We stayed with 3 on the estate and greatly appreciated the space. Everything is clean and the welcome is warm. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding tourist attractions. Everything is functional in the casita and the beds are very comfortable. We also used the dishes to cook on site and did not want for anything. We highly recommend it.

David's accommodation is a success. The green farm has many species of flora and fauna, a beautiful stream whose sound is in tune with the song of the many birds. The house is very comfortable and cozy and Don David is a very special person, always attentive. I recommend it a thousand times. My wife and I will return. Thank you very much Don David

David’s place really is a paradise and unlike any Airbnb we’ve stayed at before. Beautiful surroundings, impeccable pool, and a cozy casita. David and his wife made us feel right at home, and were incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations. He called us a taxi from Quepos, and the taxi driver was also wonderful (thank you Wilbert!) and continued to be our taxi driver throughout our time. David taught us about cacao and various other fruits on the property, and generously let us taste them as well. Every day we woke up to the sounds of birds chirping, and were excitedly greeted by the dogs. I don’t know how we will return to regular life! If you’re a nature lover and want to feel connected to where you’re staying while you travel, I would highly recommend staying here. It truly is magical!

David is a sincere and caring host, he has thought of many details to allow his guest a special experience. We stayed 3 nights and loved having access to the private beautiful gardens and jungle. Everything is clean and inviting and David is very kind with the many questions I asked offering helpful suggestions of places to go or things to do. We ate at Kokys , the food was so delicious, and the experience was unique. The bakery in Naranjito has lots of yummy goods and the people were friendly to us. We really stayed on the property most of our time, the pool is huge with a pristine area all around. Things are freshly painted with bright colors and very nice artwork. The covered patio at the cabin is larger than appear in the photos. Newly installed air conditioning is a luxury and works very well. We hiked to the creek several times and were able to see Titi monkeys in the afternoon on two days. Lots of birds and butterflies. It is truly a paradise! Thank you David

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt this Airbnb deserved it. It’s a little away from the touristy areas which was really nice and you feel very connected with nature here. The property is stunning and the pool is very well maintained. I recommend the tour of the farm that David offers. He’s very knowledgeable and there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. Also, the monkeys that visit regularly kept my family very entertained. David went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. He even went out of his way to try and comfort my son after he had a little scare from a cicada (harmless bug). An overall amazing experience here, 12 stars

David's place truly is paradise! It was SO difficult to leave! David's passion for what he does is clear, as he showed us around the property and invited us to try various fruits and leaves. Being able to walk the land, all the way back to the stream, was a no. The animals were amazing, the pool a delight, and, to top it off, the sweet dogs, Chiquita and Luna, were such fun! We saw spider monkeys every day, toucans, parrots and so many butterflies! Where else could you be swimming in a beautiful pool and have a toucan fly over? We loved every minute we spent there.

Of all the AirBnb we visited during our stay in Costa Rica, it was BY FAR our favorite. The place is very well maintained and the pool area is really great. David is an incredible and super friendly host. He made us taste exotic fruits and he even gave us ingredients to help us with our cold. Great place to stay. This is away from Quepos and feels more authentic for a Costa Rican experience. We stayed with our 1-year-old daughter, who loved interacting with the nature surrounding this location.

I traveled with my family and it is a very peaceful place, and it is very quiet, you can rest very well. It is also surrounded by nature. David and his wife take great care of the place and make staying with them quite an experience. Real a re is one of the destinations I would go to again.

David’s place was impeccable. We have since moved on to a different Airbnb in our travels and kind of wish we would’ve stayed longer with David…it is not like any place we have ever stayed! David met us when we arrived to show us into the casita and provided a helpful map and local recommendations. He exuded warmth and Costa Rican hospitality. The casita is surrounded by nature, and green paradise is truly the perfect name for this property. The casita was very clean and cozy. (There is no a/c currently, but we didn’t struggle with the heat. David said a/c is coming soon though!) Some of our favorite parts were sleeping with the windows open to hear the sounds of the jungle, and hearing the rain on the roof. WiFi was fast and consistent, although we barely used it because the surroundings kept us busy. :) Ask David about booking a tour of his farm with him, my husband absolutely LOVED this and it was the highlight for him. More than any other place we stayed we would love to come back!

