Everything is as shown in the photos. A very nice place, very quiet, excellent for a family vacation. The accommodation and the host were perfect. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much for everything. We had a great time.

The accommodation, security, and staff were friendly. The place was very clean and quiet, and the beach was the prettiest and quietest. We really liked it.

Our flight was delayed and they were always attentive, along with the transfer from the airport to the accommodation, the cleaning was excellent and all the amenities, everything highly recommended!

Host responded quickly. Close to pool/ocean. Daily cleaning service. Car parked behind secure gate. Plenty space for all 12 of us. Nice place to book.

This is a very spacious home with a shared pool and a beautiful sandy beach, and parking was easy during our stay.

I got more for my money. My family and I were delighted with the accommodation. Kin Ha is an ideal place to travel as a family with babies and toddlers. The staff is very friendly, the amenities are of excellent quality, and the beach and pool are super safe. The restaurants offer very good food and cocktail options. It is also very close to a supermarket to buy whatever you need. Despite being so close to the hotel zone (and the nightlife area - which is a plus for those looking for that type of tourism), the property is always quiet and with many options to visit other "musts" in Cancun and Riviera Maya. The apartment is unbeatable. It is fully equipped, in perfect condition and very beautiful. When traveling with so many people, a place where there is privacy and comfort is appreciated. We'll be back!

We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay! With a family of 8, there was plenty of room for all with 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with awesome showers), and the kitchen/dining/living room. We plan to return with more of our family and this has plenty of space for all. We enjoy cooking for part of our meals and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed to cook and serve. The access to the pool, beach/ocean were priceless, and the beach access was peaceful and not crowded, along with the pool area. The restaurant option onsite had excellent service and food, and the apartment was within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping (including a grocery store) and entertainment, as well as a bus stop right at the street access. Great host! We will definitely stay here again!

A very cozy and nice place. The living room and kitchen with everything you need. The rooms are nice and the beds are super comfortable. We had an amazing week. We also really liked the beach access. No complaints. Thank you
