Guest Access
Guests have full access to the studio, the Vista Ocotal community pool, and the surrounding grounds. The community is home to monkeys, birds, and other wildlife.
Coco Bay Club is currently not recommended. Its restaurant has closed, and access policies and fees have changed significantly, making it a less attractive value than it once was.
The Garden Bar
Located in the heart of Playas del Coco, The Garden Bar offers a family-friendly atmosphere and a beautiful swimming pool.
Day-pass prices:

The full day-pass fee is applied as a food and beverage credit, allowing you to enjoy the pool while dining without an additional pool charge.

We liked this place so much! We were surprised by the attention to detail in the apartment and the place is really nice overall. Close to the beach, walkable distance, 5-10 minutes in car away from Coco Beach, and we had a great experience.

The place was safe, very close to the beach. You could walk there. It had everything you could need to sleep and cook, and the customer service was excellent. When I arrived, it was raining, and being in the condominium, it was difficult for me to find the apartment, so I made a video call and they immediately located me.

The accommodation is a 3-4 minute walk from a beautiful beach - Playa Ocotal. It is perfect for a couple. The space was clean and safe. Several amenities are provided, including a washer, dryer, air conditioner, utensils, etc. Parking is secure. Supervisors are present 24/7. The water pressure was not stable, but we were warned about this by the manager, and it didn't bother us too much. The entrance to the accommodation is less attractive, but it may be suitable if you are looking for calm. One thing is certain: the price of the accommodation is competitive. We visited other properties in the area for our next trip, and we are very comfortable with the price paid. I recommend it.

Very responsive host, 1-2 minute walk to Ocotal Beach, private gated community, communal pool was great, was nice to have laundry in unit. Minor issues included stove not working, kitchen water pressure (was fixed after notifying host), only given two rolls of toilet paper for 8 days, and minimal hand soap, shampoo, etc. Host was very responsive though in dealing with issues. Also offered late checkout which was very helpful. Vista Ocotal is a very well kept private community and we felt very safe.

The staff were so helpful when we arrived early offering a secure place for our luggage to free us up to explore the beach until our unit was ready. Staff went out of their way to guide us to our front door, assisting us with our luggage. The condo was a short safe walk straight to beach. The condo pool was quiet, clean with some shade to be found no matter time of day. Our unit had a small private patio where birds and wildlife could be viewed. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the tidal pools along Ocotal’s shores.
