Perfect place to stay in within Manuel Antonio, perfect views, plenty of monkeys and birds to see, amazing restaurant staff in the restaurant, would 100% recommend

There are tons of birds. The manager was great and very helpful with everything. The place was nice; however, it needs some serious love. The adobe outside finish has some holes and inside there sheetrock needs some paint and nails hammered back in and there was some mold in the living room.

Kim's place is beautiful and location is very convenient. Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park is close to it. Also, Johan was very attentive and helpful with everything we need. He helped me to surprise my husband with a 50 year balloon decoration for his birthday. We had an awesome time in Kim's place.

My mother, my wife and my 3-year-old daughter were able to see two kinds of monkeys in the backyard; we saw three capybaras; butterflies; limpets; toucans. It was great. I've never been to a place where I can see so much wildlife together before.

Great place to stay. Lovely pool and common area. There's also a great spot for breakfast onsite with really friendly staff. Would recommend for any type of group, family or other.
