The apartment was just as pictured. It has a beautiful water view from the balcony and a beautiful city view from the other bedroom. The restaurant located in the building was delicious. There is a market that has most everything, including fresh food, within a block. I was allowed to check in a little early and check out a little late. The host was very kind and helpful. I have visited Panama numerous times. I would definitely recommend staying at the apartment.

Our stay in Panama City was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alfredo’s Airbnb. Alfredo was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The space itself was modern, and exactly as described. The views were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore the city, grab great food, and get around without any hassle. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Alfredo as a host to anyone visiting Panama City.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the accommodations. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The views were absolutely beautiful and added so much to the overall experience. The location was also a huge plus—being close to everything made getting around very convenient. The apartment was clean for the most part, though there were a few areas—particularly in the bathrooms—that could have used a bit more detailed attention. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. We especially appreciated how responsive the host was. Any concerns we brought up were addressed quickly, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely consider staying again. Thank you for hosting us!

Our family recently stayed at a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Panama City, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The condo was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, perfect for traveling with family. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the bay. Waking up each morning to the water and enjoying the peaceful skyline in the evenings truly elevated the entire trip. The unit was well-equipped and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after long days exploring the city. The location made it easy to access restaurants, shopping, and key areas around Panama City while still enjoying a quiet, scenic atmosphere. Alfredo was an exceptional host. Anytime we had a minor issue, such as needing additional towels or when the hot water heater wasn’t working as expected, he responded quickly and addressed it right away. His communication was prompt, professional, and courteous, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay.

The view is the highlight of this listing. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony. This was our nicest stay in Yoo Arts Tower. The appliances and furniture were brand new. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the started supplies and could easily go to Foodie Market right downstairs for anything we needed. We would stay here again.

Alfred is great! Love the apartment. We had a great time and always felt safe. The building can use some touch ups. Great pool area. Elevators are dark. We didn’t have water for a few hours. Overall amazing experience with friends.

This keyless entry condo offered a stunning view of the Panama Bay, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. I spent many evenings lounging in the recliner, watching the serene blue ocean waters, boats, and birds soaring overhead. The unit was immaculately clean, with all the furniture and appliances brand new and high-end. Starting my day with a refreshing warm shower, I headed downstairs to enjoy a delicious breakfast. The condo was conveniently located near several restaurants, pharmacies, banks, and grocery stores, all within a 10-minute walk. The Hilton, which is next door, offers salsa and dinner shows, adding to the entertainment options. The host was very kind and responsive. can’t wait to return and experience this wonderful place again.

This place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Since the place is located by the highway, the morning traffic woke me until I closed the shades completely and that helped considerably. The only downside I will share is the apartment is located right over the gym so you can hear when someone drops weights on the ground. That woke me up several times. Overall great location within walking to everything. The building is always secure and nice to have restaurant options all around including an attached market. I would stay again!

The Place is great as is described. The valet parking is also nice to use. Is the Ave Balboa so there is a mall with great restaurants and bars to hang out with walking distance. Very nice place to stay for sure wile in vacation in the city.

Alfredo was responsive and gave ckear instructions on the room. The room was not as advertised. Which was very disappointing. Overall 3.5 stars for the advertising of the room. It was clean but seemed like it wasnt completely finished (minor touchups needed, painting, light fixtures, broken towel handle in bathroom. Instructions said netflix was available. The tv didnt have netflix at all. Overall this is a wonderful location, close to everything, walkable. It is on a high traffic road, so youll hear the traffic all day. Sundays the traffic is more peaceful.

The place is right on the main drag and easy to commute to/from. it is in one of the tallest buildings in the city and has all of the amenities you may need. a pool, a spa and a gym. Several restaurants in the building. A grocery store on the back, etc. The place is huge and even though it is for up to 2 people sharing one bed, it is spacious enough for entertaining. The host was very responsive and the description was spot on. One word of caution is street noise. if you are not used to a major highway being right next to the building, you may wish to bring ear plugs. The drivers like to honk and stage drag racing after dark. But it is a city for you... Not a peaceful village... Overall, a great experience and a killer view.

Nice place. Good location. We enjoyed the stay and loved having a washer/dryer in unit. It was a downer that the elevator was not working properly while we were there, but sure that is fixed by now. Had some touch up’s needed done on the apartment but it looked like they were addressing that.

Very good place, excellent size and location, preparation from arrival. The truth is all notable points, I leave 4 stars and not 5, because the air conditioning needs maintenance/cleaning, the rooms are filled with a musty smell that expels these appliances. Everything else was perfect!

This place was great, the AC was wonderful, especially in such a hot/humid area. SOME of the windows don't LOCK, so it may not be a good idea with small, curious kids. The location was delightful, since MOST of the food places we ate at, were literal steps away. And the food in the area... GOOD LORD, it was delicious. My only gripe, is I wish the bedroom blackouts COVERED the entire window. As someone who works night shift and enjoys a good sleep, the sun crept in just a little too much for me. But that won't change my overall praise of the place. Wonderful, recommend.

