Picture do not do the place justice. Just book it. You will not regret it. Pool is super kid friendly with gradual slope in. Only regret was that we only booked it for 5 nights.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! This Airbnb was even more beautiful in person—clean, stunning, private, and in a fantastic location. The space was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen was especially impressive—very spacious, fully equipped, and stocked with all the amenities we needed to prepare meals during our stay. The property offered a wonderful sense of privacy while still being conveniently located close to local grocery stores and a variety of great restaurants. Our host was also amazing. She was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail really made the experience special. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Costa Rica. It was truly a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily return!

This place was an amazing value, with a spectacular private pool surrounded by tropical plants and endless hummingbirds. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub, which was especially wonderful during the rainy season. There were also lovely hammocks and plenty of peaceful spaces to relax. We loved having access to the private lake, where we could take out the boats and enjoy seeing ducks, geese, peacocks, cows, goats, and other wildlife nearby. The property felt very private, peaceful, and clean, while still being conveniently located near La Fortuna and grocery stores in Chachagua. The kitchen had the basics, although the utensils and knives were a little dated and we couldn’t find a spatula. There is no washer/dryer, but laundry service was available for a small fee, and the hosts were happy to provide extra towels whenever we needed them. Communication was easy, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend any hope to stay again.

Keylor’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Great location and clean and welcoming accommodation. Pool was fun and outside deck had a breathtaking view of the volcanoes at sunset. It felt very safe and was within walking distances of great restaurants. It is also well placed to access the many activities La Fortuna has to offer. We had a fabulous time! Thank you!

Two nights at La Fortuna, and this stay was convenient, relaxing, and as a group, we had two cars which fix under the shade. Kitchen had the bare minimum which we appreciated for our breakfast and midnight snack use. This was also close to a small lake which was fun to walk around. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. The accommodation was much larger than we anticipated and the kids loved the pool and searching the local lake for animals and going out on the boat. Accommodation is very close to La Fortuna for easy access to attractions nearby, although a car is recommended.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Keylor always responded very quickly. The house really met all of our needs. Everything was very clean and very well-equipped. Everything is easily accessible nearby. The grocery store is 2 minutes away, with several restaurants also nearby. We highly recommend renting Keylor's house.

We had a wonderful stay- great place for a family off the beaten path of La Fortuna. It is about 25 mins away from the town, but not isolated. Small local stores and community surrounded us. Our 4 kids spent almost every spare minute in the beautiful pool, hot tub, or paddling on the pond out back, rain or shine. The little farm and animals adjoining the property were a pleasant plus! The home was spacious, clean, comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was a beautiful peaceful place to come home to after a busy day touring La Fortuna or hiking. Keylor was very responsive and helpful throughout and before our stay.

Our priority was the safety of our family during our stay, and it was very safe. There is a security gate with an officer who controls access to the site. All our activities were nearby. On a rainy day, enjoy the Baldi hot springs. Thank you for sharing this cozy residence. 👌Pura vida!

Excellent place, very quiet and comfortable.

Where should I start with our wonderful stay? From the moment we booked until the day we left, Keylor's communication was outstanding. The space was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we were hoping for. During our stay, there was a brief power outage in the area that was completely out of Keylor's control. It only lasted a couple of hours, but it was especially concerning because my 5-year-old niece has diabetes and needs her medication refrigerated. Keylor immediately went above and beyond to help. He had his workers bring us ice and a cooler and even offered to store her medication at his nearby home to ensure it stayed safe. That level of kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness meant so much to our family. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. There were 10 of us and every single person had a wonderful time. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area, and we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much!

We throughly enjoyed the house with the pool and all modern amenities. Loved the AC control available in each bedroom! The balcony is a nice feature as well. The house is in a gated community with a 24/7 guard present. Keylor, who hosted us was quick to respond and helpful. Note: we visited in June/July-considered rainy season. We still enjoyed plenty of sunshine though for light sleepers be sure to have earplugs accessible. The downpours can be short but intense and loud enough to wake you up.

This place was great for what we needed. The only change was for us it was a little far from the tours we wanted to do. We found a really nice breakfast at Open Kitchen but other than that we were about 35-55 mins from where we needed to be. Overall happy with our stay

LOVED our stay!! The house was beautiful and clean. The kids had fun kayaking in the pond behind the house and seeing all of the animals. The pool and outdoor patio were so relaxing. The swim up bar was the perfect spot to watch the World Cup games. Plenty of space for 2 families. Easy drive into La Fortuna for all of our activities. Lara’s restaurant and Quinche’s pizza were great and 2 minutes away. Keylor was super responsive with any questions. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The landscaping around the pool is beautiful. The villa was heavenly. The kids loved the tour of the pond and the farm. The pool was perfect for the whole family. Perfect stay!