Peaceful farm stay near Quepos. It was great to wake up to birds and sounds of nature. No air con needed. The swimming pool was kept impeccably clean and we had a great time in the morning and at the end of the day to chill down. We did the farm tour, David was kind and knowledgeable, gave us many tropical fruits growing on his organic farm to try, a lot were new to us and it was great! The chocolate he made tasted amazing, the best of what we tried in our previous cacao tours in CR. If you would like to support a local organic farmer and have a great quiet stay I would highly recommend David’s place.

Finca paraiso verde is a true paradise! It’s a huge terrain with a beautiful garden and a forest attached to it with all kinds of exotic plants and animals. The pool is wonderful and the little cottage perfect. David is a great host, he gave us lots of recommendations and tips. We did a tour with him in which he told us all about the plants and trees and the cacao he’s growing on his land. I highly recommend!

Tranquil and exactly what we needed! The nicest of all the other air bnbs we stayed at in CR. We felt very safe and at home here. David and his wife were excellent hosts that love their home and their land. They are true stewards of the land and you need to take David's chocolate/farm tour, it is a must. They were very helpful with maps and the local sights. There was also a herbalist friend of theirs that lives not farm from Davids, and we were able to see her before we left which was a treat. If you are wanting farm tours, there is 1st David's, 100%, and there is also a bee farmer in the area which was interesting. A local vanilla farm was close too. We will definitely be returning with our children for our next CR tour. Thank you both for such a relaxing and worthwhile visit... glad we got to visit 🙏💜.

David was a great host. He was always available to answer any questions and even helped us with our 2 Yorkies that traveled with us. David gave us a tour of his farm, he was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot. The pool, the views, the wildlife and the surroundings were amazing.

Finca Paraíso Verde is truly a green paradise! Off-the-beaten path, surrounded by nature, Finca Paraíso Verde is perfect for those looking to unplug, connect with nature, birdwatch, and observe wildlife from the comfort of your own private casita and patio. With fiber internet, it is also the perfect location for working remotely in a beautiful setting. You can freely walk the trails on the property. We spent the early mornings birding, and the hot afternoons swimming in the pool. We saw several different bird species during our stay, including Yellow-throated Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, Red-lored Parrots, Scarlet-rumped Tanagers, and many different hummingbirds. The parrots may wake you up in the morning, usually around 6-6:30am. We were also fortunate enough to see a troop of Endangered Squirrel Monkeys. This was my second stay at David’s, and I hope to return every year. It really is a treasure!

I wished an escape from the busy area of Manuel/Quepos and found this gem to be short drive after a day at Manuel NP. Upon arrival I felt as though I was in a dream. Beautiful grounds; peaceful and serene. While there were options to dine nearby I chose to remain on property and enjoy all it had to offer. David & Maria were so accommodating and kind in response to my many questions of their property and Costa Rica in general. If you are interested in knowing about the process of cacao; David offers a fantastic tour as well. I look forward to a return.

He made us feel so welcomed by taking the time to explain the attributes of the property, exact directions and a map of nearby stores, restaurants and offers to connect us with tours by local guides, like the exciting horseback ride tour we took advantage of. The pool is literally the best pool ever, it was so beautifully situated, perfectly comfortable and refreshing at the same time. Staying at David's is like staying in a garden paradise. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Costa Rica. An absolutely fabulous, peaceful, most beautiful stay!

This is a rare place. Hard to describe how much it was good for the soul. David is an excellent host: attention to detail is impeccable, the cabin and grounds were meticulous, he was always positive, informative and helpful. Finca Paraiso Verde is a true gem, and I will definitely visit again if I get the opportunity. I can't say enough about the absolute loveliness of the humans and animals and nature - David was an excellent, thoughtful host, and getting to learn about the farm and the process and vision for tending the land was fascinating. The dogs are lovely cohosts. My little casita felt like home and I slept like a goddess. It was everything I wanted - quiet, beautiful, pristine. If you stay, or are even in the area, you must take David's farm tour and cacao experience!