Great place to stay in Central Panama. Transportation (buses and cabs) at your fingertips. Alfredo quickly responded to our needs, which was a blessing since we like to cook. Would stay there again despite having to live so high in the sky. lol

Hola Paula, muchas gracias por tus comentarios. Como te comenté, intenté hacerte un "upgrade" con un apartamento nuevo a estrenar que recien acabamos de habilitar. Como es normal, pequeños detalles surgieron, pero me hubiese encantado me hubieses permitido arreglarlo al momento que estabas ahi, tal como te lo ofrecí, pero entendí que no habia inconveniente. Lo de la electricidad, definitivamente un problema con el medidor de la compañia electrica, pero lo importante es que logré ubicarte en otro apartamento de la misma categoria en el mismo edificio, asi que creo que todo estuvo bien para ustedes, pero no estan de más extender mis mas sinceras disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas.

Everything was great. Check in and communication with Alfredo was super quick and easy. The apartment was clean and centrally located. We loved the rooftop view and had a great time. I would just give a heads up when it comes to ordering an Uber (nothing related to the host or location) but I would set up the pick up location in the back of the building because Ubers weren’t always finding us on Ave Balboa. We often went into Casco Viejo and it was a quick and easy Uber. I just wanted to give a heads up about the pick up location. It was such a great trip and I would definitely recommend.

Alfredo’s unit is straightforward and has most of the basics. The view was very nice and I did enjoy the rooftop pool. He communicates well and answered my questions in a timely manner. There wasn’t much night life nearby but I was a short Uber away from the other more lively parts of town. You can find coffee and the drug store in walking distance!

Our stay with Alfredo was very disappointing. The bad: The beginning of the trip started with poor communication. After numerous messages, he responded late in the day before we were going to check in. It was unsettling considering we were traveling from out of the country and needed the location info for our international customs. Many features of the apartment are outdated. The flooring was coming apart, the faucets were very old and grimy, the shower had a very old head (poor pressure), and the toilets had Nasty yell or stains on the seat. The toilets need to be replaced… The apartment bedroom had one blanket on the bed and one sheet. In the coset there was one extra sheet. We asked the host for one extra blanket and he refused. It was a simple request, but he responded by accusing us of having more than two people staying in the apartment. Very rude. There was no soap in the bathroom. No soap in the shower. Be prepared to buy everything you’d need for the shower and for the kitchen. The good : The apartment was in a great location. It was very easy to get around the city from where we were. There are two bathrooms which is very convenient. The view is ok. It is not ocean side, but it has a good view of the city.

Era de esperarse que colocaras cosas negativas y adeversas a toda la mejor experiencia que se te trató de dar, pero es claro por el resto de las calificaciones que tiene este apartamento, que nada de lo que colocas es cierto. En efecto, las instrucciones de entradas siempre las tuviste desde un inicio, tambien es cierto que el apartamento viene equipado con jabon de baño, para la ropa, para los platos y es todo nuevo para cada huesped. El apartamento tiene dos baños en perfecto estado y por consiguiente sus inodoros. Con respecto a la manta extra, ya tenias dos juegos de sabanas en el apartamento, adicional a toallas de cuerpo, de cara, para la cocina, tienes realmente todo. No puedes estar pidiendo toallas extras o mantas extras como si fuera un hotel. Recuerda que no es un hotel sino un apartamento que tiene su inventario y muy bien surtido. Adicionalmente saliste dos horas luego de la hora de check out sin el consentimiento mio y sin razon alguna. Sin embargo, no se te dijo nada porque evidentemente eres una persona especial.

Spectacular city view from 19th floor of modern high rise building. Super-easy check in, easy free parking for rental car. Massive one bedroom apartment with loads of space. Very modern. Excellent pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Terrific communication with the host. He sent a helpful checkin video by WhatsApp before we arrived. And make sure you go to the rooftop pool. Really great Airbnb.

The view is amazing, but that’s about it. Communication with the host was rather difficult. The host took hours to respond to messages. They never followed through to make sure issues were resolved or to simply make sure that I as a guest was ok. There aren’t any courtesy body soap and shampoo. There were no extra trash bags, and cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself. The most disturbing part is the roaches. There were roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen. But the kitchen was the worst. It was impossible to cook anything without tens of roaches bombarding you in the kitchen. They were even in the fridge. I’d most definitely not recommend this place. There are many high rises in the area with comparable views.

If you are going to Panama on vacation or business, I recommend Alfredo's apartment. Apart from being very spacious and having a beautiful view, it is very well located! The building has two of Panama's best restaurants. It is close to the financial area, the old town and the best mall! There are restaurants and shops nearby and it is very easy to get to the cosway from there! Thank you Alfredo!

Alfredo’s apartment and location was amazing! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay her. Very clean, spacious and beautiful dining set up. Even had a washer dryer we could use which I really loved. It’s close to many restaurants, bars and clubs. And only about a 10 minute drive to Casco del Antiguo which is a beautiful place to visit with family and friends. Alfredo also was easy to contact and very helpful. I 100% would recommend Alfredo’s place for those who wish to vista Panamá.

We enjoyed our three night stay in December here. it was walking distance from several restaurants and was very happy with the AC units and the big comfortable bed. the TV sound system was not good but that doesn't matter much if she spends most of the time in town. My only complaint is that there were no cleaning products available, so we couldn't clean after ourselves or wash the dishes, and there were some cockroaches around the sink every morning, but I think that could be typical of places in a big city.
