Mariah’s place was truly a gem. Perfectly placed near lots of options with a short drive to the more populated area. Golf cart accessible to all the top spots. Clean and well stocked even with games and fun things! I enjoyed this stay and would absolutely stay again. She was responsive and helpful and very nice.

Book it NOW!! Not only are the accommodations amazing, but the location could not be more perfect for exploring all the island has to offer. I don’t even know where to begin~ Mariah is the BEST host! She is so communicative, helpful, expeditious in her replying to any and all questions and overall, the best host we have ever experienced. 4 pages of printable instructions, directions and recommendations were spot on! You will have everything you need to lounge by the pool or cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner for 18 of your closest friends or family. I cannot recommend highly enough, so JUST BOOK IT!!!!

This was a fantastic stay from start to finish. The host was incredibly communicative and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed not only before arrival, but throughout and even after our stay. I felt very safe and comfortable the entire time, and the condo itself was wonderful. It’s the kind of place I would absolutely return to—possibly even for a solo, remote work stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone.

The condo was amazing!! We loved the view and the staff was very attentive. Prior to our trip Mariah was very helpful and so quick to respond. If I were to come back to Belize, I will be staying here again! Don’t hesitate, book this place now!!

Stunning sunset views!! Maria was an incredible host. The condo was like stepping into a model unit; perfect! The staff at the Sunset Caribe is just responsive with impeccable service. I was so fortunate to schedule last minute for a Summit that was being held at the resort. The summit sold out but Maria came through so I came anyway and so glad I did. The entire event was a great success. Thank you Maria!!

Mariah was an amazing host. We had so many questions that she answered immediately every time we reached out and gave us so many resources and suggestions. The space was beautiful with a great view from the balcony. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

Mariah connected us with the concierge at the site to arrange travel to and from the resort , and loved how easy access was to everything. Fabulous pools and and golf cart rental onsite so that we were able to go to a different restaurant every night . We also appreciate all the tips Mariah provided to make our stay so easy!

The unit was clean and lovely. Several great restaurants and bars walking distance but a golf cart was our preferred mode of transportation. Not difficult to drive into town or to nearby grocery. Housekeeping will do laundry upon request which was appreciated.

Mariah’s place was truly a home away from home. She thought of everything to meet all guests needs. When it rain we had activities to do- games, reading material and well stocked kitchen to enjoy meals indoors. Definitely a great place to stay and we will return. Exceptional hospitality and host!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was even better than the pictures. The place was extremely well stocked and everything looked brand new. Also loved the location. 100% would stay here again!

Wonderful condo on the lagoon side of the island north of downtown. Peaceful area, walkable to some restaurants but would definitely recommend renting a golf cart. Mariah was a wonderful host providing recommendations and clear instructions. The resort team was easy to work with for excursions, golf cart rental, transportation, etc. Beautiful pool area. I will note that if you want your room serviced by housekeeping you should ask the day prior for when you want it done as they tend to do it late afternoon which for us wasn't conducive. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved the unit! The views from the 5th floor are honestly spectacular. Be mindful, that you will 8/10 times need a golf cart, since the building is on the outskirts of Sunset Caribe. The Rain restaurant had lovely views. It rained basically the whole time, but were able to catch a break in the clouds to get over to secret beach! Such a fun experience! Great airbnb overall, and would most definitely recommend to others.

We find our location very relaxing but you may easily take the golf cart for a 10 minute drive and visit the busy town of San Pedro. Let me just start by saying Mariah is a beautiful host. Any and every question I asked she answered, it was a celebration for my colleagues and I and she made sure we felt right at home. The cleanliness of her home and the views from the penthouse balcony were phenomenal. She was beyond extremely accommodating. Should I return I will definitely be revisiting this exact stay. Had a great stay here! Everything was just as described and shown in the photos. What a great unit in a great property! The condo was clean, modern, spacious and so well equipped, everything we wanted and more. The huge balcony was nice. The property and all staff were great. The pools were nice, never crowded, and the pool bar was a huge plus and less expensive than I would typically expect (especially the food, I thought they had got my bill wrong ). We ordered a delivery from the on site shop, and upon arrival everything was nicely put away (so the beer was chilled) Mariah was so great to book with and leading up to our stay. She is super responsive and gave so many great recommendations on where to go and what to do. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. We booked 2 units with Mariah and both surpassed our expectations. We will be back in San Pedro next year, and will defiantly love to stay with Mariah again.

A great stay in San Pedro. The location is a short distance into town and the accommodations were perfect. We had a girls trip the pool and view were both amazing. Everyone we came in contact with both on at the Airbnb and in town were kind and welcoming. The host gave lots of options for restaurants and grocery stores. The Airbnb’s kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast everyday and dinner one evening and had everything we needed. The airbnb had a cooler, bags, pool floats and toys. I feel like we didn’t need to pack half the things we did. It was a very enjoyable stay the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if it’s available.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This place was clean, spacious, and had amazing accommodation staff. The property is beautiful with breath taking views. Everything was comfortable and we all felt right at home. I have no complaints and would stay at this place again in a heartbeat.

