Great studio, had everything needed and more. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach. Nice pool. Peaceful. Hosts were proactive and there was good communication.

This place is gorgeous. We were a group of 10 family members and loved every minute of it. The golf carts make it fun to go to the market, restaurants or beach club. To visit other beaches to go surfing , scuba or snorkeling you'll need other transportation. Lots of places pick you up. The Diamond Eco park was perfect for the whole family for a cultural, animal, zip lining experience and only 30 minutes away. Just being in the house with that beautiful view and pool was really enough for hours of relaxing. We were lucky because we had no rain!

The accommodation is spectacular. It is super safe. The condominium pool is very large and clean. The accommodation had everything you need. A quiet and very safe environment. We recommend it 100% without a doubt.

Our stay in Coco Bay, Costa Rica was incredible! The house is beautiful, and the views are simply breathtaking. Every evening, we were treated to spectacular sunsets that never got old. The patio and pool area were our favorite part of the property. Relaxing by the pool while taking in the stunning ocean views was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica. Having access to the private beach club was a wonderful bonus. The shuttle service made getting there easy and convenient, and the beach itself was gorgeous and well worth visiting. The home was clean, well-maintained, and even more impressive in person than the photos. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.

We liked this place so much! We were surprised by the attention to detail in the apartment and the place is really nice overall. Close to the beach, walkable distance, 5-10 minutes in car away from Coco Beach, and we had a great experience.

A nice and quiet place to spend time as a family

This home is extremely beautiful and very clean. The view is AMAZING!! My entire group had a great time. Lisa was very friendly, helpful with recommendations, and always available to answer questions. I definitely recommend renting a golf cart during your stay. The community is very private, which made us feel very safe the entire time. The beach club is also great, so take advantage of it! I’ll definitely book this home again.

Our stay was wonderful! The accommodation was well equipped; we did not want for anything. There are plenty of beach and pool supplies, which was a plus during our stay. We were able to do everything on foot: the market, the beach, and the restaurants. I'll go back.

The view from this home is quite hard to explain and so incredibly beautiful. The pool is absolutely amazing and every room large and comfortable. The pool and the view are hard to beat in this home perched above Coco. The Pacific Community itself was beautiful and comfortable. Though a bit of a walk to the gate (on the main strip), transportation is easy enough from the home by car, cart, cab or shuttle. Highly recommended this home and it is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

The place is like the pictures. We have everything we need to have a great vacation. The beach is an eight-minute walk away, and the sunsets at the beach are beautiful. In addition, you have the pool to relax. Thanks to our host for everything.

The place was safe, very close to the beach. You could walk there. It had everything you could need to sleep and cook, and the customer service was excellent. When I arrived, it was raining, and being in the condominium, it was difficult for me to find the apartment, so I made a video call and they immediately located me.

The accommodation is a 3-4 minute walk from a beautiful beach - Playa Ocotal. It is perfect for a couple. The space was clean and safe. Several amenities are provided, including a washer, dryer, air conditioner, utensils, etc. Parking is secure. Supervisors are present 24/7. The water pressure was not stable, but we were warned about this by the manager, and it didn't bother us too much. The entrance to the accommodation is less attractive, but it may be suitable if you are looking for calm. One thing is certain: the price of the accommodation is competitive. We visited other properties in the area for our next trip, and we are very comfortable with the price paid. I recommend it.

Loved the place

I went with my family of 4, and we had a great time. Excellent location, comfortable space, and close to several beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. We were pleasantly surprised by the small details from The Garrett Group that make a difference. We would stay here again.

Close to the beach quite area.

A wonderful stay in this place! The rooftop lounge was incredible, at any time of the day, luminous and always a little breeze. The pool is very nice too, and we walked to the beach in 10 minutes. I recommend this place!

