An artistic house with very nice plants and lots of natural light. Good location, and it has a pool table that the men enjoyed. The beds were much smaller than we thought and than they look in the pictures. One of the rooms for two people is in a utility room. Personally, I don't think they should include it in their listing. It has stairs that could even be dangerous. Some of the outlets don't work, the iron doesn't work, and there are other issues of that nature. It needs a lot of maintenance. Very poor internet signal. We weren't comfortable with so many rules. We didn't feel relaxed. I was afraid that something would go wrong and I'd be fined. Some of the blinds were missing in my room, and all the light came in. I couldn't sleep. Overall, the house is nice and has potential, but it lacks maintenance.

The place worked out great for my family. I love the big area on the Main floor for gatherings. It had a main floor on suite bedroom which was great for my mom and a half bath which was convenient for guests. The location made it easy for walking to many places as well. Also even though we didn’t have a car, the garage was nice to have.
