Great place to stay! Great for large groups! My family and I had a phenomenal vacation, La Casa-Hacienda is even better than in the photos, it has excellent maintenance and cleanliness. Elizabeth is always kind and attentive, her very attentive, helpful and reliable staff, deserve a congratulations Álvaro, Anita and Beatriz, as they supported and resolved everything during our stay and cooked us delicious. The pool was at a good temperature, it was very sunny days and we didn't need the extra heating. We definitely got back.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from downtown, everything is close, supermarket, shops, etc. The kindness of the people in the hacienda is of another level, it is even better than staying in a hotel, each room has a bathroom, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the parking lot is very large, many cars fit. General cleaning is done every day in common areas and each room. The pool is perfect, the hacienda in general is beautiful and super well cared for. Returning to the topic of caregivers, they are super friendly people, I would like to thank Alvaro for all his attentions, everything you need they are aware of, they make breakfast, lunch and dinner plans for guests at very affordable prices and the food is delicious. In short, my friends and I will return and I recommend it 100%.

Our stay at Hacienda el Capricho was more than excellent, the photos don't do the facilities justice. Everything is super clean and tidy. The pool is super comfortable. Personally, I recommend paying the extra for the boiler, so you can use it the next day in the morning and it's still warm. Communication with Elizabeth is super fast, and the on-site staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.