This place is very comfortable, beautiful and private. The yard is very large and even more beautiful than the photos. The lake area out back is so beautiful with access to kayaks and paddle boards. This is a wonderful place. Walkable to a few small shops and restaurants, close drive to la fortuna. We absolutely loved our stay

This home was absolutely beautiful. Behind the home is a pond with iguanas and other animals. The AC in the bedrooms worked great and the outdoor space was awesome.

Great place! Very fun for the family. Plenty of space. The ants were a bit annoying, but it's likely expected for that area. Also, it was fun walking into the village, but the walk back was BRUTAL (uphill the entire way back). Overall, super cool place!!

We really enjoyed the house it was lovely, i will say the only thing that got us was the distance from town, I didn’t realize that we would be staying so far away from everything, but honestly the house was so nice and so cool that it didn’t end up mattering too much in the end.

We loved this stay--perfect for our big group with lots of kids. The grounds full of fun animals to see and the pool and slide gave us enough to keep every busy during down time. Keylor was very responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We'd definitely recommend!

My family and I had an incredible stay in La Fortuna. The six of us enjoyed the pool, the large outdoor patio and the view from the roof balcony. We enjoyed cooking several meals in the well stocked kitchen and eating together on the large dining room table. The bathrooms were spacious and had great showers. The bedrooms were comfortable and cool for sleeping. We were able to easily visit the volcano, the waterfall, the hot springs and sloffee coffee. What a great time. Our stay in La Fortuna was memorable. You should stay here as well.

My family of 5 and I had a great stay at Keylor's place! The house and outdoor space are absolutely beautiful. The house itself had all amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Keylor is very responsive and was so helpful during our entire stay. Beds are super comfy as well!

The town of Chachagua was so charming, the people were very friendly. We loved the farm. The peacocks and other animals were so fun. The house was great, it was beautiful, fun and the pool was perfect for my family. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families or groups looking for a more comfortable and flexible experience than a hotel. The location was great — peaceful and safe, while still being very convenient to La Fortuna town. We even walked into town one day (about 1.5 km) to enjoy the restaurants and coffee shops. The home itself was very clean and well maintained. The interior was spotless, the appliances were in good condition, and everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up. We especially loved the outdoor space and really enjoyed having the pool after long days exploring the area. Overall, this was a great base for our Costa Rica trip and we would happily stay here again.

this is a beautiful, cozy home with absolutely the best view! Many other homes in this gated community would not have much of a view, but since this home is the first one, there is a clear view of the volcano. the rooftop patio is the perfect place for a morning coffee whileiste kng to the sounds of the rain forest. Keylor was very accommodating. There is a great restaurant just a 3 minute walk down the road called Mary's BBQ. Loved our visit to La Fortuna!

Keylor was a great host, and the stay was full of pleasant animal interactions. Plenty of room and the kids loved the pool slide. Best room is the second floor room.

This home is a dreamy oasis! Absolutely beautiful yard, with several areas of seating to enjoy including hammocks, and a lovely pool. A great place for bird lovers, morning coffee and bird song . There is access to the lake just through the gate where will find some impressive peacocks. This is a wonderful place to come back to after a day of adventure. I will definitely be back.

Great place, as described, not too far from La Fortuna city center and quiet and great view from volcano.

This place is beyond beautiful. Should note it is several miles from La Fortuna where all the shops and restaurants are. But Keylor has connections to drivers. Just give them the Waze link because pins do not work. The pool area and wild animals coupled with the roof deck are perfection.

The pool is a lot of fun. It’s a little bit of a distance towards town, but it’s totally worth it. Good security with the gate. They will give you a ring of keys, which is a bit hard to keep track of since there’s five different doors that need to be unlocked with five different keys. It was beetle season so we did have to fight the beetles and definitely couldn’t leave any food out. the Wi-Fi went out a bunch of times but that’s due to regional issues. The pool TV does not work. It’s too far from the Wi-Fi. Just a heads up in case that’s important to you. The host was very responsive and got us more towels when we needed it. It’s attached to a farm with lots of animals so be prepared for animal noises.There was a worker who seemed to take care of the area and he was super nice. it’s definitely in a residential area which we liked. Very pretty. You can also walk to the local soda down the hill. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to others. One of our favs

The house was beautiful! Our group of 7 had plenty of room. Looked just like the pictures. We had no issues except the animals can be a bit noisy but that would not stop us from staying here again. Keylor was very responsive to all questions!