The stay was great, it’s in a private location at a resort with lots of onsite amenities, shops and restaurants. The location is great only 10 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes to secret beach. The staff onsite are the best. Also pictures do no justice, this place looks way better in person. Would stay here anytime when in San Pedro!!

Mariah’s Condo was absolutely pristine. My Family and I had unbelievable memories at the Condo/resort. The amenities are spot on and close to lots of attractions. It’s safe and comfortable. Our stay at Sunset Caribe was great. It was as advertised & better. Very clean, amazing pool area and friendly staff. The proximity to the adjacent Grand Caribe resort, restaurants, and market was convenient. The development, amenities and location was perfect for us, our teenage daughter and her friend. The location is convenient to Secret Beach, Truck Stop and other great nearby restaurants and bars. We recommend visiting Castaway across the street. Great service, charming beach vibe and good food. It's a short easy drive in a, must have, Golf Cart to the downtown center where all the action is. We loved our evening drives into the town center to people watch, grab a bite/drink or dessert but welcomed our return to the peaceful neighborhood. Everyone in Belize/San Pedro is so nice. Mariah was an incredible host. Her proactive and consistent communication from the moment we booked or trip was so helpful. The 5th floor unit we stayed in was impeccable and very comfortable. Great place!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo has everything you could image you need. We used the laundry service one day. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Swim up bartenders make great drinks. Our husbands kayaked one day. The guard was so helpful to make sure they were good to go. Mariah had sent so much information we were well prepared for all the places we wanted to see, go and do. Beautiful resort, pool and condo. We will be back!

We’ve loved our stay, the condo was perfect for us. We had a full kitchen which we didn’t use much but was still handy to have. Spacious, clean, and the AC was cold which is important on a hot island. This condo is in the bay side with a great pool. It’s quieter on this side and if you need waves or ocean views you can very easily find them on the island (Secret Beach, in town, across the street!, etc) Mariah made sure we were well taken care of and was a great resource. We’d absolutely stay here or at another property of Mariah’s!

Mariah’s place was fantastic! Beautiful condo in a great location. This was our 3rd time to the island and our best visit to date! You are close enough to town (5- 10min golf cart ride)but also far enough to have total peace and quiet. Condo and amenities are new and beautiful! We won’t hesitate to book again in the future!

Our recent stay was nothing short of amazing, thanks to beautiful sunset views, incredible pools, and a luxurious condo with two master bedrooms, each offering spacious bathrooms and comfortable king beds. The property was immaculate, well-stocked, and the outdoor spaces were well furnished for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool bar also came in handy Mariah, our host, was outstanding in her communication, ensuring we had everything we needed before and during our trip. She provided spot-on recommendations. Her tip to rent a golf cart and visit Secret Beach was a game-changer, making it the highlight of our trip. The staff at the condo were very friendly and helpful, facilitating easy arrangements for excursions and dining. This place is not just a stay but a whole experience, combining comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. Note: Make sure you use the thank cards provided to tip housekeeping otherwise they won’t take it if just left out. :) Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect. The team was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend renting golf cart through resort. Pickup and drop off to airport/ferry was easy to setup through front desk and billed directly to room upon check out. The concierge service was great to work with. And the swim up bar was a great way to wind down the afternoon! Condo was very clean and modern appliances. Really enjoyed our stay.

Mariah’s spot was fantastic. Even better than I expected honestly. I came out here for my birthday and the location was super convenient, the front desk was suuuppeerrrr helpful, and the fact that they helped my party and I plan our excursions was a real bonus. Any excursions booked through them came with travel and lunches provided, etc. all inclusive packages. Loved every second of this trip and this place. Beautiful, spacious, clean, and wonderful staff. Great views too! Wonderful pool area. Mariah’s response time was incredible and she would respond whenever we needed help and was super informative and had an answer for everything. I could go on, but everything was absolutely fantastic- cannot wait to come back.

This place is wonderful and look just as described. I had no issue checking in/out, staff is very friendly and helpful. Sunset Caribe is not to far from town, yet peaceful location away from hustle and bustle of staying in-town. Mariah, was always available whenever I had any questions and even willing to accommodate schedule change due to family emergency. I would definitely stay at Mariah’s place again for future trips to Belize. If you want comfort, with a modern homely feel, this is your place!

My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as pictured, beautiful and clean. The staff was so nice and helpful and it was very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe. I felt pretty close to everything. About a 30 min drive to the beach on a golf cart and about 15 min drive into town. Plenty of food options super close to the condo. I highly recommend Mariah’s place to anyone traveling to Belize.

Yes, Secret Beach is approximately a 30 minute golf cart ride. (Much closer than if you stay in downtown San Pedro or South of San Pedro!) We absolutely loved our stay here, as did the other couple we traveled with! So clean and comfortable and the housekeeping and laundry service were a nice, unexpected perk. Wonderful staff and a quiet, peaceful location away from downtown San Pedro.

