Jasmine's place was located in a safe place. Her team helped with arranging rides, booking a catamaran, and anything else that was needed. There are several people that assisted with our stay which was needed because I had a group of 15 people stay at the house. Their team cleaned every morning and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The house is really big and fit everyone. Overall the place is nice with a great host to make it a nice experience. One small thing is the Jacuzzi displayed in the back yard doesn't get hot. The water temp. gets warm but not at a level where most Jacuzzi's get to.

Everything is excellent! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The service from Mauricio, the concierge, is wonderful, as is the cleaning staff. We had an incredible time. Highly recommended. The area is in a very good location, and there are many convenience stores and places to eat nearby. We hope to be back soon!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine’s place in Playacar. Mauricio, our concierge, met us to welcome us to the property. He kept in contact with us through out the trip. He was very helpful with setting up excursions and suggesting restaurants. Really nice touch have him as a friend to check in with while we were there. Cleaning service was included with our stay. The young ladies that came each morning to clean were professional and attentive. They would provide fresh towels and make sure we had everything. There was a pool guy that made sure the pool was clean each day too. It was a great stay. We were a group of 13. From 2 years old to 67. We all enjoyed the house, the kids especially enjoyed the pool.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! The home was spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location. The bedrooms were cozy, the pool was a huge hit with our group, and everything exceeded our expectations. The chef service was one of the highlights of our trip. The chefs were incredibly kind, prepared delicious meals, and thoughtfully accommodated our dietary restrictions. Mauricio was also fantastic, friendly, responsive, and always attentive to anything we needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the home spotless throughout our stay and we’re always very kind. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, our family loved it and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make our vacation so special!

Great place to stay in private residential community. Taxi would cost you around $15-$20 to the 5th Ave. Host was super responsive and always answered us super quickly. Cleaners came everyday and made sure the place was super clean. Bikes were not really well maintained but there for your convenience so we filled up the air and romed around the community. Overall worth the price you pay. All except one bedroom have attached bathrooms. Thanks for hosting us!

Great service always responsive and staff was great and keeping up with housekeeping, did not use extra services much but the Concierge Mauricio was always responsive and available as needed.

Everything was as expected. Mauricio my concierge and staff were all on point and kept the house clean for us. A lot to do around the villa including sightseeing and a very peaceful area to walk around. Jasmine our host was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end with the planning of our stay until we left. Will come back again.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house. The property is exactly as advertised, impeccable and in excellent condition. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the Xcaret parks. It was perfect for our family of nine. The pool was a great plus. Mauricio, the concierge, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He responded quickly to our messages and made sure everything went smoothly, including arranging our airport pickup and keeping an eye on our departure flight. The house was lovely, Mauricio, our concierge met us at the house and explained everything to us, was very helpful and informative, he helped us with some excursions and recommended day passes to other resorts and taxi's. The staff was able to add twin beds to rooms to accommodate the needs of our party of 14. The house fit us perfectly. The daily housekeeping was amazing and the house clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the pool table was a lot of fun to use. The washer and dryer was also great to have on site. The location of the house is about 2 miles from the beach, so either a 30 min walk or a quick bike ride, there are convenience stores less than a 5 min walk away and a great bakery about .5 miles. The house is stocked with bottled/jugs of water that is piped through the fridge so that was great and the ac worked well. Be mindful of mosquitos outside, so bring repellent, we also kept the fans going. Thank you Jasmine, we had a great time!!

My family & I had a wonderful time at Perla Villa! Edson was a great concierge before arrival & Mauricio was a fantastic onsite host. He responded immediately and even came a couple times to take care of things. Mary & Karla did a great job cleaning DAILY. The pool was cleaned DAILY. The location was great, walkable to 5th Ave shopping & dining. The reservation included RT airport transportation also. Concerns were addressed quickly, which was appreciated. We were able to enjoy being on vacation. I look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay was excellent, without a doubt a 5-star experience. The location is excellent, and the privacy of the place is truly enjoyable—ideal for relaxing as a family, as was our case. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and it has really cool features like the pool table, where we had a great time for hours. Although it had a small issue with one leg, nothing that really affected the experience. The private pool was another great plus, perfect to enjoy carefree. We had a minor issue with the grill, but the service was impeccable: before we even reported it, they had already brought us a new one. That level of service is greatly appreciated. Communication with Mau and the team was always very good; they were helpful at all times. Also, check-in was super convenient (they let us in early), and check-out was hassle-free. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything!