We had a great time – our accommodation was simple but very clean, with a lovely view of the garden and pool. And we could even watch monkeys from our terrace. We also particularly enjoyed David's guided tour of his farm, where we learnt lots of interesting facts about cocoa production and the plants behind our house. This place is off the beaten path. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous, the pool was refreshing and super clean, the place felt very secure and safe, and the sound of wildlife was overwhelming in a good and peaceful way as we slept at night. No A/C, but after a cooling night swim coupled with the ceiling fan and open windows w/screens, we slept very comfortably. Highly recommended.

David's place was an oasis - very peaceful - the birds were a delight and the use of the pool was a fantastic bonus to our stay. David was very attentive, always willing to provide information. The hygiene standards were excellent and the staff were very friendly. We loved the location - with easy access to the local woodland and the coast. We were able to find our way around Costa Rica with the use of an App called "Waze", as our UK satnav didn't work in Cosa Rica. Thank you David for a delightful stay

The location is amazing, it’s peaceful, very clean, the kitchen had all the equipments that you need. The pool is awesome and also very clean. Finca Paraiso Verde is a great get away spot. The gardens are top notch, you would expect this level of care in a 5 star hotel. Fantastic location close to many attractions and countless endless beaches. If you want to experience some of what Costa RIca has to offer this would be the place. Peaceful and quiet, we live in a big city so quiet surroundings suited us perfect. The casita was spotless and had what I would consider to be high end finishes! David will give you a tour of the farm as well which we also enjoyed. The pool is a few steps from your front t door which we used often. Overall I give this place 5 stars on every level.

Yes - I agree with the other reviews. This is a 5/5! David and Maria truly made this feel like a home. We appreciated David's commitment in protecting the land and we felt that that this AirBnB is more than just an extra income - but a way to inpsire and teach people about how to use the land in a sustainable ways. The cabin was simple, private, cozy and clean. We slept with our windows open listening to the noise of the forest, feeling the breeze. The pool was amazing - probably the best location for a pool we've ever experienced! We loved getting up for early morning runs along the quiet road following the river. I could go on and on... While it is off the beaten path, nestled in a little community away from the tourists, it wasn't much effort to drive into the town of Manuel Antonio to find the beaches and great restaurants. It was even better coming back to this retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you David. I hope our paths cross again one day.

THE PROPERTY: My stay at Finca Paraiso Verde was nothing short of an amazing experience. property is very lush and filled with a variety of fauna. THE OWNER: David is truly a gem of a human being. He stood out in the pouring rain while he waited for our arrival to his property. He made plenty of suggestions in terms of what to do and what to visit in and around his property. He’s extremely responsive and very friendly. I once accidentally locked myself out of my cabin at night and he was readily available to help me resolve my problem. Additionally, he went out of his way to introduce me to Natasha (another very cool person) who drove me to Manuel Antonio park and to San Jose. THE SURROUNDINGS: Up the road from David’s property is a nice restaurant called “Brisas del Nara” which overlooks the river. There’s a local pizza place in town that delivers pizza to Finca Paraiso Verde Taxi Driver details for those to wish to use her services while here Natasha (goes by Naty): 506+84352869

David's farm is amazingly beautiful. It's located in the forest and surrounded by a variety of plants and is very close to a creek with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well equipped - you don't need to buy additional seasonings to cook. David is very professional and responsive in providing clear and detailed instructions to us, and always answer our questions within minutes. He even brought us for a "mini night tour" which was also an interesting experience. We would surely recommend the place to others.