We had a great stay at this house. We were only here for a couple of nights, but there was plenty to do to keep everyone entertained. It's a bit of a trip to get to town, but as long as you plan your trips well it's not an issue at all. I'd highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful stay at Keylor’s place! Our group included young children and older adults, and the space worked really well for everyone. The property was clean, unique, and had access to a beautiful pond area with animals, which was a highlight for the kids. The host was excellent—very responsive and quick to resolve any small issues that came up. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again.

An excellent place to spend a peaceful time with your family. The Airbnb is located within a condominium, which we thought was great since we were looking for a safe place. The neighborhood is completely quiet, and the house is beautiful and large. If you go up to the terrace, you can see the volcano.🌋 The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms have air conditioning and are well laid out. We have no complaints; it's an excellent place that we would choose again. Keylor was very kind, he answered some questions we had about the address, and he was helpful.👌🏽

The home is beautiful. Very secure and private. The perfect location, close to La Fortuna but you aren’t surrounded by hundreds of tourists. The backyard was breathtaking with all of the animals. My family loved watching the peacock’s. The pool was wonderful.

A lovely place to stay, perfect for relaxing. Even though the photos are no longer entirely up to date, we particularly liked the fact that there is now a dining table inside – that was very convenient for us, as the weather wasn't always cooperating. Overall, we felt comfortable during our stay and were able to enjoy our time there. An issue that arose during our stay was resolved by Keylor in an extremely friendly, prompt, and very accommodating manner. We really appreciated the straightforward communication and helpfulness – thank you again for that!

The place was very spacious, both inside and outside, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after an active day. The location in La Fortuna was amazing, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. If we come back, we would definitely stay in the same house again.

Very nice place with a garden and a pond, very well maintained, and the possibility of seeing animals. However, there is a leak in the master bedroom toilet, which is very bothersome. We reported it as soon as we arrived, and someone came to deal with it immediately, but they didn't fix the leak. It's a shame, because we spent 3 days with water flooding the bedroom, or else we had to turn off the water supply to the toilet. I would still like to highlight the beauty of the place.

My teenage kids had a great time exploring at the pond and swimming in the pool. My wife and I enjoyed the evening rain and would love to return one day. 10/10 experience. Thank you!🙏🏼

The house was a joy to live in! we went with small children and my parents! the pool and outside top house view is great to hang out! there is construction around the house now but it is not a bother especially if you go out during the day! the house is a bit different now then the picture, instead of the small garden inside it has a kitchen table. I thought it was more helpful so it was a good surprise!

Our group really enjoyed the place. The house is beautiful and very safe too. We were able to enjoy the Jacuzzi, the pool, and kayaking on the lake. It was truly amazing. Thank you, Keylor, for your hospitality.

What an amazing property! Absolutely gorgeous - the pool, the hot tub, the lake. We loved it! Comfortable and clean. Only drawback is if you don’t have a car there is not much in walking distance. La Fortuna is about 20-30 minutes away which is where all the activities originate. Taxis charge between $20-$30 before tip and we would ask them to stop at the bank or grocery store on the way back but walking around La Fortuna to pick up basic items is easy as well. One day we just stayed at the Airbnb and enjoyed the pool, the wildlife, went canoeing etc. Gorgeous accommodations, friendly host, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

An excellent place for groups and families to have a great time—everything in La Fortuna is very close by.

Our group had a great time at this place. Our kids enjoyed the animals on the adjacent farm and exploring around to interact with the peacocks, ducks and geese. The house was well equipped and has everything needed for an extended stay. The house is partially open to the outside and you can here the peacocks and other animals loud and clear in the mornings, for our group this was not a problem though and we thought it added to the experience. The pool and slide were also great fun for the kids and adults in our family. I would definitely recommend this place, it is worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay in la fortuna! Keylor was very helpful when we ran into a real road block and helped navigate us to the Airbnb and followed us to ensure we are going the right way - very thankful for his help. The place was clean and in a great location - close to the little town and mary’s bbq at the end was a great place to eat and hangout during dinner. We saw Tucans in the trees each night during our stay and enjoyed the pool a lot (it’s very warm!!). The construction next door wasn’t really that bad to be honest. We also had little kids, so we were up early anyways. Keylor as a host was fast in regard to dropping towels and other amenities when requested. The kitchen was stocked with mini appliances but there wasn’t much in the way of amenities (salt, pepper oil etc.) that said, we loved mary’s and ate there every night. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - we will be back next year!

