We loved our stay at Casa Rivera! The house is spacious and clean and came equipped with everything a family needs to enjoy the house to the fullest extent. Just steps away from the beach, this house was worth every penny. We look forward to staying here again!

If you think the photos look good wait till you get there! The Villa was even better that described , very well appointed, modern and chic. The grounds were well manucured with a clean pool and serviced everyday. Plenty of room to spread out and feel a sense of privacy for all our party of 8. 100 feet to the beach and the beginning of West Bay beach, you wont need to go anywhere else on the island , many restaurants and bars within walking distance,Just buy a drink at the Argentinian Grill and stay in there chairs with umbrella for free all day! It takes a good 15 minute walk to the other end of West Bay where you can walk in the water just of The Kimpton resort and swim out to the reef for some excellent snorkelling. I found the Villa to be very well priced and affordable considering the location and ammenities offered.

It's one of the best houses I've ever stayed in. The views were breathtaking – a combination of sea and greenery. Also, the pool is awesome. And the rooms are great – we even loved the outside shower! Just highlight two points: 1) Renting a car is essential, because the location is not close to anything, not even for taking a taxi. 2) Special mention to Cali, who is responsible for taking care of the house and the garden. She is an amazing person who helps a lot with any questions you may have. The truth is that it greatly improves the experience. Overall, we would definitely return to this accommodation.

Exactly how the pictures look. Great location to get to the beaches and local restaurants. The sunsets from the pool are breathtaking. Would stay again!

My family and I visited Casa Rivera, and it was a nice experience. The house has a fantastic location just a few meters from the beach. The rooms are spacious, bright, air-conditioned and very comfortable. The common areas, such as the dining room and kitchen, are equipped with everything you need and make you feel right at home. The house has accessories such as snorkeling equipment, inflatables for the pool, and board games that allow you to enhance your entertainment experience during your stay. We can't wait to go back!

Loved it beautiful place to stay

Casa Rivera was beautiful, clean, and bright. The one-way windows let us enjoy the gorgeous morning sun and incredible views every day. The walk to the beach was one of our favorite parts, it follows a scenic trail that ends with a charming boardwalk-like path. The games and pool toys were a fun bonus, and the rechargeable lamps were a thoughtful touch for the evenings. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even including a spare bedroom key when we accidentally got locked out of the master bedroom. The outdoor space was well designed and perfect for relaxing after spending time at the beach. If I could suggest one addition, it would be a clothesline since we were swimming every morning and evening. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The house was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, from cleaning supplies to every cooking utensil imaginable. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, and the pool lighting at night made it the perfect place to relax with friends. We rented the home for a group getaway and had an incredible time. The management team was also fantastic, providing great recommendations for local activities, including private chefs and car rentals. We would definitely stay here again

Our stay at Casa Rivera was absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Roatán! We traveled with a group of 5 adults and 3 kids, and Casa Rivera exceeded all of our expectations. The hosts were incredible. Their communication was truly outstanding from beginning to end—responsive and accommodating. They even helped us arrange transportation to and from the property, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The patio and pool area were very clean and well-maintained, and our kids especially enjoyed the pool noodles and water toys that were available. Beach chairs were provided, and the beach was only about a 5-minute walk away. Our average electricity cost was about $19 per day. We highly recommend Casa Rivera to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly, and well-managed place to stay in Roatán.

My family stayed at Eagle Ray in May 2026. The home is amazing. Beautiful home and amazing views. The location is also great. The home was like the listing described. We look forward to returning to Roatan, and my family had already said they want to stay at Eagle Ray again!

Our family appreciated having space for all of us to have great rooms, in addition to well appointed, comfortable communal spaces. In addition to not having a cleaning close out process (much appreciated!), I missed that we would be charged for electricity. For six people being comfortable, yet conscious of not being wasteful for five days at the end of May, our cost was $51. For the rental rate, absolute sparkly cleanliness, fantastic showers and patios, proximity to the best beach, and a washer and dryer, this home is absolutely unbeatable! Thank you!

