We were so do happy either way this home. It was literally pristine in every way. In fact it was much nicer than we expected. The linens and beds were so nice. Every inch was spotless! There was plenty of parking and we felt totally safe and secure! We loved the local vibe and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend this home! The accommodations were amazing! Large, lively clean 4 bedroom, 4 bath home. Well secured. Excellent communication from host!! Cute courtyard. Walkable to great Midway restaurant, a park, and seaside sidewalk. The road along the house can be busy day and night.

This place exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect. The electric gate that closes the property off to the street makes you feel very safe. The house was immaculate. Every amenity that we needed was there. Air-conditioning works great. They included a 5 gallon bottle of water so we felt safe drinking the water. The location is also safe to walk to multiple different restaurants. We will definitely rent here again!

Excellent value for money and ideal location!. The place is well furnished and clean. You can walk to the seafront for beautiful sunrise and sunset views, or to pick up a nice coffee and johnnycakes at Le Petit, or to nice restaurants. Minutes walk to the water taxi to go the cayes. The host was very responsive and instructions were clear. There were no issues for check-in and check-out, and flexibility for an early check-in for a minimum fee which was very convenient. Each room with its own bathroom was also a plus.

Last minute booking. Everything went great. Beautiful airbnb. Close to cruise port and downtown. Nice vibe. Locals are great made us feel at home. Get out walk around you definitely won't regret. Thanks for the last minute accommodations.

Great area very quiet neighborhood nice view would love to come back again sometimes with my friends very soon. The only problem I have was that the key didn’t work for the last few days and we had to get out of the car every time to open the gate because the key did not work, but everything else was great. Had a great time. My friends had a great time. We’ll do it again another time thank you.

This is a great place to stay for groups. We occupied both the 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and it was much better than a hotel. Cooking and laundry facilities were very helpful as were the big tables around which we could eat, meet, and talk. There are a few different restaurants and food trucks within walking distance (try Don Ceviche and Brew Coffee!) and the neighborhood feels very safe. There can be some road noise, but not enough to be a big issue for anyone. Overall, a great place for larger groups!

Very clean, great location, peaceful & safe neighborhood. Beautiful front & backyard. Gathered with family for dinner at the big table at the side yard. Parking on premises was safe. All bedroom has a clean bathroom. Maybe a full length mirror in a central location in the apartment would be my only suggestion. Also, they accommodated us to stay a little later as our pickup was running late. Truly a stress free stay. Will definitely stay here again. 5⭐️

Fantastic! We were in Belize city for a family wedding (we are a family of 5), we were going to be landing just a few hours beforehand and wanted to check in early. I messaged the host about this and they were immediately responsive. Charged a small fee for early check in, we were very thankful for their accommodation. The unit was clean! Beds and pillows were comfortable. We stayed in unit 1 which has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom which felt like such a luxury! The place was perfect for our size family. The neighborhood had a cafe and a few restaurants that were easy to walk to. It is also very close to the ferry that brings you to the islands. We had some trouble upon arrival getting the gate to open but again I messaged the host who responded and even showed up to Help immediately. I would 100% stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone in our party stated their bed was very comfortable, a high priority of mine when traveling. The place was clean and in a very safe neighborhood of Belize City. In addition to the safe area, the fortified gate gave extra peace of mind. Hipolito and Sharon are very helpful and were very responsive to our inquiries, usually getting back to us in 10-15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Belize City.

Great place to stay very clean, the host was very nice and response quick!!! Also we had a problem with checking out nice of how large our group was and they allowed us to take a whole hour and 30 mins extra… very helpful!!! We’ll definitely return !! Beds were also very comfortable!!

My boyfriend and my daughter and her boyfriend, and my best friend stayed at the home it was supposed to be six of us but turned out to be five. We had our own bedrooms and each bedroom had its own full bathroom, that’s shower instead of tub which was perfect. Very clean rooms very nice beds and we all said that we slept like babies, there is a little farmers market right down the street at the end from the house that we shopped at and also there was a little food hut across the street that sold street corn and of course we had to visit there because my daughter just had to try the corn and she loved it. The neighborhood was very quiet, some nights you could hear people across the street in the little park area laughing and enjoying life but in a very pleasant manner. Our second day there after going to the grocery store shopping we went back to the house and cooked and enjoyed the sitting area outside from the kitchen. We loved it there and will definitely be staying there again.