Lovely stay and gorgeous spacious home. We needed extra cots and they were very comfortable! Well stocked and the daily service was quick and clean. Favorite aspects were the animals in the surrounding area, close to quick shops for groceries and food and the bikes to get around the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic home with great amenities and excellent service. Quite a bit further from beach than expected because you cannot cut through the golf course. Two + miles to go around. It would be awesome to have a golf cart or information to rent a golf cart.

We enjoyed our stay here! Our concierge, Mauricio, was very kind and helpful. Easy vacation with cleaning, additional chef add on etc so that we could just relax. Rental was as listed. Short walk to the beach and to town.

I highly recommend this Villa Mariposa! It was spacious, very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The daily maid service was excellent, and they came at a time that worked for us. The pool was an excellent addition. The beach was lovely, though a bit of a bicycle ride. It was more than some in our group could do, so Mauricio helped us to rent a golf cart, which was great for getting us to the beach and around the entire complex, including restaurants and grocery stores. Mauricio, our concierge, was fantastic! He was there to ensure easy check-in and check-out. He made our vacation a 10 out of 10. He immediately responded to our every need: from bikes needing repair to larger requests. Anytime we had a question, he immediately responded. He recommended places to eat and arranged transportation for an all-inclusive day trip to Caleta Tanka. It was a wonderful location and not as costly as some other all-inclusives. Our transportation to and from the airport was excellent.

The large Villa was able to accomodate our large group of 18 people (8 adults and 10 Children). The host was able to provide pack-n-plays for babies and plenty of beds for all the kids. The back yard with pool and hot-tub is lovely with lots of sun and lots of shaded areas so that we could spend all day outside. The closest beach is very beautiful, and about a 2 mile walk or bike ride. Overall the place was great especially if your looking to accommodate a large group

Really amazing stay, incredible concierge service and wonderful area. Had 7 people, plenty of space in the house, about a 5 minute walk from the private beach, about a 15 minute walk from most of the nightlife and restaurants in playa del carmen. Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Mariposa. Staff was very responsive prior to stay. Mauricio was super attentive at check in and following up on small issues or questions throughout the stay. The daily service provided by the maids was top notch. It really helped keep the place manageable with 16 of us there. The house is walkable to several shops and restaurants. The bikes were nice to have. The beach wasn’t as convenient. But the kids loved the pool and hot tub. And we ended up spending 1 day at the Iberostar right down the street. Overall, a high quality place, nice location, and VERY helpful staff throughout!

We absolutely had a great time. The concierge services, daily cleaning, transportation to/from airport was perfect, and except for a couple of minor maintenance issues, the house and stay was great. Having both a regular pool and a lap pool is very nice. We liked having the foosball and pingpong tables. For golfers, Hard Rock golf course is walkable. We walked there and back a few times. .

Absolutely loved the experience at this beautiful, excellent located home. Kept in excellent conditions, very clean and the space is well distributed. Had the opportunity to play golf at Hard Rock only 10 minutes walking. Also, less than 15 minutes to the beach while we visited an only inclusive resort for one day. A spacious, nice house. The cleaning girls Mary and Karla were very friendly, as was the host Mauricio. He was very attentive, answered quickly and was very accessible in everything. The accommodation is very nice, just like the description

We had 16 family members ranging in age from mid-twenties to 93, and the villa worked perfectly for all of us. We were flying in from multiple cities and our concierge, Mauricio, was outstanding in helping us modify shuttles when we encountered flight delays. He was also quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Our cleaning service ladies - Mary and Karla - were also great. They tidied up after us every morning and it was nice to have freshly made beds and clean bathrooms. Jasmine is a great host - she quickly answered questions during the booking process and provided detailed access instructions before our arrival. The villa is very walkable, both within Playacar and to 5th Avenue and all the action. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks and La Brioche in the morning for coffee and pastries. It was also easy to flag a taxi in front of our villa whenever we needed one. We also enjoyed the pool a couple of days. We had a great stay and would recommend this property!

We stayed at this property last weekend with some friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The amenities were fantastic, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning service was excellent. Communication was smooth and easy, transportation was perfectly arranged, and absolutely every detail exceeded our expectations. I truly give a 10 out of 10 stay. What really stood out to us, however, was Mauricio, the concierge of the property. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed at any time. His attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness make him as a true asset to the company managing this Airbnb, Gracias Mauricio. Definitely I would back to this property. :)

Villa Mariposa exceeded our expectations with its stunning design and prime location near the entrance of Playacar. This was our first time staying at an Airbnb during our annual trip to Mexico, as we typically opt for all-inclusive hotels. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, spacious and private rooms, and comprehensive AC throughout. Our family enjoyed daily bicycle rides provided by the villa, along with pool games and movie nights. The hot tub and pool were impeccably maintained and very enjoyable. Our concierge Mauricio was attentive and checked in daily to ensure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service from Mary and Karla, which made us feel truly at home. We were sad to leave Villa Mariposa and Playa del Carmen, but we're already looking forward to returning. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay again.