I loved it. Super The villa is comfortable; you can tell they paid attention to every last detail. There were pool towels, condiments like salt, pepper, etc. I imagine the other guests leave behind insect repellents and blockers, but I'm glad they share them. We felt at home.

This place was beautiful. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect, the private and fenced back yard was beautiful, house was beautifully appointed and had every try thing we needed!

Our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat was absolutely perfect! The views were spectacular. The house is gorgeous, clean, well stocked with everything we needed and then some and plenty of room for our family of 6! The pool was beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day of diving and exploring Roatan! We will definitely be back!

A great place for a family of five. Everything felt safe and clean. We loved our stay at the house and loved our stay in Roatan. When the wind switched out of the north, we snorkel on the southside right in front of the house two or three times.

Purple Palace was a dream from start to finish! The gardener, Cali, is an absolute gem—always happy to help and even chopped down fresh coconuts for us to enjoy. The home was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with ornate island art and Afro-Caribbean paintings. There’s a resident dog and cat, which was a treat for us animal lovers. The cat ("Kitty") is so sweet and loved lounging poolside with us, while the dog ("Princesa") is both affectionate and a great little watchdog (scratch her spine for instant leg kicks!). Management was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property sits atop a steep hill, making it quiet and secluded—perfect if you prefer relaxing in peace after a day of exploring. If you want walkable access to bars or the beach, this may not be ideal, but we personally loved the privacy. This home is truly one-of-a-kind, and we’re so glad we chose it for our week in Roatan.

Beautiful home, beautiful view, great deck areas. Secluded enough for peace and quiet, privacy. Pool was clean and clear, and the property was well maintained. We loved the Sandy Bay Area because it has everything you want but not an overwhelming abundance of people and tourism, it feels authentic. Great dining options from fine to not, quiet beaches, and we found a larger grocery store 5 min down the road that will have almost everything you want. (Shoutout to a new tapas/ pizza place called Plan B Pizza) within walking distance of the house. Great pizza, staff and one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had!! If you want the busy busy nightlife for a night, it’s only a 10 min drive to West bay, perfect! 10/10 will return!!

Our stay was perfect. The house was clean, ample space, beautiful and functional kitchen and we spent lots of time there enjoying food prep and meals. It is very close to the beach, 5 minute walk, and once you are on the beach, there are restaurants and activities to keep the family busy. I 100% recommend!

We were 4 women and were really happy with the house. It is beautifully constructed and decorated. Everything is top notch and seemed new. We enjoyed the super comfortable beds and furnishings inside and out. The pool was so clean. Management was immediately responsive to any questions we had in a positive and helpful way. They were also super flexible with us to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout. That was greatly appreciated! We also found the location perfect. We walked to the beach and restaurants along the road and easy path. The area seems very safe. We highly recommend this property. We will be back!

The house was really beautiful and looks brand new. Perfect size for a family of 6-8 people. The pool and the outdoor area are really nice. The place was really clean and everything worked as expected. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants at the beach. I would suggest offering a golf cart or some type of transportation to get around because it’s tough to find taxis at times. Only thing that didn’t make sense to me was the electricity charge at the end, I know it’s expensive there but $67 for 2 and half days and when we were not there for a full day so $67 for a full day I think was a bit excessive but overall really good experience.

Beautiful house in a great location. We ended up being there during rainy season and watching the rain fall over the ocean and the waves breaking on the reef was peaceful and beautiful. We spent more time at the house than we normally would but we couldn't have picked a better place. That view! There were four adults and we had plenty of space. The outdoor shower was pretty cool and the starlit showers were a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked to cook at home too. We fell in love with the cat that hangs out there. He is super sweet and became our little friend for the week. I don't know his name but we will all miss him. ❤️ All in all, this was the best place we have stayed on Roatan.

Casa Rivera is your home away from home

Very pleasant stay in Eagle Ray. Our host was very responsive to all our requests and questions. I recommend choosing this villa in Lighthouse estate without hesitation.

