It is part of a larger rainforest conservation and regeneration project. We are proud growers of cacao, many different fruits, spices and other medicinal plants. Depending on the season and if you are lucky, you will be able to pick your own favorite avocado for dinner. You will be submerged in the healing sounds of Nature, and able to observe many different birds, butterflies and sometimes monkeys. There are many hiking trails available for you to explore in the area. No problem! We have a 100mb download / 100mb upload WiFi fiber-optic internet in our casitas (symmetrical internet connection). The internet is very stable and perfect for working. If you intend to work during your stay, you can request the single bed in your room to be exchanged for a comfortable desk and a chair so you can have a personal office station. Our property has three other casitas available for rent. They each have their own private space with the same access to shared amenities. *** Please note that our place is ideal for relaxation and it has an easy access to Nature exploration. Parties and loud music are not suitable in respect to other guests and our neighbours. Guest access You will have your private cabin, access to the pool, barbecue area, gardens, fruit plantations, a small private river at the back of the property, and hiking trails (if the season permits it). Other things to note PRIVACY We have three other casitas close by that are available for rent to other guests. Your cottage is very private. The pool and the barbecue areas are shared spaces. There are large beautiful gardens for you to walk through, enjoy Nature and relax. PETS We have 4 lovely dogs that live on site. They are very friendly with our guests, and I promise you'll like them. Our property is pet-friendly and we accept guests with dogs. Dogs are not permitted to use the pool. Please note that no other types of pets are allowed. CLEANING Our cleaning staff will keep your place clean and cozy. Light cleaning and garbage removal at least three times a week. LOCAL WILDLIFE The property is part of the Cerro Nara and the Naranjo River biological corridor. While our rental spaces are safe, we can still encounter some wildlife. Please be respectful of Nature, its animals and plants. COMMUNITY This project gives jobs to a few people from the local community of Londres and helps with the conservation of the rainforest.
