The house is spacious, private and safe. It has its own pool and a spacious patio. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there's also a grill for barbecues. The beach is about a 5-minute drive away, and there are many restaurants and shops in the area. I recommend ventilating the house very well when cleaning, because we noticed a musty smell when we arrived. Fortunately, after a few hours with the doors and windows open, it went away.

The house is very nice and spacious. The pool is delightful, and the waterfall is perfect with its soothing sound. We had a great time. The house had everything you need, even for cooking. A central place but far from the noise, very safe.

Sonia was so helpful prior to arriving and during our stay. It was exactly what our group of 7 adults wanted. A close walk to town, beaches, restaurants but just far enough to feel quiet and private. The backyard was truly amazing. I am missing the pool and sounds of the waterfall already. Also recommend you use Sonia’s transportation service to and from the airport. It was fairly priced, safe and very efficient. All 7 of us agree, Sonia and this property were the perfect find.

Our stay was everything we could have asked for. The house was beautiful, just as advertised. Maybe even better than advertised because there were a few extra amenities that I either wasn’t aware of or I inadvertently overlooked them when picking a place to stay. Sonia was exceptional when it came to planning the perfect stay. She helped to plan everything from airport transportation, transportation during our stay, surf lesson, private chef, etc. There was one little incident with a bedroom AC, but Sonia had the HVAC guy at the house first thing the next morning, and it was back to working order that same day. Excellent communication, perfect location, and I would definitely book again!

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, with a cosy, well-equipped condo, lovely pool, and lots of greenery and palm trees around. We stayed with 4 adults and it was a perfect fit. The location is calm but still only a short walk from the busier part of Tamarindo, so you get the best of both worlds.

It is about a 10 minute walk to town and restaurants within a few blocks. We liked Tamarindo and the quiet property. Lucha tacos narby had happy hour drink specials and good food! The villa was spacious and the front porch a great place for coffee and beers. The kitchen was well socked and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

We absolutely loved our stay. Sonia was so warm and welcoming. A quick walk to resteraunts and grocery stores and a 15 minute walk to the beach. So you felt like you were in the mix but it was very quiet and peaceful at the place. Would definitely recommend!!!

This condo was perfect for our trip! It was close enough to walk anywhere in the Langosta/Tamarindo area yet it was tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The complex had 2 amazing pools and was beautifully landscaped with flowers and a mango tree! The condo was very clean and stocked with all the essentials for cooking our meals. There were also 3 grilling stations available for use near the pool areas. Sonia provided us with detailed directions to all the beach accesses in the area. Next time we are in the Tamarindo area we will be looking to stay here!

We had an incredible stay! As a family of four, we had more than enough space. Loved meals on the patio watching the iguanas across the courtyard. Amenities were fantastic; including the provided beach umbrella, boogie boards and extra towels. We cook a lot and did not feel amiss. On the occasional dinner out the restaurants in the area were exceptional.

The house was clean and comfortable. Great AC and fans. The outdoor areas felt private and well cared for. The plants and foliage were really nice. The pool and yard were serviced multiple times while we were there. Pool was refreshing and fun for teens. Sonia was helpful arranging outings and very responsive. She even came over on Christmas Day to help us with the BBQ. The location is quiet and secure. Definitely rent a car or a golf cart to get to and from town. In the mornings, we would walk down to the beach and go for a Long Beach walk and then we would take some of the stand-up scooters from town back to the house when the day started to get hot and we didn’t feel like walking back. There are TVs but you won’t get much service/content. Green Papaya was a great restaurant and we enjoyed the markets Thursday night and Saturday morning.

The house itself was was amazing, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect as well, close to great restaurants and beaches, yet still peaceful and private. Sonia was an exceptional host from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely responsive to any questions we had. What really made our stay special were her thoughtful gestures—she surprised us with champagne for my husband’s 50th birthday and went above and beyond by arranging a memorable catamaran trip to celebrate the occasion. Her recommendations for local spots were also spot-on. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Casa Oasis is beautiful! The home is located walking distance to all the stores, shops, restaurants and beach! The backyard is serene and offers privacy and lots of space to gather and make memories. The host, Sonia, was amazing and responsive. She made us feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay! Despite our check-in delay, Sonia kindly waited for us, which we really appreciated. The house looks just like the pictures and is very kid-friendly. We had an amazing time at the house, we created a lot of memories that will last us a lifetime, I feel that the house needs more care with respect to the air conditioning that was dripping, the outside lights did not work, the sieve was hard and we could hardly move it, and the grill was dirty and did not work but apart from all the inconveniences our stay was very nice, Sonia was very special with us and helped us at all times. I think it's important to emphasize that it's always important to have a spare key in case of an accident with the rooms, since we had a situation in which the room was locked, but we managed to solve it. We spent a wonderful, relaxing week at Sonia’s villa in Tamarindo. We felt immediately at home. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for our holiday. It was within 10 minutes walk to town and beach, far enough away from the hustle of the town. My kids loved playing in the pool too. We slept well thanks to comfortable, spacious bedrooms and a/c was a welcome addition due to the heat and humidity of August. Communication with Sonia and Jorge was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Although it wasn't in the main city center, it's only a few minutes' walk from all the noise. Don’t worry about the shower situation. I was skeptical at first but I used the hand held shower head and I didn’t get any part of the room wet in the master bedrooms. The place was high end and provided pool toys like beach ball, floaty donut, football etc. Sooo many plates and silverware which helped a lot. I will totally recommend this place. And I can’t find any faults. It was perfect!