We really enjoyed Keylor’s rental. It had everything we needed and he was so responsive. We had a couple minor issues and they were corrected almost immediately. Having a pool was great after a day of adventures. There was a great restaurant, Mary’s BBQ just a short walk away and their food was amazing! There was a grocery store the other direction and had what we needed. Also, the person they recommended to help with adventure plans was Awesome!! The whole experience was an A+

Absolutely incredible place. Only thing we didnt like is that we didn't stay here longer. Pictures doesn't do this stay any justice. Loved the pool, animals behind the house, the true feel tou get of Costa rica inside the house and out.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful — the pool is clean and inviting, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax in the evenings. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. One of the highlights was the nearby lake, which is perfect for a peaceful walk or hike. It added such a calm and scenic touch to the whole experience. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the instructions were clear. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed — nothing was missing. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This place was a great stay, Keylor was really flexible with check in/out times and allowed us to have visitors. Surroundings restaurants were great despite being in a less busy area. The pool area was extremely nice and great for hanging out. Important note, the king bed is huge and had its own tv while the queen beds were definitely smaller than queens.

Beautiful Home!!! Loved the pool area! And the view in the back. People spoke of a smell from the animals but we did not experience a problem at all. The host was very quick to respond to any issues. Only issue was the TV was out in guest room but they have a huge TV in living room. Around 20-25 mins out of the town so it was a nice stay. Would definitely stay again!

Keylor was very responsive and his place was clean and well kept. The house was new and beautiful, the pond and animals were a great addition to the ambiance. There is not much nightlife close by if that is what you are looking for. It is about a 40-45 minute drive to most of the excursions in LaFortuna, but was not a problem for us. The pool and outdoor area was nice and we enjoyed the evenings out there. If you are worried about bugs or lizards, this may not be the place for you. It is Costa Rica! Overall we had a great experience!

Beautiful outside. Very thoughtful and amazing plants. Pool was awesome. Keylor was very responsive. Small shower put water all over bathroom floor due to no door but we managed by creating a damn at shower entrance with towel. Neighbor had very loud music keeping our kids up past 12 am weekends. I recognize this is not the property owners issue and would just like for others to be aware of situation. Overall happy with our experience.

What a wonderful house. 8 of us stayed here with room to spare. Incredibly it's actually even nicer than the photos. Extremely comfortable and surounded by nature. A family of iguanas live round the lake along with a miriad of birds. We put the Merlin bird call app on and 23 bird species appeared. It's about 20 mins drive to la Fortuna and 2 mins from a couple of restaurants and sodas which were all very good. Communication with the house agents is extremely good and they are so helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Really highly recommended indeed

Very nice house and lush garden. Spacious and comfortable rooms. There were 8 of us and everyone had their own bed. Beautiful, very clean pool. Very well located house for visiting. Our host was very nice and responded very quickly to all requests and questions. We recommend it. We loved our stay with the family.

We had a lovely stay at Keylor’s place. Would return for another visit 100%. The star of the property is the outdoor space. You almost feel in another world, immersed in greenery and nature. We saw many birds, and the grounds are lush and lovely. The hot tub was much appreciated after days of hiking and the pool was a show-stopper, large and beautiful and very clean and new. There were a variety of outdoor seating/relaxing spaces, thoughtfully adapted for all weather - covered spaces for rain and shade as well as those for good sunshine. Inside the house was very clean and functional. We got our best showers we had in CR at this house. One item to highlight for future visitors - the master bathroom is located right in the master bedroom, no walls, just a privacy screen. Not our personal favorite layout, but it was fine enough. Overall an amazing stay and host. It helped make our CR trip special.

The house was great. It had many great outdoor spaces to go with the indoor space. The host was attentive and quick to resolve any issues.

Crazy property

My family and I loved staying here. Having a pool and a hot tub all to ourselves was a real treat. We often went on morning/evening walks around the pond next to the property where we saw the peacocks and farm animals, and even spotted frogs, toads, basilisks, and iguanas! We had a few bumps here and there like noisy neighbors and issues with water not running, but everything got resolved in very timely manners thanks to our highly communicative and helpful hosts. Staying here might come with a few minor quirks like water not getting as hot as you might be used to it home or muffled dog barking at night, but to us those things were not major concerns and all of the many pros far outweigh any small cons here. We would absolutely stay here again (:

Fantastic place. The house is super clean and has everything you need. We liked it so much that we decided to stay one more night. Keylor's hospitality was excellent and there is close and easy access to downtown La Fortuna.
