The place is as it appears in the photos. The house is very nice and safe. The cleaning lady and Ivan were always attentive. The best thing is that it allows you to bring pets, and there is plenty of space for them. Everything very comfortable and nice. I would definitely come back.

Excellent stay. The place was clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. The ocean view is simply amazing and it was definitely one of the aspects we enjoyed the most. The host was very nice and always responded quickly. As a recommendation for future travelers, if you are traveling with elderly people or people with reduced mobility, please consider that you have to go down two floors to reach the pool area. Apart from that detail, we really enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

A great house to enjoy as a family

From David's service to the friendliness of all his staff, we were delighted. We were a large family and had an amazing time. The house was wonderful, and the service and helpfulness of everyone was great. David is a great host. I have to give special mention to Chef Dominga, who truly delighted us with her cooking; absolutely everything was exquisite. The support staff and the assistant were also excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality and great service. Looking forward to returning soon, and we will certainly be back.

A house that offers you very nice sunsets in privacy with your companions, with large and comfortable spaces. The chef is very willing and experienced to prepare whatever is required. A convenient house for a stay of between 12 and 15 people.

Very nice house, just like the photos, spectacular view, the pool of the house is a good size, there were 10 of us and we were very comfortable, there is also a pool inside the subdivision that is very large, which you can also visit, it has all the services, the entrance and exit of the house is very accessible, self-service stores very close, we certainly loved it and of course it is an option to be able to return, thank you Iván.

The house is amazing, it has all the amenities in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. We were a large group and we were all very comfortable in the house. The living room is very spacious with good sound equipment, the pool has a very nice ocean view, the pool water is super good, as the weather is hot in Acapulco, it feels super refreshing, in the upper part the play area is very cool, we could be there playing Ping pong with background music since it also has a TV The truth is, the house is very nice, the cleaning ladies are very kind and Ivan is always available for anything I recommend it 100%. Beautiful place located in an excellent area, it is a very nice and cozy place. I loved the ocean view, very relaxing. The pool is clean and at the right temperature all the time, the bed is delightful, the sheets are clean, it matches the photos that are displayed. The entire accommodation is super clean and smells great, it has cooks who cook delicious food and are also super friendly. I love that there is an express store service and they bring everything you need to the door of the accommodation, I love that service. Ivan is super friendly and an excellent host, he was always attentive to us and answered the messages, he was very helpful. Ideal for going with friends, family or as a couple. It certainly meets all our expectations, we will stay again, it has everything you need for a great stay.

Our stay at the Villa was amazing, the house is well laid out and equipped to have a pleasant time with family and friends. The view from all the bedrooms is impressive and the residential complex where it is located is very safe. We will definitely be back with our family and pets, who were always well received. Things to take into account is that there are no stores near the house, so we recommend that you buy before going up to the house, since it lends itself to not leaving it; in addition, there is regular traffic on the scenic road. All the air conditioners worked well, there are only a few doors that don't work with the lock, either they lock securely on their own, or you can't secure them.

The place is as in the photos, Ivan was always attentive, they let us enter the house before and leave after, what I liked most is that they allow your pets, I always travel with my dogs so that is very comfortable for me. The cleaning girls always attentive and leaving everything impeccable. I recommend it, the area is very quiet.

This home was breathtaking! From the amazing house itself to the spectacular views! This home is located in a gated community so you will definitely feel safe and secured. It also offers other amenities such as a "clubhouse" that includes basketball/paddle courts, pool, and what seemed like a playground for kids. We didn't have much need for this, due to the already awesome amenities within the home, but it's a great bonus! Ivan, the host, had excellent communication from the start and so did housekeeping, Lupita. She was very sweet and attentive. She did most of her cleaning around 10:30am during our stay. Only downfall, is there is no direct access to the beach from where the home is, but the home is not too far from beaches. Our family truly enjoyed every moment during our stay, thank you Ivan and Lupita!