Absolutely amazing stay at Casa Hilltop. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The ocean views from the house are unreal, especially from the infinity pool, which was our favorite spot to relax and watch the sunset. The home is bright, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a laid-back vacation. It had everything we needed! Just bring your food and it’s like being right at home. Sonia was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering thoughtful concierge-style touches like local recommendations and helping us arrange golf carts to explore town and a full day adventure trip at Rincon de La Vieja. The house is close enough to town to grab dinner or hit the beach, but still feels private and peaceful. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We have just stayed for 3 nights in Villa no. 1. The house looked exactly as it did in the photos. It was really well equipped in terms of kitchen equipment etc…. What we found really useful was all the spare pool towels in the hall cupboard. It was great to have a washer/dryer to keep on top of laundry. This was a few days down time for us after a hectic few days of travelling and excursions so we made good use of the beautiful pool and surrounding area, including using one of the BBQs one evening (in the rain with an umbrella!). We also walked into town for food/drinks and used the local supermarket lots. Finally a huge thank you to Sonia and Jorge, both were super helpful and responsive, it was great having Jorge onsite for any quick questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Sonia’s place was a nice respite from the heat and business of Tamarindo. Plenty of space for our family. We were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. There is beach access directly across from the condo. Lots of amenities. The grounds of the condo are well kept and security guards were very nice. About a 15 min walk to the center of town for restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful and secure location

Sonia was a fantastic host. Right from the first day I booked she was quick to respond and extremely helpful. When we arrived at the house she gave us a tour around the house to show us where everything was and how everything worked. During our stay she was very helpful with any questions we had and very quick to help with any issues. Sonia was the best host I have ever worked with.

The condo was more than we expected! Basic kitchen items made cooking easy, including coffee filters and salt and pepper. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and had the loveliest shampoo, conditioner and body wash stocked in the rain showers. The laundry room was such a great bonus and there were beach chairs, pool floaties and a mini cooler! The beach is walkable but we rented a golf cart with Sonia’s help from Pacific Coast Golf Carts and it was a huge bonus to our trip! Langosta beach and tamarindo beach are a must, eat at Rural and get groceries at AutoMercado. Nightlife in Tamarindo is so much fun! Sonia is incredible, she arranged our transportation to and from the airport, reserved our golf cart and gave tons of recommended for restaurants. She was helpful, kind and super responsive! Thank you Sonia! Costa Rica is a gem, we had a perfect vacation!

We had a wonderful in Villa 1. Our time at the pool was relaxing peaceful and we rarely shared the space! Lucky us! The property manager, Jorge, was friendly, courteous, and so helpful We highly recommend this property. You won’t regret your stay.

We loved this air BnB. Good for two couples - each with our own bathroom attached to a bedroom. Very quiet, comfy beds and Jorge and Sonia were friendly, helpful and ready to answer any question. The pool area is beautiful and clean. We had morning coffee and evening drinks on the little patio. We were happy to find beach towels and equipment in the cupboard at the front and laundry detergent in the laundry room. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and it is fun to find the monkeys in the mornings when they are howling close by. I would come back to this property again for sure. As Jorge says, it is Pura Vida.

We loved staying at this house. The house was just as beautiful in person as the pictures. The house is walkable to town/beach. However, we rented a golf cart which made it easier with kids and our parents. Our favorite part was hanging out at the pool and watching the sunsets from the balcony. There was a such a nice breeze. We cooked most of our meals in the outdoor kitchen-everything is convenient as there are multiple fridges and sinks outside as well to keep drinks and snacks so you don’t have to go far from the pool. The town has a lot of cute bars, great shopping, and yummy restaurants… a little pricey but worth it. We found it hard to leave the house and explore though bc it was so nice. :) Lastly, Sonia made our vacation stress free. She helped us book everything from transportation to excursions, super responsive and always willing to help us. Thank you Sonia- we had a great experience and miss it already!

Wonderful spot located just a few steps away from the bustle of town. It's walkable but I would recommend getting an ATV or a golf cart as walking around when it's very hot outside can get hard. The place is very safe and private, the property is great and has a beautiful pool. Would stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

The Pueblo Colonial was a peaceful oasis during our stay in Tamarindo! Sonia was always very friendly and responsive and we appreciated her giving us some recommendations for our visit. It was within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We especially liked it being a gated location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Jorge also checked on us, made recommendations and brought lots of laughter during his check in visits. I highly recommend this jewel of a location in Tamarindo!