Hipólito’s place was perfect for our one night stay with our group of six. We walked easily from the ferry and also walked to restaurants. There was so much space for us to spread out and great showers!

Great place for our family and extended family to stay! It was super nice for every room to have its own bathroom, and the place is gorgeous and comfortable. It was also really nice to be within walking distance to so many things. We only grabbed a taxi back from the grocery store once because we bought some heavy items.

Hipolito and Sharon were gracious hosts and totally responsive to our needs. We felt like we were visiting them versus renting. Their rental was in a great, safe location, easily accessible to restaurants and ferry and all within walking distance. Rental was clean and supplies were plentiful and they provided a huge container of filtered water. Hipolito even gave us a ride to the airport. Very, very pleased with renting from them and would do so again.

This place worked well for our one night stop in Belize City. The house was extremely clean and had what we needed. We walked to a nearby restaurant called Midpointe, which was fantastic.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect – close to everything we needed and easy to access. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was such a fantastic feature, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The host was also amazing at accommodating our last-minute request for an additional room in the complex, which made our trip even better. The interior of this place was much better than expected. The location was very good with restaurants and a coffee shop within easy walking distance. It was also very close to the ferry for our ride to San Pedro

I was visiting Belize with friends and family for independence celebrations and this Airbnb was central to all the events as well as multiple restaurants. The Airbnb is exactly as pictured as clean and very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was an absolutely beautiful place and a pleasure staying within this home. I would highly recommend booking this for your stay. It’s also in a prime location with some amazing restaurants neighbor. The only constructive criticism - we would recommend a bigger trash can out door and in the kitchen especially when visiting with foodies. Overall, still 5 out of 5 and would book again! :)

What a cool spot! Right by the water with a beautiful backyard! Each room has its own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped to cook. We stayed only one night as the last leg of a two week tour through Belize - but we loved it!

Hipolito's two adjoining units were just perfect for our group of 10 that spent 7 nights in Belize. The place was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and filtered water supplied. We felt very safe with the locking gates and fully fenced yard. We especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. Both units having a washer and dryer was super helpful for us as well, as we were in Belize doing humanitarian work and had lots of dirty/sweaty clothes! :) We had a little trouble getting into the units when we first arrived, due to having the wrong codes, but Hipolito was very responsive and reset the codes right away. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms one evening and he kindly came right over to unlock the door for us, even though it was almost 9pm. Hipolito is a great host and the property is lovely! We will definitely rebook again for our annual trips to Belize City!

I stayed at Hipolito’s place for 2 nights during a family trip to Belize. The location was great: a short walk from the water ferry and right by the sea. Each room had a bathroom which was amazing for our group of 6. The back patio was serene and a lovely place for breakfast. Hipolito was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here!

Hipolito was the perfect host! He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even drove my medicine to me after check out, as I had forgotten it. The place was just as advertised, extremely clean, comfortable, safe and secure, and the location was perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Awesome place to stay in Belize City! Highly recommend! Our family of 8 stayed here, including our 6 kids ranging from 4-19 years old, and all of us had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay! The place looks exactly like the photos, or even better! It was very clean, A/C worked great, the beds were very comfortable, and it was very close to nearby restaurants and coffee shop. Great, safe place to come back to after a long day exploring the Mayan ruins, the cave and Belize Zoo! Thanks for a great stay!

This place was exactly as pictured. The location was ideal and safe. Squeaky clean and spacious. The rooms were perfect for our large family. We would definitely recommend this place and looking forward in renting again for our future trips.

House is beautiful, actually photos don’t do justice to the house. Furniture is all wooden and spotless clean. Every room had a bathroom and enough space for kids to run around. Kitchen was perfect. They also had space outside and it is walkable from local port and amenities Hipolito was very responsive and also provided us with extra water and help on request Definitely recommend

it is a great place for rent for vacation

Perfect spot for a group of eight. Everyone gets there own bathrooms! Rooms are big, the beds are comfortable. I just wished we would had had more time to enjoy the place. Kitchen was well stocked, and washer and dryer were a added bonus. I definitely recommend Hipolito’s place! You will not be disappointed 😃

If you’re looking to experience the city for a few days before heading out to adventure the rest of Belize, this spot is great. We ate at local restaurants, had a couple beers with local folks after they got off work across the street, and everyone was friendly. Keep in mind, this is a city so there are some folks and children asking for food or money on occasion. The city is a little dirty, again this should be expected. Overall, the house is great and would definitely come back.
