Our stay in Coco Bay, Costa Rica was incredible! The house is beautiful, and the views are simply breathtaking. Every evening, we were treated to spectacular sunsets that never got old. The patio and pool area were our favorite part of the property. Relaxing by the pool while taking in the stunning ocean views was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica. Having access to the private beach club was a wonderful bonus. The shuttle service made getting there easy and convenient, and the beach itself was gorgeous and well worth visiting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and even more impressive in person than the photos. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.

We liked this place so much! We were surprised by the attention to detail in the apartment and the place is really nice overall. Close to the beach, walkable distance, 5-10 minutes in car away from Coco Beach, and we had a great experience.

My brother and I enjoyed our stay at Tropical Dreams. You can't hear the ocean waves or see the ocean but the beauty of Costa Rica never disappoints. The gentleman on site was amazing - helpful, friendly, and generally interested in making sure the guests were accommodated. The entire condo was very clean, especially the kitchen. It had everything we needed. It was a very quiet place to stay, private, yet walkable to be beach and nearby stores. The terrace was beautiful and a great place to hang out for morning coffee, during rainstorms, or evening sunsets. A few things others may like to know: -Some people may think it's too far to walk but it really isn't bad and is actually normal for Costa Rica. -The water is HOT! Be careful because it was burn you if you're not careful. -The beds are not the most comfortable and could really use new pillows. -There were some stains on the bedspread but you could tell that the bedding was still clean. Overall, we would return! Great value!

The place was very nice and well equipped. The quiet hours according to the condominium rules are after 10 pm. However, we suffered constant harassment from a foreigner who lives in Villa 7, starting on Day 1. It should be noted that the speaker was very small and we didn't have it at maximum volume. It couldn't be heard inside the house and rooms. We tested it, but it still bothered him. He even threatened to call the president so they would kick us out with no rewards, and he told us that he lived there and we didn't. It was an unpleasant experience to feel attacked and harassed while on vacation, when you are looking to get away from stress, enjoy yourself, and rest.

Hello! We will contact the person and get the review. We have never had a review regarding this before as guests were always happy. We will contact the tenant of #7. If this was truly a problem, you should have communicated with us immediately to allow us to handle it and you never mentioned anything to us during your stay. We also found broken items in your condo not reported. We hope next time you report things to Airbnb or the Host to assist you properly. The only note we have from you is you are coming to celebrate your birthday at the time of reservation.

This home is extremely beautiful and very clean. The view is AMAZING!! My entire group had a great time. Lisa was very friendly, helpful with recommendations, and always available to answer questions. I definitely recommend renting a golf cart during your stay. The community is very private, which made us feel very safe the entire time. The beach club is also great, so take advantage of it! I’ll definitely book this home again.

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodation was well equipped; we did not want for anything. There are plenty of beach and pool supplies, which was a plus during our stay. We were able to do everything on foot: the market, the beach, and the restaurants. I'll go back.

The view from this home is quite hard to explain and so incredibly beautiful. The pool is absolutely amazing and every room large and comfortable. The pool and the view are hard to beat in this home perched above Coco. The Pacific Community itself was beautiful and comfortable. Though a bit of a walk to the gate (on the main strip), transportation is easy enough from the home by car, cart, cab or shuttle. Highly recommended this home and it is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

The place is like the pictures. We have everything we need to have a great vacation. The beach is an eight-minute walk away, and the sunsets at the beach are beautiful. In addition, you have the pool to relax. Thanks to our host for everything.

The place was safe, very close to the beach. You could walk there. It had everything you could need to sleep and cook, and the customer service was excellent. When I arrived, it was raining, and being in the condominium, it was difficult for me to find the apartment, so I made a video call and they immediately located me.

The accommodation is a 3-4 minute walk from a beautiful beach - Playa Ocotal. It is perfect for a couple. The space was clean and safe. Several amenities are provided, including a washer, dryer, air conditioner, utensils, etc. Parking is secure. Supervisors are present 24/7. The water pressure was not stable, but we were warned about this by the manager, and it didn't bother us too much. The entrance to the accommodation is less attractive, but it may be suitable if you are looking for calm. One thing is certain: the price of the accommodation is competitive. We visited other properties in the area for our next trip, and we are very comfortable with the price paid. I recommend it.