The Airbnb was perfect for our bachelor trip with 6 people—spacious, beautiful, and with stunning sunset views. It’s centrally located, close to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the beach. The house was very clean, with two master bedrooms offering separate access, and a fully equipped, large kitchen. The only downside, unrelated to the Airbnb itself, was the presence of large native grasshoppers outside at night, which limited outdoor evening activities. Overall, an excellent stay!

Lots of space, and great to have a second bedroom for the kids. Tonnes of building amenities, and room extras like boogie boards. Nice to be in a bit quieter neighborhood than the busy part of Tamarindo.

Place was solid. A little bit of a walk to the beach (like 15 mins at a good pace) but totally manageable. Beds comfortable, place was a little messy, and very little water pressure for showers, but it’s a beach vacation so whatever. Building next to us was under construction, so it was a little noisy. Super was super helpful, and everyone who was staying at the condos was very nice.

The Peninsula Condos are great! The property is well maintained and very secure. We enjoyed the pools and grill. The location is just a few minute walk to great restaurants and Langosta beach. Much more quiet and out of the bustle of Tamarindo but still an easy 15 min walk with nice sidewalks. This unit was very clean, host responsive, and just like the photos. I would highly recommends!

This house was absolutely incredible! We loved everything about it! The location is absolutely amazing and the view is spectacular! The pictures are amazing but it is even better in real life! The accommodations were so comfortable and the house has everything we needed and so much more. We rented golf carts and had easy access with a short ride down the hill to all Tamarindo has to offer. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning condo in Langosta beach in Costa Rica, just five minutes from the beach, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The condo itself is beautifully designed and had all the amenities one could wish for. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the spacious living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We even enjoyed using the ranchos to bbq our dinners! One of highlights was the proximity to the beach! It was a game-changer; we could easily walk there in just a few minutes to soak up the sun and enjoy the stunning sunsets. Overall, this condo offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, convenience, and beauty. I can’t wait to return!

This place was great and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tamarindo. The condo complex has all the amenities and is very well maintained/clean. We loved having two different pools to hang out at and there were plenty of loungers. For such a large condo complex it was very quiet. The people we did meet were very nice though and even shared some of their BBQ with us. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The A/C cooled it down quite quickly and we found we had to turn it way down after a while. The water pressure was quite strong, which I've found is often an issue in Central America. We enjoyed eating breakfast out on the patio and even made an iguana friend out there who loves bananas. We rented a golf cart from Mackenzie, who operates a golf cart business (Pacific Coast) and lives in the complex and used it to tour around the area and get back and forth from downtown Tamarindo for surfing and dinner. Very convenient!

We liked that this location was out of the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to walk to if we wanted to. The pool was amazing, we spent a lot of time in it. Very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts are very proactive and responsive.

The house was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. All the extra towels were a huge plus for the visits to the pool and beaches. The atmosphere of the house is great, the inside felt like a home and the outside was an amazing spot to hangout, inside and out the pool. The occasional big bug was found inside the house, but that’s to be expected in a tropical environment. Tamarindo was fun to walk to explore, especially since it is only a short walk away. The area also seemed same to walk late at night. However, I had a lot of fun adventuring a bit outside of Tamarindo, at other beaches and forest. And the suggestions from our contact Jorge was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the hospitality we received.

This home is truly an oasis. Because of the way the pool/garden is situated away from the road, it feels completely private. The bedrooms are spacious. The living area has a lot of natural light and is comfortable. The home was very clean when we arrived. Sonia and her colleague Jorge were very responsive with any questions or issues. The gardener Emilio is muy amable. There are three desks (one in each bedroom), which made it easy to work from home, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The home is nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo on the edge of town but was also a very easy walk to restaurants, night market, etc. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it. If we return to Tamarindo, we hope to stay there again.

A great place to stay within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Well appointed with plenty of dishes, towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom which was lovely. Helpful grounds manager and well-maintained gardens. Those with sensitive hearing may find the high-pitched ringing of the air conditioner unit bothersome as it is constant. All said, it was a terrific and welcoming place to stay and I’d recommend it to others.

A tranquil oasis awaits you in the small gated community of pueblo colonial, just a few hundred meters away from the busy party scene of Tamarindo. It’s a gorgeous property with plenty of character and it’s kept immaculate. Sonia was a fantastic host and was super responsive, when I asked for a hairdryer she organised one and dropped it off the next morning. The shared pool and barbecue area are all pristine and quiet, we felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout our stay as a family and would highly recommend this property to anyone. The smoke free complex was a bonus for us too as we travelled with children.

Amazing stay. We appreciated all the amenities the home had to offer, the location was a short walk to the beach/main strip (10mins), and the streets were lit up at night. The roads leading to the house are pretty rough though, I would not drive a rented low-to-the-ground sedan through them. Sonia and Jorge were extremely kind and accommodating to our requests. Hosts were beyond helpful and accomodating.. the place is somehow even more beautiful than the photos.. this was the nicest airbnb I've ever been to and hope we can return in the future.

Can't wait to come stay here again. Sonia was so helpful and the place is great, stopped here with friends on a surf trip and the pool, outdoor area and big living room is great for a group. Location also great, quiet area but close to everything. 10/10 would stay here again!