We really, really enjoyed staying at David's place! The casita itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The property itself, Finca Paraíso Verde, is gorgeous! We saw a variety of birds, including hummingbirds and toucans, while walking around and being in the pool. David was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at David’s place for three nights and loved the peaceful, relaxing surroundings. The pool area was beautiful, a great place to watch the birds and wildlife, swim and just chill. We didn’t have a car but staying here is totally doable using public transport and taxis. The bus to Quepos takes around 30mins and goes from close to the front gate of the property. It’s easy to connect in Quepos for the bus to Manuel Antonio, even for early entry to the national park. We took advantage of the bar/restaurant not far from David’s place (10mins) and did a horse ride organised from there to a local waterfall. David very helpfully organised this for us. We had a lovely local meal of ribs from Koky’s, (via taxi or bus also possible). The farm tour is also recommended if you want to understand more about the sustainable way David manages the landscape. The property suits those who want to be close to the more busy/ touristy areas but who also values a slower more relaxed experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. David was so kind, welcoming, and informative. The Airbnb is on a farm and the pool is beautiful. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit secluded, and there is no AC in the unit. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

A truly unforgettable experience. David is one of the best hosts I have stayed with in 10+ years of AirBnBing. He is friendly, highly knowledgeable, available and goes above and beyond to make your stay fantastic, before you arrive and throughout. The finca staff also help you feel right at home. The casita is comfortable and private, equipped for cooking, with a warm shower and comfy bed. It is surrounded by stunning tropical plants and flowers. The pool and surrounding area are pristinely maintained. In the huge grounds, you can roam in the forest, spot many birds, animals and insects, and feel fully immersed in Costa Rican nature. I recommend David's tour of the finca, where you can learn about - and taste - some of the local plants. The four friendly dogs make the experience even more joyful for animal lovers. If you rent a car, there is loads to do within 1 hours' drive, and if not, the bus and local stores are right next to the finca. You will fall in love with this place!

The surroundings feel very local, and there is a lot to do nearby. David is passionate about the property & organic fruit farming- we learned so much & highly recommend the tour! They also have super sweet pups that will greet you in the mornings :)

the place is to disconnect with everything super nice and such a magical place, we definitely came back, we loved it and the kindness of the host and the pool and everything loved it, my partner and I went on our honeymoon and it was amazing. The place is magical and its local cacao is the richest we've ever had, we bought it to take to Mexico and we were delighted by your kindness and how we were welcomed. The place is in the middle of the jungle, so we were pampered by nature sounds. It is fully equipped with insect repellent. At night we could sleep with open windows and the ceiling fan for cooling was sufficient. For the evening, "incense sticks" are provided to expel the mosquitoes. Hardly a mosquito stung us during our stay. Bed was very cozy, the kitchen sufficiently equipped and the bathroom was usual in the country. We can only recommend a car, so you can come to supermarkets, fruits & vegetable dealers and a restaurant in a few minutes. In about 15 minutes you can reach the main road, so the accommodation is also well suited as a starting point for day trips. Overall a very good stay that we don't want to miss on our Costa Rica tour.

David's place is a peaceful hideaway that's well-located for travelling up and down the coast. The pool is lovely to relax by and the grounds have lots of nature to look at. You'll fall asleep to the sounds of the birds. David was a great host - he had lots of suggestions for us and was very helpful. The finca feels safe and secure and the room had all the amenities you could need.

David is very friendly and explains all things of his garden and he is keen of nature . The pool is large and very nice and quiet. The room are cleaned during our staying. We have seen toucan, squirrel monkey, wood speaker and other animals in the garden with is very pleasant and large. Thanks to David !!!!

David's place is really a green paradise!! We ended our Costa Rica trip here and enjoyed every second. David is a wonderful host, gave many helpful tips for the area and told us a lot about the annex including a tasting. The cottage is surrounded by the most beautiful nature. Trees, thriving colorful plants, insanely lots of birds! The farm is very large and there are a lot to discover. It was very clean, was also cleaned several times during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and the terrace invites you to have breakfast there in peace or read a book in the hammock. The pool was great, there were loungers and everything was very private. Londres is a very local village which we found very nice. However, it is not too far to the tourist village of Quespos with many restaurants, great beaches and the national park. We would have loved to stay longer! 🌻🌺🌴☀️

David is a fantastic host and his place is absolutely beautiful. It is easily accesible and convenient to go to Manuel Antonio, Quepos, and other local beaches. We went to the park or did an excursion early each morning in order to get back in the afternoon and enjoy the pool and serenity of the property. There are 3 cabins on the property with a shared pool area, and the cabins themselves still feel private.