We loved our stay at the purple palace. The views from the terrace are beyond stunning and the apartment has its own character and is so charming. It has absolutely everything that we needed. You do want to have a car though to get up as it’s not connected to much public transport and we found the extra charge for the AC too much considering that we only used it very little.

Truly someone’s home, all done with good taste, well stocked. Gorgeous views (sunrises!), quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a party of 8, allowing for both social and private spaces. Stella and Fran very friendly and responsive: after the dishwasher succumbed they had a new one installed next day. We can’t wait to be back.

We had a very relaxing stay at the purple Palace. We love the privacy, the pool, and especially the views! We would definitely come back.

Eagle Ray is a terrific home, and we really enjoyed our stay. We cooked breakfast daily, and the kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need from spices for cooking to various pots and pans. The views are spectacular and the outdoor patio areas are great places to relax as you sip on a coffee in the morning, or a cold beverage in the evening. The location is away from hotels and restaurants enough to disconnect a bit, but close enough to get to quickly when you'd like to. We would stay again.

This house was amazing and the views were incredible! It looks exactly like the photos. The separate bedroom upstairs was perfect, both couples had completely privacy. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything we could have asked for and more. From the amazing sunrises to the magical night sky, Eagle Ray had all the amenities needed for a vacation in paradise. The house was spacious and well designed and the pool capped off our amazing days exploring the island. You can walk to West Bay from the property, but it is a good workout. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for making meals. Washer and dryer were a plus as well. BUT, nothing can compare the view and scenery - simply breathtaking. This is where you want to be, so hurry up and book before someone else does!

We loved our stay! The home was clean and fully ready when we arrived. It was stocked with everything we needed from spices, board games and cooking utensils to pool floats and even a beach bag. Hot showers and an overall very comfortable stay. The only small letdown was that the infinity pool feature wasn’t working, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else made up for it. We’d absolutely come back!

Sandy Feet Retreat is nothing short of amazing! The views are spectacular, the house is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was a family of 5 adults and we had plenty of space. Kitchen has everything you need should you decide to cook at home. Beds are comfy, and the room air conditioners cool down the rooms quickly. We never had to use the air in the family room/kitchen area. We opened the windows and doors and turned on the fans and it was plenty cool enough. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to return! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

I great house for a small group of people. Two bedrooms and office with a sleep sofa connected to the rest of the house. One bedroom and bathroom separate entrance from the rest of the house. We were a small group and enjoyed our stay here. We’ll stay here again. Thank you !

This house was beautiful! The location was very quiet and felt safe. The views were incredible and the house had everything we needed. It is a bit of a walk to West Bay Beach- but definitely doable, even with small children. There were a few great restaurants a short walk away. We had a great time!

The property was beautiful and the property management group was helpful and very responsive. Restaurants and beach area are walkable if you can handle a steep hill. The property is in a very nice neighborhood but on the windy side of the island.

LOVED our time at the Purple Palace. If you follow the google maps instructions, you'll find it no problem but it is a very steep uphill - 4 wheel drive definitely needed. The view is priceless. The large deck made for a great space to relax in the sun or shade and the pool was pristine! We had Loretta come make us a meal and it was delicious but lots of food (don't wait until your last night because you'll have left overs). We ventured out several times to local restaurants and felt safe. I would highly recommend this location.

This was our second time renting a house in Roatan, and as two couples who've shared 10+ similar vacation rentals with pools, we have a good basis for comparison. What We Loved: The location was excellent. The house was clean and well-maintained. The automatic generator was a huge plus during power outages. The views were stunning. The kitchen was well-equipped and a pleasure to use. The pool was a great size and very enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom was particularly impressive. Areas for Improvement: While our overall experience was fantastic, a few minor tweaks could make a big difference. We had a few minor leaks, that were addressed. The online photos don't clearly show that the second bedroom (the one with the view) is accessed externally, requiring outside stairs and a separate entrance. While this could be a bonus for some, it might be a surprise for others.

