Location

Prime Beachfront Setting

Walk directly from the property onto the wide sands of Playa Pochomil. Enjoy swimming, surfing, long beach walks, beautiful sunsets, or simply relaxing beside the ocean.

Playa Pochomil is a peaceful and authentic Nicaraguan coastal community rather than a commercial resort area. Along the beach, you may see local animals, fishing activity, and everyday village life. Sea turtles occasionally nest in the area.

The property is accessible by fully paved, well-maintained roads, making Playa Pochomil easier to reach than many other coastal destinations in Nicaragua.

Casita 2

Casita 2 is private for your registered group and accommodates up to 4 guests.

The loft is accessed by stairs or a ladder. Guests using the loft must be comfortable climbing them. The air conditioning is located in the downstairs main room, while the loft uses fans and may be warmer.

The private bathroom does not have hot water. Registered guests may also use the shared main-floor bathroom in the Main Beach House, which has a hot-water shower.

Shared and Private Areas

Casita 2 and its private bathroom are reserved exclusively for your registered group.

Shared areas may include:

• Direct beach access

When other units are occupied, these common areas may be shared with other registered guests. Guests do not have access to the interiors of the other casitas, Dormitorio Principal, caretaker quarters, or private service areas.

Only a reservation for the entire property guarantees exclusive use of the full property.

Several additional booking options are available on the property:

Yerlin, the on-site caretaker, lives in private quarters on the property and assists with arrivals and property-related needs.

Security cameras are used to help protect the property and guests. There are no cameras inside private casitas, bedrooms, bathrooms, or other private indoor areas.

Private Chef Service

With at least one day’s advance notice, Bianca from Surfin Pelican may be available to prepare a private breakfast, lunch, or dinner at The Beach House.

Contact us in advance to confirm the chef’s availability, menu options, service time, and pricing for your group. Private-chef service is not included in the lodging rate.

Guest Support

Yerlin, our on-site caretaker, is available to assist with arrival and property-related questions during your stay. You may also message us before or during your visit if you need assistance.

Additional Information

Playa Pochomil has a warm tropical climate throughout the year, generally ranging from the upper 70s to around 90°F. Conditions vary by season, while the ocean breeze and beachfront setting remain central to the area’s appeal.

Pets

Pets are welcome and must be included in the reservation.

• No pets: US$0
• One pet: US$40 per stay
• Two pets: US$80 per stay

The pet fee is US$40 per pet per stay. It is not multiplied by the number of nights and should not be added again if it is already included in the quote.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the casita, bathroom, Main Beach House, or any other indoor area. Smoking is permitted outside only.

Guests and Visitors

Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter or stay at the property. Parties, events, day visitors, and additional unregistered visitors are not permitted with a Casita 2 reservation.

Pool and Ocean Safety

Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult around the swimming pool and ocean.

Quiet Hours and Arrival

• Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. daily, Nicaragua local time
• Check-in: 1:00 p.m.
• Checkout: 11:00 a.m.

These quiet hours apply to partial-property rentals. Common areas may be shared, so please keep noise low and respect other guests. Only the Entire Property reservation has no fixed quiet hours.