David’s place was exactly what we were looking for to start our trip in Costa Rica. The property is beautiful, with hiking trails and the perfect pool to relax in. David was responsive, generous, and welcoming. A highlight of our time there was his tour of the property when he gave us an overview of the incredible work he is doing at Finca Paraiso Verde. We used our car for some excursions, but were also able to experience great hikes and nature locally. We found everything we needed to cook our own food at grocery stores within walking distance and the lunch spot up the hill offered some of our highlight meals (a great view too!). Definitely plotting a return. Be sure to get in the pool at night and look at the moon!

Such a lovely, idyllic place. I love what David is doing with the property and his approach to utilizing the land. We were only able to stay one night, but i would have loved to stay longer. We were awoken to monkeys in the morning and the tour of the farm was delightful. Highly recommend!

David's farm was an incredible experience, to say the least. We saw monkeys, toucans, and macaws and he pointed out tons of other wildlife as well. We were able to try so many natural and organic plants and fruits from the farm when he kindly offered to give us a tour, including cacao, peppercorns, wild cilantro, coca leaves, and turmeric. He was extremely kind and gave us great recommendations for places to explore in the area. The cottage was nice and clean, and despite not having A/C it was a very pleasant place to hang out sleep... especially when you're waking up to the sound of 20 different birds and monkeys swinging from branches. For anyone looking for something off the beaten path, adventurous, and romantic, this is the PERFECT stay!!

My son and I stayed at Finca Paraisco Verde for three nights. Both of us were in need of relaxation and decompression after a stressful period. David’s AirBnB fit the bill perfectly. David is a wonderful host, very helpful, his enthusiasm and pride for his work on his farm is apparent and infectious. Londres is a small community, away from the hustle and bustle of the beach scene. It is fun to explore the area, from the small restaurant nearby to the top notch Koky’s with the best pork ribs around. Both my son and I very much enjoyed our stay and are eager to go back.

David is a great host, he is welcoming friendly and attentive, keen to ensure that his guests have a peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved the location, away from the tourist trail, but within easy distance of Manuel Antonio and the coast. We enjoyed learning about the plants and crops growing on the farm, David is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. We also enjoyed walking the forest trails within the property and in the local area. The swimming pool was fantastic, we spent much of our time cooling off in the water and relaxing under the veranda and listening to the birds. We had several toucan sightings whist lying on our loungers. This place is truly Pura Vida!

David's place was pretty dang cool. And David himself was a fantastic host. We were only there 1 night unfortunately, but we walked the grounds that evening and then early the next morning. We also got in the pool after both walks. And David helped us out in a few ways he really didn't need - great host & super friendly fella. Also speaks very good English. Loved our stay !

David is extremely responsive and helpful. The casita is in such a beautiful setting. We loved the pool and the many birds who visited the property. We were there on pretty hot days, but it cooled down well at night with the 3 sides of windows open and the ceiling fan. The dogs were friendly but a little noisy.

We loved our time spent at David's jungle paradise! Convenient to access Manuel Antonio from while also being away from the hustle and bustle of town. The Casitas were perfect, very comfortable, cool, clean, private, and had everything we needed including a blender which we made fancy drinks with from local fruit to enjoy by the very clean and refreshing swimming pool surrounded my garden plants. we enjoyed laying in the hammocks while bird watching too. My favorite was learning about the conservation project and food forest David is nurturing there. he is very knowledgeable and passionate about the land. If you get a chance, see if he can give you a tour for a donation, you won't regret it! He taught us all about the plants there including cocoa, jackfruit, avocado, pineapple, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper and more and we got to taste many! so neat! We even saw squirrel monkeys while exploring his land. This is a special place you won't regret staying.

