I had booked the Ocean view family suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When we got to the property we were given a much smaller 1+1 studio for 3 persons. Their argument was that after the booking was updated from 1 guest (per my original booking) to 3 guests, that suite was no longer available. (Note here that the change made through the app was accepted by Javier). Some arguments ensued with the family, Javier not making himself available to discuss, where the family attempted to thrust the blame on us for making a change. Bottom line is I paid for one listing in full and was offered a completely different and sub-par room in return. I called airbnb and had them cancel the reservation and issue a full refund to me. It was evening time after a long day of traveling and we had to find a hotel at short notice in the area as well as finding an alternative airbnb stay for the rest of our vacation which was a major inconvenience. Do not book this property.

Local maravilhoso! Eu e minha família amamos o espaço! Foram dias incríveis e reconfortantes! A vista para a praia é incrível. O local é extremamente limpo e o Javier sempre respondia rapidamente as mensagens! A sua mãe( Rocio) nos recebeu e foi extremamente gentil, nos ofereceu uma bicicleta de spinning para utilizar na varanda do local! Recomendo fortemente o local!

excelente lugar, con vista impresionante. El mejor lugar en Quepos. El único detalle es el camino que tiene mucha piedra suelta y es un poco difícil de subir.

Tuvimos una estadía excelente! Muy cerca de lugares hermosos como Manuel antonio y con buenos restaurantes en sus alrededores, también la conexión con la naturaleza fue increíble. Sin duda alguna regresaremos 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Una casa muy hermosa, la vista espectacular, la casa exacta a la descripción, nos atendieron maravillosamente, sin duda 100% recomendado, la pasamos muy bien en familia, el acceso no es tan complicado, pero si recomiendo un carro alto, aunque no precisamente doble, mi carro es alto pero sencillo y no tuvo ningún problema

Beautiful view from the top deck where our place was. We didn’t realize it had multiple units but it was quiet. Main room doesn’t have a/c but it goes in from a bedroom with a fan. We cooked often and it stayed cool. Thank you!! Hope to be back again to beautiful Costa Rica!
