Manuel Antonio park. Absolutely loved the villa and the location, wish we had stayed for longer!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns vom Check-in bis zum Check-out sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und besticht durch einen wunderschönen Pool und einer schönen Umgebung. Wir konnten viele Tiere wie Affen, Aras, Kolibris und Tucane vom Balkon aus beobachten. Die Betten sind gross und bequem. Der Nationalpark Manuel Antonio und dessen Strände istin wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

The place is very beautiful, full of nature and different animals you can see from the house. It has an excellent pool and very well kept. It is a bit away from the noise of vehicles and people, very quiet to rest. The house needs some maintenance, maybe worn due to moisture. It is a very good, spacious house and a wonderful environment.

Excellent Villa, a very quiet place surrounded by a lot of nature. The house has all the necessary amenities and a lot of cleanliness. The pool is a good size and very quiet. Communication and flexibility was very good. I definitely recommend this place!

A really great stay coming from San Jose. We saw so much wildlife at the hotel area - just be staying there. It really felt magically to live in the middle of the rainforest with Macaws, monkeys, sloths, iguanas and exotic birds everywhere. The kitchen and utilities are a little outdated, but it had what we needed to make breakfast and dinner as a family of four. The pool was always very cleaned as well as the hotel area. There is a restaurant right on the resort, where we had a good dinner once. But within a very short drive, there is everything you need in supermarkets and dining day and night. There are no real pavements in Manuel Antonio, so you need to drive to everything. Beach and national park as well as waterfalls are also withing 10 min. drive. Super convenient. Staff was very helpful and nice. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio 😊

I would recommend this place with a responsive host giving clear instructions. The accommodation is very well located if you want to visit Manuel Antonio Park or eat in a restaurant not too far by car. Before we left the Airbnb site, we even saw monkeys and a beautiful parrot couple

We loved staying at this place. I brought my son my brother and my nephew to experience Manuel Antonio and this was place was great! Great location, loved the bungalow, and the outdoors were impressive. We saw some great nature and wildlife. Instructions and responsiveness from Kim was great. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

My friend and I had a beautiful stay. The place smelled cleaned as soon as we walked in. The pictures are accurate. I would only recommend having a bottle or two of waters in the refrigerator for when guest arrive. Other than that, no complaints. It was a great stay with a beautiful scene right outside your window.