We had an incredible stay at David’s place. First of all we absolutely loved that the farm is located in the middle of nature, hence very calm and relaxing, but still easy to reach by car. The place itself was clean and spacious with many factors we enjoyed everyday (e.g. the pool, the hammocks etc.). Our host David was more than welcoming and friendly and did not become tired answering our questions and explain things about the farm, the animals, the nature, cacao etc. His dogs are very cute and we enjoyed their presence everyday. Hope to come back one day!

David's place was away from the busy tourist area of Quepos and Manuel Antonio which we very much liked but also a short drive to get there. So peaceful and close to nature. The casita was extermely clean, very nice linens and towels and the kitchen well stocked. The pool was well maintained and lovely to cool off in. David's property is absolutely beautitul and very well maintained. David was always quick to respond to questions and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. A must try is Koky's for the best Chicharrones (pork ribs) in Costa Rica. We highly recommend staying at David's place and would love to return.

David was very hospitable. The house was clean and comfortable. Other than the heat. No AC so this time of year is rough. The property was immaculate and David was so fun and knowledgeable as he gave us the tour.

A little slice of paradise. A very relaxing and peaceful property with beautiful flora and fauna, along with the hosts amazing friendly dogs. Luna is just the sweetest slice of pie. I highly recommend booking this property and asking David for beach and food recommendations. The beds are comfy, the casita is clean and has all the amenities one would need for a little stay in paradise. Wish we could have stayed like 2 weeks longer, but 4 days was perfect. If you are looking for a zen peaceful place, this is it.

Finca Paraíso Verde is truly heaven on Earth. If you are looking for an authentic immersive experience, this is it. The property is magnificently maintained and curated with impecable intention to detail. The beautiful grounds will transport you to another world as thousands of butterflies flutter around you. Stunning views of the mountains and the river make for an unforgettable experience. David, the host, is welcoming and friendly as can be. True tico vibes and pura vida lifestyle. He will take care of you in any way you need, from restaurant recommendations, directions to excursions, and affordable taxis. The cherry on top was the tour of the cacao farm and the incredible food forest he has been cultivating. All I can say is wow!!! This property is a true gem. I highly recommend it for the traveler looking for peace and quiet. I can’t wait to come back! Pura Vida!!

If you have the privilege to stay here, you should. The farm is a tranquil oasis in the Manuel Antonio area, the pool is beautiful and it is the perfect accommodation if you’d like to be immersed in nature. But the best reason to stay here is the people - David, his partner and the staff were all the most friendly and accommodatng group we have encountered in our time in Costa! David was so helpful when we locked ourselves out of our room (twice) and did not mind our daughter running around. It’s the perfect spot for families. He went above and beyond to give us the true farm experience. We will definitely be back.

David’s place is wonderful. There are many colorful flowers and plants on his property that I haven’t seen anywhere else in Costa Rica. David is very friendly and knowledgeable about everything on his property and the surrounding community. Although I didn’t use the pool, I did relax in the area around it because the setting is beautiful. My only regret is not giving myself enough time during the day to walk around his entire property.

What a wonderful property! My partner and I enjoyed our three nights here. The views were beautiful and the pool was much appreciated in the heat of the day. David gave us a wonderful tour of his property and let us sample some of his plants. Although Londres is a bit out of the way, we were glad to be on a private and safe property. As Quepos and Manuel Antonio were quite busy, we were glad to relax a bit further out in nature. We walked to the breakfast/lunch restaurant that David recommended, up the road from the Airbnb. It was a very good meal! The convenience store that is just before the Airbnb is also very nice. David was a wonderful and caring host!! And his dogs were lovely.

Our stay at Finca Paraíso Verde was the best part of our trip. The amenities were absolutely gorgeous and looked after by a very passionate and friendly host. David made us feel right at home and took time to show us around the farm with his cute dogs 🐕 Hope to visit again soon. Pura Vida 💕🌴

We really enjoyed the setting at David's place. The garden is nice and attracts a lot of birds to watch. David is very helpful and enjoys sharing his passions.

