- One king bed and two twin beds with blackout curtains
- An additional twin air mattress available for a fifth guest if needed
Each bedroom opens onto a spacious private balcony furnished with a hammock, a table with four chairs, and an outdoor lounge area. Located on the second floor, the condo overlooks the garden where you can watch hummingbirds and iguanas or listen to howler monkeys while enjoying your meal, morning coffee, remote work, or simply relaxing in the ocean breeze.
The rooftop observation deck offers panoramic ocean views, ideal for watching sunsets or stargazing under the tropical sky.

- Two swimming pools: a lap pool and a resort-style pool
- Two fully equipped gyms (one on the 7th floor of Tower 2 and another accessible via the parking garage in Tower 1)

- Three BBQ areas (one by Tower 2 and two between the park and pool near Tower 1), reservable at no extra cost by signing up on the whiteboard with your name, condo number, date, and time

Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and both gyms close at 10:00 PM.

We chose to stay at Sonia’s condo after reaching out and needing to find a place that would be wheelchair friendly. You can access almost every part of the property and the pools by wheelchair. (excluding the roof and the upper floor of the gym) We had a great stay, and there were some unexpected things like there were a ton of toys and beach things in the laundry room. This was great and my kids loved it, but it also made the condo a little cluttered. The only real con to this place is that the Wi-Fi was not very good and we were trying to work from home. And if there’s people renting the Airbnb above you, you can definitely hear them walking around. Overall, we had a great stay and it’s really great for families as there’s also a lot of family rentals throughout the condo complex.

This condo was perfect for our trip! It was close enough to walk anywhere in the Langosta/Tamarindo area yet it was tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful. The complex had 2 amazing pools and was beautifully landscaped with flowers and a mango tree! The condo was very clean and stocked with all the essentials for cooking our meals. There were also 3 grilling stations available for use near the pool areas. Sonia provided us with detailed directions to all the beach accesses in the area. Next time we are in the Tamarindo area we will be looking to stay here!

We had an incredible stay! As a family of four, we had more than enough space. Loved meals on the patio watching the iguanas across the courtyard. Amenities were fantastic; including the provided beach umbrella, boogie boards and extra towels. We cook a lot and did not feel amiss. On the occasional dinner out the restaurants in the area were exceptional.

Sonia’s place was a nice respite from the heat and business of Tamarindo. Plenty of space for our family. We were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. There is beach access directly across from the condo. Lots of amenities. The grounds of the condo are well kept and security guards were very nice. About a 15 min walk to the center of town for restaurants and shopping.

The condo was more than we expected! Basic kitchen items made cooking easy, including coffee filters and salt and pepper. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and had the loveliest shampoo, conditioner and body wash stocked in the rain showers. The laundry room was such a great bonus and there were beach chairs, pool floaties and a mini cooler! The beach is walkable but we rented a golf cart with Sonia’s help from Pacific Coast Golf Carts and it was a huge bonus to our trip! Langosta beach and tamarindo beach are a must, eat at Rural and get groceries at AutoMercado. Nightlife in Tamarindo is so much fun! Sonia is incredible, she arranged our transportation to and from the airport, reserved our golf cart and gave tons of recommended for restaurants. She was helpful, kind and super responsive! Thank you Sonia! Costa Rica is a gem, we had a perfect vacation!

Lots of space, and great to have a second bedroom for the kids. Tonnes of building amenities, and room extras like boogie boards. Nice to be in a bit quieter neighborhood than the busy part of Tamarindo.