Beautiful house and beautiful pool!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Village! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals, which made it feel like a home away from home. It was also stocked with thoughtful extras like pool toys and beach chairs, which made relaxing by the water so easy. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay — we would definitely come back! 🌴🌊

The rooftop deck was amazing - it was the highlight of the suite!! We spent most of our time and ate all of our meals there (when not out exploring the surrounding area). We didn't mind the extra steps - and appreciated having the BBQ, fridge & sink as well as lots of room to relax and enjoy the views and local wildlife. The suite was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed - but comparatively dark with limited views. The pool was very refreshing and a great place to meet the other guests. The Garrett Group was really good at communicating recommendations for the local area and keeping in touch with us before and during our stay. Thanks too for the opportunity to contribute shoes and socks to the local kids. 5 stars for sure!

The apartment was clean and neat as advertised

The staff were so helpful when we arrived early offering a secure place for our luggage to free us up to explore the beach until our unit was ready. Staff went out of their way to guide us to our front door, assisting us with our luggage. The condo was a short safe walk straight to beach. The condo pool was quiet, clean with some shade to be found no matter time of day. Our unit had a small private patio where birds and wildlife could be viewed. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the tidal pools along Ocotal’s shores.

Loved our stay here! It exceeded our expectations with the beauty of the place itself, the area and all its amenities (and all the extras - coolers, pool/beach stuff, etc.). This place was super clean and in a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. We would highly recommend to stay here!

Awesome appartment, very quiet and private. The rooftop terrasse is stunning. The pool was very quiet, there was more often than. not nobody there, making it almost a private pool. Well located, everything is easily walkable. Highly recommend.

An impeccable two-story accommodation, amazing location and the fully equipped rooftop terrace is a big plus for an intimate and breathtaking vacation with views of nature and the sea in the distance! I would recommend this place without hesitation for a vacation in Costa Rica.

The place is wonderful, private, the apartment has everything, we loved it and had a great time. The location is perfect, it's close to several beaches. I recommend it, it's worth it. It has a swimming pool and on the third floor there is a place to make roast meat.

Our lodgings were spectacular! The house was beautifully furnished, pristine, and extremely comfortable. The views from the outdoor patio were breathtaking. We hated to leave! The Garrett Group will be highly recommended to our extended family, friends, and neighbors.

This condo was exactly as described & worth the good value that it cost. It is a walkable neighborhood. The pool area was very nice, & the local workers were friendly. The condo had all the amenities we could need, & the pool room full of gear in the back of the house was an added bonus.

Very good location, safe, clean, we really enjoyed the stay

very friendly greeting when checking in, would respond very quickly if there were any questions. Beds were comfortable, view was amazing, lots of local recommendations, and the pool was very clean.

The Garrett Group had fantastic communication and were very accommodating. We made use of "The Club" to store our luggage and do some remote work while we waited for our condo to be ready. They gave us a ride over in the golf cart as well... above and beyond! The Tropical Dreams #5 condo was the perfect spot to spend a week. Although it was very hot outside, we were able to walk to the beach for early morning walks and spend much of the day in the pool otherwise, meeting and socializing with others staying in the complex (many Canadians like us). The condo was perfect with both the outside patio (which received a lot of shade during the day) and the top floor terrace... well equipped for BBQing and lounging. A close walk to a variety of restaurants. All in all a great spot for us.

The house was perfectly situated next to town, had a very nice pool and was spacious enough for nine of us. They even had a high power telescope to look at boats on the water which was a very nice touch. Great hosts and highly recommended.

Nice place, the Garrett Group was very responsive. Finding the location was a bit confusing, but our driver was able to get ahold of the Garrett Group quickly and he found our condo. I do recommend having a picture of the outside of the condo to help find the location. We did have to buy more toilet paper, which was no big deal, but we recommend having more toilet paper. The monkeys in the trees were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed watching them. The pool was clean and very nice. The kitchen had all the amenities that you needed except a wine opener. We bought one and left it there. The upstairs outdoor area is awesome! If we weren’t at the pool or in town, we were upstairs enjoying the patio. Overall 10 out of 10!

I booked the location because I was going boating and the yatch was in playa ocotal. The area is quiet and the condo had everything I needed . Kitchen was very complete , bed very comfortable . Clean ,and I was welcomed with fruit and water !! The condo faces side of the property which is quiet but hard to find the actual door number if you come late at night. Need to walk in a small pathway to find the entrance in the back of the building . It is a great location for a quiet time and to explore the nearby towns . The price was appropriate. If I ever need to go again to that area I will book again .