We stayed only one night at David’s on our way back to the airport, at the end of our trip. Unluckily we had a combination of me being sick, rainy weather and electricity being out in the whole neighborhood until 8PM. But that’s the uncertainty of travelling. Nevertheless, the place was great! It is very peaceful, your casita is near the pool and a lot of trees and plants. Making it perfect to spot birds in the early morning like the cute little hummingbird. David gave us a tour of his farming project, a food forest with fruit trees, cacao trees and medecinal plants. He has a lot knowledge and his regenerative and conservation project deserve support! The tour is on a donation basis, totally worth organized tours you can find elsewhere. You can taste and smell many plants on the way. Too bad its wasn’t avocado or mango season 😋 Also, David very kindly offered me various natural remedies to help me get better! We recommend you stay here, away from busy Quepos or Manual Antonio!

David’s spot is a little slice of paradise, flowing with fruit trees, untouched forest, and a nice pool to relax by. We stayed 6 days as a part of our honeymoon, and we immediately felt at home! David was incredibly gracious with his time and showed us around and shared his passion of farming. The casita had everything we needed and was extremely clean. David gave us some great local suggestions for food and beach, and nearly everyday he surprised us with something delicious to try from the land. We always felt safe and relaxed while at Finca Paraiso Verde, and we hope we can make it back some day. 10/10 recommend David’s place for folks who enjoy nature and don’t want to stay in a touristy area. We took daily mini road trips to see sights and hit the beach, but it was so nice everyday to come back to the peace and quiet of the farm. Luna and Argon, the resident dogs, were so sweet and also brightened our stay. Don’t hesitate, book this Airbnb! 😄

He went out of his way to help find a place for us to stay the next night since, unfortunately, he did not have availability. An excellent place to relax, with beaches very close by. And excellent customer service.

The place itself is beautiful, lots of vegetation and animals, the pool is quite large and in excellent condition. David is very friendly and provides recommendations around, the place is pet friendly and very safe. It's a good place to unplug and spend time with the family. The beaches are not as close as I thought you have to handle at least 30 minutes to the nearest one. There are not many restaurants around as it is more of a village. There is a bridge to cross with the vehicle that sounds a little ugly and the street is broken.

We absolutely loved Luis’s place. This is such a magical and special place. It’s beautiful and secluded. Luis is so nice, laidback, and passionate about his farm. Luna and Argon are super sweet dogs. The farm is very interesting and we got to taste raw and processed cacao, cardamom, cinnamon, cherimoya. The creek that runs through the property is so pretty and you feel so connect with nature here. Luis gave the best recs for the beach and nearby restaurants. We really loved Playa Linda and Koky’s BBQ. The town Londres itself is chill. The connecting larger town Naranjito is chill too. We really loved the vibe here and would highly recommend. Skip the crowds at Manuel Antonio and Quepos and stay here.

If you wanna have the time of your life in Costa Rica, make sure to stay at Luis' finca paraiso verde!! The longer the better!! The garden, the pool, the cabana, the small kitchen inside...it s all in perfekt shape and well equipped!! looked very much after by Luis and his helpers!! We spend hours just swimming in the pool, watching birds, listening to nature... Soooo goood!! Thank you Luis for giving us the best time throughout the whole Costa road trip!!

Near touristic locations with enough distance to enjoy nature and the farm at it's best. Definitely ask if a tour around the property is available. Staying at Luis's place was an amazing experience.

Luis place is beautiful and away from the tourist trail, but close enough for beaches and attractions. The cabin is very comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect stay. There are restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't wish to cook. Luis is passionate about his organic farm and it was a pleasure to spend time learning about the Costa Rican flora. Would recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Luis'. If you are looking for a more local, non touristy stay this is for you. The buildings are perfect and have everything you need to make your own food, relax and stay the night. The property itself has enough to keep you busy by looking at all the plants or listening to Luis talk about each plant and their history and meaning. Luis shared some of the local fruits with us which we enjoyed. This is a perfect example of Pura Vida!
