Would stay again. Amazing location

We were lucky enough to meet our host in person. John is a very warm and wonderful person. One of his projects is caring for hungry and sick animals in the area. His dedication to this really impressed me! The accommodation is the best in Pochomil; we felt very comfortable and safe. If you plan to cook for yourself, you should stock up on essentials at a supermarket before arriving in Pochomil, as there aren't many shops in the village. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We would definitely book this accommodation again. John, all the best to you and Franki, keep up the great work! ;-) We need more people like you in this world!

John and his employees are excellent, very nice, help us with any questions. The place is beautiful, it's like in a movie, being there, it's exactly as pictured. ***don't forget for your memorable stay to do a good grocery shopping before arriving because fish and seafood no problem fishing village next door correct price and 30 min walk or taxi +/-3$ us, fruit vegetables local merchant excellent, for the rest happy go very limited and more expensive *** Otherwise, waking up with the birds singing, having breakfast with the cat and dog of the house while watching the Pacific and basking in the sun and in the pool sipping a Ton̈as is what awaits you!!!!If you are looking for tranquility, it is an oasis of peace. go quickly 💙🤍💙🤍🐶🐯

The Beach House in Pochomil is a wonderful choice for your visit. I can’t say how much we enjoyed the peaceful and serene grounds, the clean and cozy casita and the community style kitchen experience. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and clean! It was all so welcoming and lovely. John Paul was a joy to chat with. He was helpful, informative and supportive. We had a small medical situation with a friend before even checking in and he directed us on exactly what to do and gave us solace with his words. We feel so grateful for this host and space. Highly recommended.

John was very helpful and more thann just accommodating. Location was fantastic, easy to find, quiet and secure. Highly recommend and I will repeat.

The place matches the photos, it is in a quiet and safe area, with my family we walked on the beach and my children enjoyed the sea and the pool. In the local market they sell fresh fish, at a good price!