Wonderful oasis up on the hill near Sandy Bay. Fantastic views from every room in the house and the outside areas are wonderful. We loved having the pool to float in and cool off. The villa was very well stocked and had almost everything you need . The only thing would be if there was a kettle and more toilet paper (but we had already read about that so we brought some extra with us). I would suggest getting the A/C to keep you cool at night but the fans throughout the house helped keep things comfortable. Location is great - close to lots of great restaurants and not too far from the popular tourist locations. The drive up the hill is pretty daunting at first but once you are used to it, its not so bad. Would definitely recommend this villa!

This is a great place for a family or couples. We traveled as a family and had a wonderful stay. The place is so clean and comfortable. We were able to get together in common areas and also spread out to enjoy down time because of the layout. There are so many cool amenities in the house such as games, first aid supplies, everything you need to cook, beach towels, seasonings, plenty of outside furniture, water, and plenty more. This neighborhood is beautiful and we loved staying here. It is close to the West Bay Beach and West End restaurants. Everyone in our group agreed we would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our week in Roatan! Booking was extremely easy and any question I had was answered almost immediately. We felt like we had more than enough space to spread out, but also enjoyed being able to spend time together! The view was absolutely beautiful! We loved watching the boats come in day and night. Only thing I would say is that while West Bay is close enough to walk to, if anyone in your party has issues with walking, that would be hard as it is very hilly. Adds to the beauty, but something good to know! We actually enjoyed the extra exercise! Thank you again for being so accommodating! Would recommend you to anyone. We appreciate you having us!

Hands down one of the best vacation rentals I’ve had to date! The pool was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked with and the rooms were in great shape. Roatan property rentals, were amazing hosts The views were absolutely to die for! No complaints whatsoever and I cannot wait to be back!

The Eagle Ray was a beautiful home and had everything we needed for a wonderful, tropical getaway. This elegant home was the site of much relaxation, good cooking and spectacular views!

The Purple Palace is a great place to stay. The view is gorgeous and it is easy to get to area restaurants. The host were extremely responsive!

Eagle Ray is a dream come true! It is a beautiful location and you can’t beat the view. It is a very short walk (5min) to two very nice resorts (Meridien and Kimpton) with restaurants and beach front access, if you want to venture out for a meal. Also very short walk (10min) to activities in West Bay (parasailing, etc.). There were binders with information on recommended activities which were very helpful. We booked a private chef (Jenni) from the recommendations to make a meal for our last night and would absolutely recommend her! We will definitely be back!

The views from the home were amazing ,we stayed for a short time ,there were 5 of us and the home was very spacious with tons of room to hang out at. the outdoors also had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views by the pool. I felt very safe and at home ,the property and its surroundings were beautiful. my only complaint and its very minor was backing the car out of the driveway. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again next time i come to Roatan.

Beautiful place, we enjoyed the nights very much

The house is absolutely beautiful! The views are spectacular, the home is comfortable with everything you need, and the host is very responsive to any needs. We requested an early check in and were able to do so. That was much appreciated. The area is also fantastic with several nice restaurants close by and a quick 10ish minute drive to the West End for more restaurants, activities, etc. We dove with Sun Divers in the West End and highly recommend them. Also, if you enjoy yoga, SunDowners in the West End offered a wonderful yoga class every morning on their deck. I also went to Spa Baan Suerte in Sandy Bay for a massage which was fantastic. Highly recommend bookings this house.

Honestly booking this was worth it just by the beautiful view alone and pool. This place really only has two actual bedrooms and a floor upstairs with two beds. So there is a lack of privacy if you sleep upstairs. Also this place has two showers but one is an outdoor shower and that sometimes caused issues when it was raining or there was a lot of bugs. The drive up to the place can be a little scary at night due to it being a tight mountain road and we had a large truck and sometimes had issues seeing over the hills when driving upward. Also parking can be somewhat problematic due to the road being tight and having to maneuver the car around to go back down the mountain. I would recommend using a smaller car but we manage with the truck we had. Check in was smooth and we were even allowed to drop off our stuff early. Also cooling the place down is sometimes tough during the peak hours and it can get very warm inside. Overall the view was amazing and the place was pleasant a stay.