The apartment is quiet and clean, steps to Playa Ocotal and Father Rooster. The kitchen is very well appointed and air conditioning worked well. We will be staying here again.

This corner unit is private and quiet. Third floor covered patio was amazing. Fresh fruit and coffee for arrival was much appreciated. Was farther walk from the beach/town than we anticipated due the winding roads in the community. Would have liked suggestion to secure a golf cart rental. We had a wonderful vacation. Lovely people staying at Tropical Dreams complex.

Beautiful home with an even more beautiful view. The Gated community was beautiful. Very close to the beach. Ample room for our group of ten. The rental group was responsive when we had questions or concerns.

This place was amazing!!! It was exactly as described but even better once you realized how close the pool is to your front door and how close the beach/town is down the street. Super clean, safe, and VERY well stocked with everything and anything you need to enjoy the pool or beach. What a bonus all of the floaties, towels, etc were. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Excellent and rapid communication from the hosts too.

Beautiful location, the house was gorgeous, and sitting on the patio we had seen so much wildlife. One morning we even had monkeys in the trees just in front of us as we sipped our coffee! The house was so clean and Lisa was so great to chat with and met us at an easy location.

Well equipped and nicely decorated in compare to other units we saw. Management responsive to issues you may have. The apartment is advertised for 4 people but we are glad only two of us came. It’s a 1 bedroom unit with extra bed squeezed in the living room on 2nd floor. If you need bathroom you need run downstairs. I would recommend this apartment for 2 adults maybe with one kid. It is smaller than shown on photos. Other than that it’s a great place. Car is a must.

We had a wonderful time here and were really impressed with how helpful Lisa was - prior to check in / arrival, at check in and throughout! The entire stay was comfortable and the house and view is spectacular! Very clean, the house is stocked with everything we need - we would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area! The house definitely requires a car, but that isn't a problem - we also used the shared pools and hot tub at the bottom of the hill in the resort and then we also visited the beach club - was really fun! We were so incredibly happy with the house and stay!

This was the second time we stayed in a Garrett Group's property and they didn't disappointed. We received an awesome customer service by Miss Lisa and the rest of the team. Mrs. Nercy went out of her way to help us with everything! Our stay was great not only because of the nice apartment but mostly because of the superb customer service we had! Very nice place have to walk to the downtown. Everything was a good shape.

The Garrett group communicated well in advance. Requirements during the stay (16 days) were immediately addressed. The condo is in good shape. We especially loved to hang out on the roof-top with our morning coffee. Restaurants are not immediately round the corner but walk-able. Definitely would stay here again.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Walking distance from market and beach ( if you enjoy walking) great place with all the necessary appliances and utensils to enjoy and relax. Downtown you can find megasuper, supercompro, bakeries etc.

This home is truly paradise! The space is great for our family if 7 to spread out and relax. The views are stunning, especially the sunrises and sunsets! The Garrett Group was amazing at helping us with anything we needed and always responded quickly. We cannot wait to come back and will definitely book this home again!

Very nice place, very clean and in good condition.

Our family of 3 generations had a wonderful stay at the house. The view is breathtaking, the infinity pool was really special. And even on the rainy days we were comfortable in the spacious house and felt connected with the outdoors. The host met us at the entrance and escorted us into the gated community and into the house. The house was clean and beautifully equipped with kitchenware. We took advantage of the ninja blender to mix the tropical cocktails. :) We had a car so the steep hills were not an issue. But highly recommend to get a car or golf cart if you are staying there. All in all, it was a great stay and we would return again in a heartbeat.

Amazing, very private, comfortable, the pool was practically for us except for a family or two. I loved the way to access the Studio, I felt like an Escape Room (although in this case it was to get in). In the place there is a booklet where you are given recommendations for beaches, restaurants and even medical services. Yes, it seems to me that check-in is late and check-out is early, but the listing indicates it, and we accept it. There was also confusion regarding pool usage hours, but nothing serious. Overall it's great, we would definitely go again.
