Guest Access and House Rules

Only guests registered on the reservation may stay at the property. Please provide identification for the reservation holder and the names of all accompanying guests.

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Additional guests are not permitted.
• Upon arrival, register at the security booth.
• Stay in contact with your concierge, who will provide the condominium door code upon arrival.
• Please review the property regulations provided at check-in.

Included Supplies and Services

A welcome and personal hygiene kit is provided, including:

• Three rolls of toilet paper
• 100 milliliters of hand soap per bathroom
• 100 milliliters of shampoo per bathroom
• One bath towel and one beach towel per registered guest

Cleaning service is included five days per week, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Our trusted housekeeper will maintain a clean space for you to enjoy after a day at the beach.

If supplies run out during your stay, replacements can be purchased at the nearest convenience store.
