Notre priorité était la sécurité pour notre famille durant notre séjour, c’était très sécuritaire. Il y a une barrière de sécurité avec un agent qui contrôle les accès du site. Tout nos activités étaient à proximité. Durant une journée de pluie, profiter des hot spring Baldi. Merci d’avoir partagé cette chaleureuse résidence. 👌Pura vida !

The location was excellent, and the home was conveniently close to many restaurants and stores, which made our stay very enjoyable. The only issue we encountered was when we were packing to leave and noticed that one of the pillows in the master bedroom had mold. We understand that the area is very humid, and things like this can happen. However, it's something that could be concerning, especially for guests with allergies, asthma, or other health conditions. We wanted to mention it so it can be addressed for future visitors.

Amazing volcano views – such a relaxing stay! We really enjoyed our time at this home in La Fortuna. The view of the volcano from both the kitchen and living area was incredible — you could just sit there and take it in the whole time, especially in the mornings. Being in a gated community made us feel really safe and at ease during our whole stay. The pool was a great bonus, and we spent a lot of time relaxing there and out in the sit-out area outside. It was such a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall a wonderful place to stay in La Fortuna — comfortable, safe, and with a view you won’t forget. Would definitely recommend!

We throughly enjoyed the house with the pool and all modern amenities. Loved the AC control available in each bedroom! The balcony is a nice feature as well. The house is in a gated community with a 24/7 guard present. Keylor, who hosted us was quick to respond and helpful. Note: we visited in June/July-considered rainy season. We still enjoyed plenty of sunshine though for light sleepers be sure to have earplugs accessible. The downpours can be short but intense and loud enough to wake you up.

My family and I had an incredible stay in La Fortuna. The six of us enjoyed the pool, the large outdoor patio and the view from the roof balcony. We enjoyed cooking several meals in the well stocked kitchen and eating together on the large dining room table. The bathrooms were spacious and had great showers. The bedrooms were comfortable and cool for sleeping. We were able to easily visit the volcano, the waterfall, the hot springs and sloffee coffee. What a great time. Our stay in La Fortuna was memorable. You should stay here as well.

We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families or groups looking for a more comfortable and flexible experience than a hotel. The location was great — peaceful and safe, while still being very convenient to La Fortuna town. We even walked into town one day (about 1.5 km) to enjoy the restaurants and coffee shops. The home itself was very clean and well maintained. The interior was spotless, the appliances were in good condition, and everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up. We especially loved the outdoor space and really enjoyed having the pool after long days exploring the area. Overall, this was a great base for our Costa Rica trip and we would happily stay here again.

this is a beautiful, cozy home with absolutely the best view! Many other homes in this gated community would not have much of a view, but since this home is the first one, there is a clear view of the volcano. the rooftop patio is the perfect place for a morning coffee whileiste kng to the sounds of the rain forest. Keylor was very accommodating. There is a great restaurant just a 3 minute walk down the road called Mary's BBQ. Loved our visit to La Fortuna!

Great location, away from the busy main area of La Fortuna, but close via scooter/car (within minutes) to eateries, groceries, & shops. The bedrooms were sufficient; mattresses are firm, pillows are flat, only thin sheets-no blanket if you’re cold. A/C in each room that kept overall temperature comfortable. Sliding glass doors for entry points to each room which do not divert any outside sound (construction, music, rain, insects/birds) so it’s not a quiet place. Listing pictures are from when it was first listed, some maintenance & upkeep are overdue: only 1 reclining lounge chair (needs replaced), bathroom drains need replaced, drawers/cupboards don’t close fully/slide well, faucet sprayer doesn’t retract, laundry room door doesn’t latch, paint/primer splashed on doors, tiles have tar/grout all over. The pool is heated which is nice in the evening but water level needs better monitoring as it wasn’t full on arrival. Pictures need updated. Overall budget property in great location.
