The place is amazing, very nice, very clean, the service we received was excellent. Alvaro is very friendly, Eli is very helpful and attentive, he responds to messages very quickly. The only thing I would recommend is to put mosquito repellent plates in each room because there are many. Apart from this detail, the stay was great.

The accommodation is really comfortable, clean and the treatment of Elizabeth and Álvaro is wonderful. They treated us super well, they offered us a food service, which exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, with plenty of room and space. The rooms are comfortable, clean and super spacious. The facilities in general are very suitable for a large group. We felt very calm and safe.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is very good, the communication and response of Álvaro and Elizabet excellent. The only thing is that it is not clear that when you book only 5 rooms, they publish the house with 9 and you think you are booking 9 but there are 5 and the others charge you. I suggest that they publish only 5 and in the description put 4 other and not the other way around.

Great place to stay! Great for large groups! My family and I had a phenomenal vacation, La Casa-Hacienda is even better than in the photos, it has excellent maintenance and cleanliness. Elizabeth is always kind and attentive, her very attentive, helpful and reliable staff, deserve a congratulations Álvaro, Anita and Beatriz, as they supported and resolved everything during our stay and cooked us delicious. The pool was at a good temperature, it was very sunny days and we didn't need the extra heating. We definitely got back.

Thank you very much Elizabeth for your hospitality. I'd really like to invite anyone who's thinking of booking this Airbnb to do so. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from downtown, everything is close, supermarket, shops, etc. The kindness of the people in the hacienda is of another level, it is even better than staying in a hotel, each room has a bathroom, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the parking lot is very large, many cars fit. General cleaning is done every day in common areas and each room. The pool is perfect, the hacienda in general is beautiful and super well cared for. Returning to the topic of caregivers, they are super friendly people, I would like to thank Alvaro for all his attentions, everything you need they are aware of, they make breakfast, lunch and dinner plans for guests at very affordable prices and the food is delicious. In short, my friends and I will return and I recommend it 100%.