We can’t say enough about the condo, pictures didn’t do it justice. Mariah is amazing for replying to any, and all questions within minutes. All the staff are great and extremely friendly, from being picked up at the airport to registration, it was so easy. San Pedro is a great town with some fantastic restaurants. I would definitely recommend you hire a golf cart for your entire trip. Mariah’s recommendations for restaurants and the bakery were perfect. Thank you again Mariah we had so much fun !

This is a beautiful rental! The beds are uber-comfy, kitchen is fully stocked with everything one need. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient too! Mariah is quick to respond messages too- a great hostess!

Don't miss your chance to stay here. The condo is exquisite. The view is breathtaking and the on-site pool is complete luxury. The complimentary kayaks made for an easy and peaceful activity. The place is set in a part of San Pedro that is a slightly slower pace, but not far from town center. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We will be returning. Highly recommend it.

If you’ve found this listing, it’s not by chance. Don’t even think, just book it! Mariah’s place is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice! Mariah and the Sunset Caribe staff were some of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. They make sure you have everything you need prior to and even during your stay. They even went above and beyond to set up the condo with “Happy Birthday” decorations for my friends birthday. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place and the people are but you wouldn’t understand until you experience it yourself. I would 12/10 recommend this place and I’d book again next time I’m in Belieze 🙂

Omg Mariah where do I start this was my first Airbnb stay and I think you have spoiled me rotten if anyone doesn’t even meet I doubt they could exceed what you provided I’ll be highly disappointed from the golf cart recommendation to offering pickup arrangements from the airport or water taxi every detail was covered those little things were the beginning of a great trip. Now to the unit itself we were past impressed by how stocked the place was from the keruig to the coffee press to the vitamix blender every thing you could think of is there my wife was absolutely speechless we have stayed at many 5 star suites and you have them all beat hands down not only do we plan to stay with you whenever we visit San Pedro but we will definitely recommend to all our friends. Thank you for providing an amazing experience. 😊

My group and I had a wonderful trip!! This is one of the nicest places to stay at on the island!! Waking up with expansive views of the lagoon and the west side of the island, drinking coffee on the covered balcony, traveling around the island during the day and playing cards into the evening, What a wonderful trip! The concierge booking of travel/excursions, Golf Carts, Room Service, Pool Bar, Free to Rent Kayaks etc. are all wonderful and we had such a great experience. Would Highly Recommend!!

We had such a great time at Mariah’s in San Pedro. Location is great, views are amazing, the staff at the facility was very nice and helpful. The condo is very clean and well stocked. The golf cart situation made the stay even more enjoyable. We referred back to Mariah’s welcome letter numerous times for restaurant and activity recommendations- always spot on and we enjoyed all her suggestions! I don’t typically do return trips but I might have to make an exception this time. Thanks again!!!

Wonderful, luxury apartment with every amenity you could want. Plenty of space for 4 people and a beautiful place. Definitely rent a golf cart as it is a good walk from the town, but we found it excellently located from some great bars and restaurants (The Truck Stop / Taco Bar).

This place was so worth it! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We rented a golf cart which made getting around the island so easy. It was nice being away from the central city but still close to so many nice places. If we return, we would definitely stay here again!

This condo is absolutely amazing. It is immaculately clean and perfectly located on the island. Mariah was very responsive to all my communications. The staff at Sunset Caribe were so friendly and helpful. We loved spending the day scuba diving and then coming home to the comforts of the condo and watching the sunset from the balcony. It really was paradise.

This place was absolutely perfect. I’ve traveled to 10+ countries since 2015 and I have always stayed in Airbnbs, and this place was by far the best one. The unit was spotlessly clean and not to mention, beautiful. It’s located in a very convenient spot. It has just about every single thing you need— beach towels, basic toiletries, blow dryer, iron, blender, etc. The personnel was also super helpful with everything— golf cart rentals, food service, and I was even able to have someone come up to the condo to take our COVID test for my return home. Mariah was a super attentive and helpful host and made sure I had everything I needed— she even booked our transportation from the water taxi to the condo. It’s needless to say that would booked this place again and again whenever I return to Belize and I highly encourage you to book this Airbnb as well. I had an excellent experience.

Photos are very true and accurate. I was the nicest place I stepped foot into ALL of San Pedro. It was lovely to come back to a condo with amazing AC, housekeeping that did your laundry, and refreshed all your toiletries everyday! Also, all their staff were vaccinated so no mask mandate! ITS THE BEST! 130 long pool with a bar. My husband did laps everyday and kayaked (while I drank, ie our private Booz cruise). Everyone (Mariah the host and Sunset Caribe staff) were so responsive, well spoken, spoke English, and accommodating! I literally felt like I was on a private island with hundreds of employees. I barely saw nor heard anyone else.