We had a few maintenance issues come up but they responded and got things corrected quickly

the place as everything I hoped it would be! breath taking views of the ocean. and though it as cloudy on the night of the full moon if it wasn't cloudy we would have had a front row set of the most beautiful moon rise.

We were extremely pleased with our stay! Home was in a great location with beautiful views. We loved the quiet location and privacy away from any crowds. Home had plenty to do as far as activities, games, etc. It was also very clean and open. We spent a lot of time in the private pool, snorkeling right out the back, and just lounging around enjoying the views while listening to the ocean. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

The house was stunning. My wife and I stayed for 11 days and it was absolutely perfect. Very private and had everything we needed. The property managers are wonderful and quick to respond. I'd rent the house again for sure can't wait to go back.

Eagle Ray was just as described. Super clean and had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy our vacation. The reverse osmosis system for drinking water and safe ice was a favorite as was the pool. Would absolutely stay here again if going back to Roatan.

Our family spent 4 nights at Eagle Ray, and it was a great stay. ACs throughout the entire house were excellent. Beds were comfortable. The pool and view is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed multiple sunrises. Location is wonderful, just outside of West Bay, and no more than a 15 minute drive to West End. Loretta’s Island Cooking prepared an awesome dinner for us (get the coconut shrimp)! Clearwater Adventures is fantastic for diving and snorkeling.

the house had a great beachy atmosphere, artsyand fun. The views were spectacular. the deck and pool were great spaces to chill. A well appointed kitchen made it easy to cook. the location was perfect, we had a car and it was easy to explore the whole island. Easy to communicate if we had any questions. Elvis was quick to respond. loved the whole experience.

This property was stunning and so private. The view is everything and while swimming in the pool, you couldn’t ask for more. I got fast responses for any questions we had and was given a little extra time for check out. This stay is perfect for couples and/or a family. We even got to see the pool cleaners dog and two kitties, felt like home! Only thing I would say is there was not enough toilet paper for our whole stay but that’s it! Thank you again for everything!

Absolutely stunning view and such a relaxing and warm welcoming home! The location is also great, as it is an easy 15 min drive to West End and a few great restaurants are also just down the road a few minutes as well!

If you plan on staying here I highly recommend it, note that the place is on a steepish hill if you plan on walking (we rented a vehicle). Very close to west bay beach and many restaurants. The house was a great place to stay. The views were amazing and the house was very comfortable. Elvis, the caretaker, was available for any assistance. The outdoor shower took some getting used to but at the end of the week, I really enjoyed it. The pool was relaxing at the end of the day to sit in and watch the sunset. Highly recommend.

Eagle Ray is an absolutely amazing house! I loved every space in the house and above all that my family was very happy and we have the best memories of our vacation in Roatan! The house is elegant, very large and spacious, we found it clean and in good condition. It has an excellent location a few minutes from West Bay, it has a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, rooms with their own bathroom, in short, if I have to return I would choose the same place. I just love it.

The view is breathtaking! Absolutely beautiful! House was so colorful and full of life. The pool was always clean. Also, if you get the chance, there’s a lady name Blaky in the recommendation book. She’s a private chef and would come cook for you at the house.The food was amazing! 1000/10. Overall an excellent experience! Can’t wait to come back :)

Such a lovely home, very private and ideal for a family or friends vacation. The house has everything you might need and the pool is awesome for catching the sunset or a morning swim. Communication with host was great and even let us check out 1 hr later. Highly appreciated! 100% recommend this stay. One small note, there are lots of stairs so it’s not ideal for handicapped, if that’s your case.

Was a beautiful home and experience just amazing, I personally loved the location since it was basically on top of a hill and I highly recommend getting a car rental just because location is away from the general tourist area, which I loved. Love that the home was fully furnished to cook and make coffee, if needed. Definitely looking forward to returning to this home.