Mauricio welcome us into the house and was always attentive to our requests while we stayed at Villa Mariposa for one week. We had a family gathering; people travel from Washington DC; Miami and Mexico City and the house was perfect for our stay. Located in a residential area and has a great pool which compensated for the far distance to beach. To go to the Fifth Ave we had to take taxis. We alternate between spending a day at the house and hiring a van to travel and visit different places in the area. Carla and Mary were in charge of the daily clean up of bedrooms and bathroom and provided an impecable service much appreciated by the young parents of 4 children ! Conveniently there are a couple of restaurants across the street. As we arrived late the first day, we had dinner at the pizzeria . The maintenance of the house is impeccable and much appreciated by the guests. Thank you for that.

We had a fabulous stay at this Airbnb! We went with 13 girls for a bachelorette trip and felt safe and at home here. Our two concierge Edson and Mauricio killed it. Edson was great helping us set up reservations and making sure we had a smooth and fun trip before it started. Mauricio met us at the house and was available for anything we needed. He even last minute got us shuttles and sent great recommendations for beach clubs and activities. The maids each morning were so sweet and did an amazing job helping us out with cleaning. Highly recommend!

We took a group of 13 to Villa Mariposa and it was worth every penny. Mauricio and the maids made the entire stay so comfortable and convenient for us. The kitchen has everything you need, the pool is big, the beds are comfy and clean, there is an abundance of wildlife that can be seen outside the fences - the place is simply perfect. We had an incredible stay here - location was great, the place was super clean, pool was awesome, and very spacious for 10 people. Could’ve easily fit more given all the beds and bathrooms. The house was great. Daily cleaning in the morning was a blessing . It was a great addition having a charcoal grill to use also. Plenty of light in the backyard for a late night swim! I would definitely rent again.

Stayed here for my bachelorette with 15 guests total and it was incredible. We had a complex pickup and drop-off schedule with multiple arrivals and departures to the airport and our concierge, Mauricio, coordinated everything perfectly (make sure to give them clear times and flight numbers). The maid, private chefs, and everyone we interacted with went above and beyond and this weekend was a dream! The house is huge and there is so much to do with the pools and hammocks. The large number of bathrooms are great for coming back from the beach/pools and the maid service with fresh towels is amazing. Could not recommend more!

Best AirBnb stay I've had. Jasmine's place was incredible, and from right after booking until the end of the trip her team was incredibly helpful. Mauricio was a great person to be able to help with shuttles and recommendations, and Carla was awesome in the mornings to help make the house look spotless again. I cannot recommend their team enough. We had a chef (their recommendation) come twice and the other nights we went out in Playa Del Carmen (once walked, once took cabs). Our stay at Villa Mariposa was absolutely perfect! This beautiful, spacious home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities a family needs for an enjoyable vacation (pool, hot tubs, hammocks, bikes, pool table, ping pong table, yoga equipment, etc). The kids really enjoyed the local wildlife visitations! The Villa is located in a safe, quiet gated community only 10 minutes away from Xplor, Xcaret and many other activities. There are also a couple of cute, little restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. Our concierge, Mauricio, was very friendly, welcoming, always available and very helpful in arranging events and transportation for our group. The daily maid staff was also very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this beautiful home again next year.

Jasmin's place was clean, well stocked and looked like the photos. We had a group of 15 for a bachelor party and there was enough space for everyone and then some! Maurcio, our concierge, was always responsive and helpful. Maurcio restocked our water jugs ASAP and helped coordinate transports before arrival and the Private Chef Service (11/10!) He also helped explain taxi services in town and how best to hail. The maid service was lovely and both who came during our stay were friendly and helpful. The house is in a great location in Playacar, easy walk to the beach and easy walk to town though car services were also used to get further into town. Highly recommend dinning at Aldea Corozon, Oh La La & Las Hijas de la Tostada. Chez Celine was also lovely for breakfast! Perfect place to relax by the pool by day and then enjoy wonderful food and drinks in town!

