We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! The home was spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location. The bedrooms were cozy, the pool was a huge hit with our group, and everything exceeded our expectations. The chef service was one of the highlights of our trip. The chefs were incredibly kind, prepared delicious meals, and thoughtfully accommodated our dietary restrictions. Mauricio was also fantastic, friendly, responsive, and always attentive to anything we needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the home spotless throughout our stay and we’re always very kind. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, our family loved it and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping make our vacation so special!

Great place to stay in private residential community. Taxi would cost you around $15-$20 to the 5th Ave. Host was super responsive and always answered us super quickly. Cleaners came everyday and made sure the place was super clean. Bikes were not really well maintained but there for your convenience so we filled up the air and romed around the community. Overall worth the price you pay. All except one bedroom have attached bathrooms. Thanks for hosting us!

Great service always responsive and staff was great and keeping up with housekeeping, did not use extra services much but the Concierge Mauricio was always responsive and available as needed.

Everything was as expected. Mauricio my concierge and staff were all on point and kept the house clean for us. A lot to do around the villa including sightseeing and a very peaceful area to walk around. Jasmine our host was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end with the planning of our stay until we left. Will come back again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The cleaning crew did a perfect job. Everything was clean and spotless by the time we arrived and kept it the same way for our entire stay. Mauricio our concierge was very attentive.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house. The property is exactly as advertised, impeccable and in excellent condition. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the Xcaret parks. It was perfect for our family of nine. The pool was a great plus. Mauricio, the concierge, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He responded quickly to our messages and made sure everything went smoothly, including arranging our airport pickup and keeping an eye on our departure flight. Thanks to Karla and Mary, the cleaning team. Their work made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely, Mauricio, our concierge met us at the house and explained everything to us, was very helpful and informative, he helped us with some excursions and recommended day passes to other resorts and taxi's. The staff was able to add twin beds to rooms to accommodate the needs of our party of 14. The house fit us perfectly. The daily housekeeping was amazing and the house clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the pool table was a lot of fun to use. The washer and dryer was also great to have on site. The location of the house is about 2 miles from the beach, so either a 30 min walk or a quick bike ride, there are convenience stores less than a 5 min walk away and a great bakery about .5 miles. The house is stocked with bottled/jugs of water that is piped through the fridge so that was great and the ac worked well. Be mindful of mosquitos outside, so bring repellent, we also kept the fans going. Thank you Jasmine, we had a great time!!

My family & I had a wonderful time at Perla Villa! Edson was a great concierge before arrival & Mauricio was a fantastic onsite host. He responded immediately and even came a couple times to take care of things. Mary & Karla did a great job cleaning DAILY. The pool was cleaned DAILY. The location was great, walkable to 5th Ave shopping & dining. The reservation included RT airport transportation also. Concerns were addressed quickly, which was appreciated. We were able to enjoy being on vacation. I look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay was excellent, without a doubt a 5-star experience. The location is excellent, and the privacy of the place is truly enjoyable—ideal for relaxing as a family, as was our case. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, and it has really cool features like the pool table, where we had a great time for hours. Although it had a small issue with one leg, nothing that really affected the experience. The private pool was another great plus, perfect to enjoy carefree. We had a minor issue with the grill, but the service was impeccable: before we even reported it, they had already brought us a new one. That level of service is greatly appreciated. Communication with Mau and the team was always very good; they were helpful at all times. Also, check-in was super convenient (they let us in early), and check-out was hassle-free. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything!

We loved the place. Our concierge was always available and helped us with whatever we needed. Perfect for relaxing and going as a family!

Lovely stay and gorgeous spacious home. We needed extra cots and they were very comfortable! Well stocked and the daily service was quick and clean. Favorite aspects were the animals in the surrounding area, close to quick shops for groceries and food and the bikes to get around the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!
