Wonderful place! My family and I love the space! Amazing and comforting days! The beach view is amazing. The place is extremely clean and Javier always responded quickly to messages! His mother( Rocio) received us and was extremely kind, offered us a spinning bike to use on the local balcony! I highly recommend the location!

excellent place, with breathtaking views. The best place in Quepos. The only detail is the path that has a lot of loose stone and is a little hard to climb.

We had an excellent stay! Very close to beautiful places like Manuel antonio and with good restaurants in its surroundings, also the connection to nature was incredible. We'll definitely be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A very beautiful house, the spectacular view, the exact house in the description, they attended us wonderfully, certainly 100% recommended, we had a great time with the family, access is not so complicated, but if I recommend a tall car, although not exactly double, my car is tall but simple and had no problem

Beautiful view from the top deck where our place was. We didn’t realize it had multiple units but it was quiet. Main room doesn’t have a/c but it goes in from a bedroom with a fan. We cooked often and it stayed cool. Thank you!! Hope to be back again to beautiful Costa Rica!

Javier was very quick to communicate and allowed us to stay a bit longer to check out. Location was incredible and balcony view was stunning.

If you want an Airbnb that’s considered high standard, this is definitely the one! Location, view and overall experience couldn’t be any better for a first trip to Quepos! The wildlife pop up at all times of the day! You couldn’t say after your visit you didn’t encounter some form of wildlife nearby. Javier is very communicative in terms of requests and information about the area, including Manuel Antonio! I highly recommend if renting a vehicle, to have a 4x4 vehicle as some parts going up and downhill proved quite strenuous for some taxi drivers we requested.

Nice place to stay, high above Quepos with a beautiful view. If you like birdwatching, there’s lots of action the first couple of hours after sunrise. Bit of a rough gravel road to get up there, but it’s not really a problem. Easy access to the Manuel Antonio road. Felt secure, neighbors are friendly and helpful. Got hot in the daytime, but if you leave the bedroom ACs on they will cool the apartment pretty well. Would stay here again.

This is a very nice little mixture of Air BnBs and residents in a very unique location with spectacular views and bird watching. We were able to view up close more birds here than we saw in Manual Antonio State Park. The hosts are very friendly and stay on the property and are close for anything you may need. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Very spacious listing and affordable pricing. The views were stunning! The apartment was the perfect place to retire to after a day hiking or being at the beaches. Javier was quick to respond to any concerns and remedied any issues immediately.

Great place and a great host! The house is way up in the hill although the instructions were clear to get there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the house including the sunset. House had everything we needed and Javier and his cousin were always available and responded quickly when we needed something. Highly recommend their place and would certainly return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Javier's place. The view from this unit was amazing, and we enjoyed the balcony. We got to see macaws flying. It was well-equipped, quiet, peaceful, and clean. The only downside was that the location was up a very steep hill. We were able to navigate it fine without a 4x4 vehicle. However, most of the tour companies which provided transportation would not access this road, so this is something to keep in mind. The bedrooms each are equipped with an air conditioning unit, but it does not cool off the main part of the house that well. If you want to do laundry, they do charge $20/load, although they will wash it for you. Overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

beautiful views all the way to the ocean. very tucked away back up the hill but it was very close to all the parks, beaches and restaurants in the area.. FYI you go way up there dirt road to the very, very top. Thus the beautiful views

Nice place, great view

The place has a spectacular view and the hosts are super friendly, they helped me with information about the park and access to the house. Downtown Manuel Antonio is about 10 minutes away, so it's very central. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay at Javier's, the apartment is located on the first floor with no neighbors for now before the end of the construction of the neighboring bungalow Very nice apartment matches the photos and superb views of quepos and the ocean, a little far if you want to get back to the city on foot. Fully-equipped kitchen allows groceries and cook directly on site We recommend for a group of 4/6.

Great location, full floor for yourself, amazing view of rainforest and ocean, i saw many tiny monkeys ( hard to spot otherwise anywhere), many birds like Macaws, native Parrots etc. The place itself is pretty spacious. Beds are big (king size) and great height. One of the best part was the view from balcony in the night, I could do a small stargazing due to super dark sky. Javier was super helpful during our whole stay. He even allow us some time extension and recommended when we were vising national antonio park. Be aware this place is on first floor walkup, which did not matter to any of us being young.

Second time staying here and I keep thinking it's a great place to stay. Javier is super helpful and the place is great. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the view is amazing!

A good, comfortable and clean place

Location was nice and great overview of Quepos. Make sure to take a taxi/Uber to the room since the road is steep and lots of gravel.