We loved our weekend getaway here and would absolutely come back! The villa was in a great area of Playacar which is a gated area but also close to downtown and walking distance to the beach. The villa itself was perfect and Carla went above and beyond when she came to clean every day. Mauricio was an amazing concierge that helped organize transportation from the airport, stocking the fridge, organizing a chef, and more! Couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

The Villa Pearl was amazing, everything was just as advertised. Very clean, spacious, beautiful, & love that it was in a private secured/gated community that made our 10 party guests feel safe. It was a quick 15 min walk to the shopping strip which we did frequently. We recommend the chef services, we did a dinner for 10 & it was the best meal we had on vacation! Jasmin was a great host & Mauricio did a phenomenal job from meeting us on check in and making us feel right at home to answering any questions we had within a few minutes helping is make all of our adventures come true. We absolutely loved staying at Villa Mariposa. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. We utilized the private chef service and were not disappointed. Both meals were delicious. I can’t complain about anything. It really was lovely.

We celebrated my mom’s 80th with 12 family members for 8 days at Villa Perla! House was spot on perfect and the backyard was such a great place to eat, drink, play, read, congregate… The staff were all super friendly and helpful! We will return for sure.

If you keep in mind that this is MEXICO, the villa is great! I always lower my expectations one notch for any hotel, resort, or Air BnB in Mexico. Do this yourself and you won't be disappointed in the house. The staff however were AMAZING! Can't say enough good about the concierge and housekeepers! Exceeded Expectations!

The stay was short and sweet. The private beach access is beautiful, the walk to 5th avenue is about 15-20min. Be sure to wear your bracelets or have it on you when leaving the gated area. The cleaning service is helpful when going with a large group. I would recommend this airbnb and potentially stay here again.

This house was amazing, highly recommend for large family gatherings! The kitchen was HUGE with 2 stoves that was a must for our big group when prepping meals. Mauricio was amazing and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we landed at the airport to our departure. The cleaning staff were also super professional and respectful, they left the house like new each morning (less time cleaning for us, more time enjoying our vacation). I visited Villa Pearl for my bachelor party labour day long weekend and it met and exceeded all expectations. Mauricio our host was a pleasure to work with. We landed a bit early and he allowed us to leave our bags while we explored the town. He had an answer to every question we had and was always a phone call away. We had chefs booked to make us meals and every meal was amazing. I would 100% come back here. The only issue we had which wasn't even the Villas issue was the city decided to do some work on the water line and so we didn't have running water for a couple hours but Mauricio came and supplied us with multiple jugs of water for us to drink and wash ourselves with which shows how above and beyond the service was. Thank you to the staff at Villa Pearl. I'll see you next year for sure.

Loved our stay at Jasmin’s house. Felt very comfortable for our group of 9 and would definitely love to return one day!!

We stayed at Jasmin’s place for 4 nights and it was perfect. The house is gorgeous and cleaned everyday. The host was incredibly helpful and responsible. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were at excellent temperatures. It was private and safe. It surpassed my expectations. I would 100% stay here again.

Located in the exclusive Playacar subdivision, this house exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is incredibly spacious, with a charming design that combines comfort and style. Its central location in a safe environment allowed us to enjoy all that the area has to offer carefree. Our host, Mauricio, was exceptional. He was always available for any questions or needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the cleaning team did a flawless job, keeping the house in perfect condition throughout our stay. Without a doubt, an experience that we would recommend and repeat. He far exceeded the description in the listing!

Beautiful, clean place to stay! Close to beaches, restaurants and convenience stores. It was easy to find and the host was waiting for us when we got there so there wasn’t any confusion. Very helpful with suggestions and optional services. Would stay here again

Our stay at Villa Mariposa was a delight. As a group of 16, we found the house to be a perfect fit. The property's location, within walking distance of an Oxxo and 7-11, was incredibly convenient. The friendly cleaning personnel ensured we returned to a spotless house after spending the day exploring. The house also included a washer and dryer, which was very convenient, especially since we travel with small children. The property, situated in a gated community, was a secure and comfortable place for our stay. Mauricio, the property manager, was always quick to respond to our questions or requests, which made us feel well taken care of.

Had an amazing stay at Villa Pearl. The house and pool were clean and the beach was a short walk away. Our concierge Mauricio also did a great job taking care of our group. Highly recommend a group trip at Villa Pearl!

Fantastic place. Amazing pool area with lots of privacy. Dining and living areas are great. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Very comfy for a large group (up to 10). Basement could be a bit more cozy but it was fine. Good location. Short cab ride to downtown. Walking distance to great beach. No restaurants or shops within the immediate area. Shuttle was easy, and very accommodating. Private chef did a fantastic job. From Canada and still felt the chef was well worth the cost. Easy to book and communicate. I found it a bit confusing coordinating between multiple people at different times, but not a huge problem. There was a lot of information to remember.

Great place to stay! Exactly what we were looking for with a large party. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more.
