• A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials for meal preparation
• Full-size refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher
• Dining table seating up to seven guests
• One king bed and two twin beds with blackout curtains
• An additional twin air mattress available for a fifth guest if needed

Each bedroom opens onto a spacious private balcony furnished with a hammock, a table with four chairs, and an outdoor lounge area. Located on the second floor, the condo overlooks the garden where you can watch hummingbirds and iguanas or listen to howler monkeys while enjoying your meal, morning coffee, remote work, or simply relaxing in the ocean breeze.

The rooftop observation deck offers panoramic ocean views, ideal for watching sunsets or stargazing under the tropical sky.

Amenities

The complex provides a wide range of facilities, including:

• Two swimming pools: a lap pool and a resort-style pool
• Two fully equipped gyms (one on the 7th floor of Tower 2 and another accessible via the parking garage in Tower 1)
• A game room located near the rancho in Tower 2 (may require security to unlock)
• Three BBQ areas (one by Tower 2 and two between the park and pool near Tower 1), reservable at no extra cost by signing up on the whiteboard with your name, condo number, date, and time
• A 360-degree rooftop patio on the 7th floor of Tower 1
• Round-the-clock gated security
• High-speed WiFi available throughout all common areas

Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and both gyms close at 10:00 PM.

The vibrant center of Tamarindo is just a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can rent a golf cart from several nearby options to explore the area with ease.

Both Langosta and Tamarindo offer a wide variety of dining choices to suit all tastes and budgets. Grocery stores and shopping venues are conveniently close. After dark, the area comes alive with an active nightlife scene.
