We were so do happy either way this home. It was literally pristine in every way. In fact it was much nicer than we expected. The linens and beds were so nice. Every inch was spotless! There was plenty of parking and we felt totally safe and secure! We loved the local vibe and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend this home! The accommodations were amazing! We will definitely come back!!

This is a great place to stay for groups. We occupied both the 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and it was much better than a hotel. Cooking and laundry facilities were very helpful as were the big tables around which we could eat, meet, and talk. There are a few different restaurants and food trucks within walking distance (try Don Ceviche and Brew Coffee!) and the neighborhood feels very safe. There can be some road noise, but not enough to be a big issue for anyone. Overall, a great place for larger groups!

Nice home, safe and secured. would have been greater with a pool in the house. overall the best around Belize city for comfortability and security.

Great place to stay with a large group!

Hipolito's two adjoining units were just perfect for our group of 10 that spent 7 nights in Belize. The place was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and filtered water supplied. We felt very safe with the locking gates and fully fenced yard. We especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. Both units having a washer and dryer was super helpful for us as well, as we were in Belize doing humanitarian work and had lots of dirty/sweaty clothes! :) We had a little trouble getting into the units when we first arrived, due to having the wrong codes, but Hipolito was very responsive and reset the codes right away. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms one evening and he kindly came right over to unlock the door for us, even though it was almost 9pm. Hipolito is a great host and the property is lovely! We will definitely rebook again for our annual trips to Belize City!
