Here’s a polished review you could post: We had an amazing stay! Sonjia was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and always quick to help with anything we needed. She even helped book activities and made the entire trip feel effortless and stress-free. The house was absolutely beautiful and even better than we expected. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, spend time together, and socialize. There was plenty of space for everyone, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend both this home and Sonjia as a host!

The house is very nice and spacious. The pool is delightful, and the waterfall is perfect with its soothing sound. We had a great time. The house had everything you need, even for cooking. A central place but far from the noise, very safe.

Sonia was so helpful prior to arriving and during our stay. It was exactly what our group of 7 adults wanted. A close walk to town, beaches, restaurants but just far enough to feel quiet and private. The backyard was truly amazing. I am missing the pool and sounds of the waterfall already. Also recommend you use Sonia’s transportation service to and from the airport. It was fairly priced, safe and very efficient. All 7 of us agree, Sonia and this property were the perfect find.

Our stay was everything we could have asked for. The house was beautiful, just as advertised. Maybe even better than advertised because there were a few extra amenities that I either wasn’t aware of or I inadvertently overlooked them when picking a place to stay. Sonia was exceptional when it came to planning the perfect stay. She helped to plan everything from airport transportation, transportation during our stay, surf lesson, private chef, etc. There was one little incident with a bedroom AC, but Sonia had the HVAC guy at the house first thing the next morning, and it was back to working order that same day. Excellent communication, perfect location, and I would definitely book again!

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, with a cosy, well-equipped condo, lovely pool, and lots of greenery and palm trees around. We stayed with 4 adults and it was a perfect fit. The location is calm but still only a short walk from the busier part of Tamarindo, so you get the best of both worlds.

I absolutely loved this place! Amazing atmosphere! Beautiful EVERYTHING. 10/10 would recommend to anyone I know to come and stay. The contacts we had were great, they made some local recommendations and were really communitive about any questions we had.

Had a great trip toTamarindo. The place is immaculate and exactly as advertised. The grounds were very peaceful and a 10 minute or so walk to the beach and middle of town. I would definitely recommend Sonia’s place.

It is about a 10 minute walk to town and restaurants within a few blocks. We liked Tamarindo and the quiet property. Lucha tacos narby had happy hour drink specials and good food! The villa was spacious and the front porch a great place for coffee and beers. The kitchen was well socked and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

We absolutely loved our stay. Sonia was so warm and welcoming. A quick walk to resteraunts and grocery stores and a 15 minute walk to the beach. So you felt like you were in the mix but it was very quiet and peaceful at the place. Would definitely recommend!!!

This condo was perfect for our trip! It was close enough to walk anywhere in the Langosta/Tamarindo area yet it was tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The complex had 2 amazing pools and was beautifully landscaped with flowers and a mango tree! The condo was very clean and stocked with all the essentials for cooking our meals. There were also 3 grilling stations available for use near the pool areas. Sonia provided us with detailed directions to all the beach accesses in the area. Next time we are in the Tamarindo area we will be looking to stay here!

The villa is very beautiful and close to town, we really enjoyed our stay!

The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great stay and was very spacious with 4 adults and one baby.

The apartment complex is very quiet, Sonia helped us because we had problems with the safe and she went to solve the problem! The apartment is very nice and clean!

We had an amazing stay at Pueblo Colonial. Very quiet and safe, yet close to all the action. The place, the pool and the grounds were incredible!! The host was outstanding and made our stay even better - thank you Sonia, we hope to be back one day!
