This place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Since the place is located by the highway, the morning traffic woke me until I closed the shades completely and that helped considerably. The only downside I will share is the apartment is located right over the gym so you can hear when someone drops weights on the ground. That woke me up several times. Overall great location within walking to everything. The building is always secure and nice to have restaurant options all around including an attached market. I would stay again!

The Place is great as is described. The valet parking is also nice to use. Is the Ave Balboa so there is a mall with great restaurants and bars to hang out with walking distance. Very nice place to stay for sure wile in vacation in the city.

Alfredo was responsive and gave ckear instructions on the room. The room was not as advertised. Which was very disappointing. Overall 3.5 stars for the advertising of the room. It was clean but seemed like it wasnt completely finished (minor touchups needed, painting, light fixtures, broken towel handle in bathroom. Instructions said netflix was available. The tv didnt have netflix at all. Overall this is a wonderful location, close to everything, walkable. It is on a high traffic road, so youll hear the traffic all day. Sundays the traffic is more peaceful.

This place was amazing and the view was fantastic. Alfredo was easy to communicate with and responded quickly anytime we had questions. If you're thinking about staying here, just do it.
